Spanish Key 505: 3/3, Next to the Flora-Bama!
Belle unité avant du Golfe avec toutes les commodités que vous pourriez jamais désirer. Ce complexe dans l'un des plus recherchés à Perdido Key et quand vous y arrivez, vous verrez pourquoi. Il est parfait pour les familles ainsi que pour ceux qui veulent se divertir au Florabama. L'unité # 505 est au 5ème étage. Une fois que vous restez dans cette unité, rien d'autre ne fera ... Les vues de l'extrémité est sont à tomber par terre. Vous pouvez poser dans votre lit de suite de maître et regarder le lever du soleil. L'unité est luxueusement décorée (les photos ne peuvent tout simplement pas faire justice à cet endroit, à voir absolument). Avec 3 grandes chambres, chacune avec salle de bain privée, toute la famille sera gâtée lors de ce voyage. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un bon repas avec la famille et de nombreuses places assises. Sièges de table à manger 6 et tabourets au bar fournissent des sièges supplémentaires. Le linge séparé a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. Master a un lit King, télévision à écran plat, suite privée avec baignoire à jets et douche séparée et vue sur le golfe avant avec accès au balcon. 2ème chambre a un lit queen, télévision et salle de bain privée complète. La 3ème chambre a lits jumeaux, TV / DVD et salle de bain semi-privée qui est partagée avec le salon. Il y a 2 lits pour les enfants, alors bien que nous annoncions ce condo comme pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, si vous voulez mettre des enfants sur les lits, il pourrait en accueillir 8.
Spanish Key est situé à distance de marche de la Florida Line, des spectacles et des restaurants / bars. En outre, vous pourrez profiter des piscines intérieures et extérieures, du sauna, des installations d'entraînement et bien plus encore. Il y a de nombreuses activités sur la plage comme la location de jet ski, le parachute ascensionnel, la location de chaises longues et de parasols et la pêche à la ligne, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Trouver beaucoup de shopping sur Beach Blvd ou court trajet en voiture à l'immense centre commercial de Foley. Des terrains de golf de classe mondiale tout autour. We love Spanish Key. The unit was clean however updates were needed. The icemaker was off and had mildew on the walls that we had to clean before we used it. The front bedroom bedspread had a stain on it. The coffee pot was broken and leaked coffee all over the counter when we tried to use it and the living room furniture was old and full of sand. The outdoor furniture had a broken chair. I will go back to Spanish Key but will go to a different unit. Sorry for the harsh review. The property managers were great.

This is an attractive and convenient unit at Spanish Key with a great pool and a new boardwalk to the beach. The property managers were very responsive to any questions.

Vacation
We enjoyed our stay, the beach front view was amazing! Condo was clean & spacious, The furniture needs to be updated. Sofa & chair had stains, & the master bath shower had a towel wrapped around the shower head. Other than that the condo had everything we needed.

Great location but needs updating
You cannot beat this location. However, for an upper end condo, it needs to be updated. Also had some issues with cleanliness of dishes and utensils, stains on chairs, etc. Nothing that was a deal breaker, but for this price, there are nicer condos.

Great ladies getaway!
This condo is very spacious, the pool is large, and the distance from the beach is perfect!
We had an awesome getaway here and would definitely stay here again. Only downside is the balcony furniture made of iron is uncomfortable.
Check in was easy, Jeff was so friendly & gave us great area information.

Such a beautiful condo, everyone loved being there.
My husband was hospitalized and Micki and I were sure whether or not to cancel but so glad we did not.
She was able to take her adult children with her and they all were impressed with not just the condo but the view from the balcony.

Dirty And Outdated
The unit smelled musty of old cigarette smoke. The couch and chairs were dirty and dated. The linens were clean, but old and haven’t been updated. The oven was dated and took forever to preheat along with a microwave that was cracked. The bedroom TVs did not work and the remotes were missing batteries. The water took forever to heat and the primary shower had an old rusty shower rack in it. The patio furniture was iron and uncomfortable. The dishwasher was loud and didn’t clean very well. We found shoes and jewelry from someone’s previous stay in our unit. I’ve stayed in this complex numerous times and this is by far the worst unit in the building.

A nice beach getaway!
Our beach vacation was wonderful! We loved the condo and the facility. Everything was clean and Nicely equipped with everything we needed. The only thing I would change about the condo would be new balcony furniture- no one wants to sit on hard, tiny wrought iron patio chairs. (One was broken). This was not comfortable at all! I hope they will put a few $100 towards new outdoor furniture to make it 100% nice and comfortable. The parking area is small but not the condo owners fault. The condo wasn’t listed as wheelchair accessible, and we knew this, but 2 of the bathrooms were manageable and we made it work for my adult son. We are used to this issue so it wasn’t a problem. If they ever remodel I suggest they make one of the tubs into a rollin shower. This would be perfect! Not many take baths while at the beach anyway. We love the location and being close to the Florabama, Orange Beach and Pensacola. The ice cream shop directly across the street was a plus!! We will definitely stay at this location again. We had a great 4 days!

spacious property super close to FLora Bama
Loved the layout of this 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Property. 3 King Beds made it super nice for Adult Guests. Closet space is nill but storage is plentiful in the rooms. Loved the location.

Family Vaca 2021
Great location, lots of beach space. Actual condo is average and could use some updating. Outdoor furniture not comfortable to enjoy. Inside is older and not well maintained. Disappointed that upon arrival, we were told could not park in condo parking lot due to construction; this had been in effect since April 19th and we were never notified of this change. We had to park across the street in a smaller gravel lot.

Great location but needs updating
We called three times about the curtains being broken and the manager was prompt in answering but the people that came to fix the curtains didn’t come with a ladder and diid not fix the problem. The curtains were hanging down off the rod and stayed that way the whole week! They said they would return and never did. Outside furniture needed updating and a couple of chaise lounge chairs would be nice to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The living room furniture was dirty and needed replacing. The location was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo and Spanish Key. The access in and out of the building is very easy for a family with young children (lots of carts available for unloading/loading car). Also, access to the beach is easy for wagons or strollers as there is a ramp, and you do not have to navigate any stairs. The indoor pool came in handy when the weather turned stormy.
The only feedback I have for the condo owner is that I would invest in additional kitchen plates, bowls, plastic cups, and serving dishes. We found ourselves running out quickly. Also, most condo units I have stayed in provide a sponge and a little dish soap and hand soap. This was not provided here, and I forgot to buy it initially, so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Nevertheless, our stay was great, and I would definitely stay at Spanish Key and this particular unit again! Thanks for a great vacation!

BIG disappointment
Upon entering the first thing we saw was the curtains hanging down in the living room. the master bedroom was the same. no ladder available to put them back on the runners. The food prep' knives were rusty, dirty and blunt. The pans were not fit to cook in. The old lounger on the tiny deck has a piece of dirty cloth on it that is supposed to be a cushion. The sofa in the living room should be thrown out. POSITIVES. a great location, super beach, fantastic fish available nearby.

Spring break getaway
Overall, the condo is fine. The location was great because we wanted to be away from the crowds so the beach was perfect for us. There is a lot of construction going on, which is a good thing but it got very noisy during the day. One of the elevators was broken which made for a long wait sometimes. The condo was clean but does need some updates and repairs. The drapes were hanging off the rod & were hard to open & close without fear of making it worse. The light over the laundry area didn’t work which made it hard to see to do laundry. The seat on the vanity chair in the master bedroom was not attached which made it unsteady to sit on. Again, we did have a great time, just wanted to make you aware of things that need to be fixed.

Not so clean!
I was not planning on leaving a review because management was great BUT I want others to be aware. The condo is nicely decorated but very dirty. The couch and chairs are highly in need of a good cleaning. They are visible dirty and stained. I actually put a sheet over the couch before sitting down. I understand that the rooms are rented week after week and will over time be "used" looking but the condition of this condo was due to poor house keeping. The cleaning company needs to do more than "wipe" over things. The bathroom shower looked as if it had never been cleaned, the dirt and sand on the base boards was an inch thick. The stove area was greasy, there was peanuts and food stuck to the inside bottom of the kitchen garbage can where no one has rinsed it out, there was sand in our sheets, the floor was full of sand, they left us 1 kitchen dish rag, no kitchen towels, no type of pot holders, 9 bath towels for a room that sleeps 8. Management did bring us more towels and kitchen towels asap and did offer to send someone to "re-clean" The problem with that was we were already in the rooms with our stuff out, and the room did not need a quick clean, it needed a deep clean. Management like I said was great and has offered to refund my cleaning fee but I hope they will address how the room is being cleaned for future vacationers.

Beautiful Beach
Our trip was very nice. The beach and water have never been more beautiful in all of our 20 years staying in the area. The condo itself is dated and could use an update. The housekeeping was also spotty. Overall we didn’t let the issues with the condo affect our trip and had a great time!

Great Location for the Beach
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Spanish Key 505. The condo could use a little TLC (Dishwasher handle is broken, dryer doesn't shut off when the door is opened and the Master Bedroom Mattress needs replacing)

Great gulf view and location. Overall facility a bit dated but nice
All in all, we are happy with the rental. The living room furniture, dining furniture and lounger on balcony were fabric and well used, so did not enjoy that so well but the beds, linens, kitchen were clean and great. The pool and hot tub were basic and dated, but we used without issue.

Siblings enjoyed being together!
Beautiful grounds and easy access to the beach. Nice pretty pool. Unit was gently worn with stained bed linens and upholstered furniture. Master suite was lovely. Bathroom fluorescent lights in guest bedroom went out and were promptly reported but never fixed.. Upon arrival, the unit smelled heavily of mildew and we had to air out unit and burn candles.

We had a great vacation. Enjoyed being at quiet beach area in a smaller complex. Condo was clean and as promised except wi-fi password had been changed and check in personnel didn't know what it was so we spent about $100 with Verizon ( we don't have unlimited data) we weren't planning on spending.

We had a great trip. Management was responsive to our needs. Place had all we needed to have a fun Spring Break. The weather was terrible the last two days but we still managed. Leaving Day was tough as the sun was rising and such a spectacular view from the master bedroom. Can’t wait to come back.
