Fantastic house, very spacious and comfortable, conveniently located near a supermarket and a bike rental.

We had so much fun staying at this house! The setup is perfect for entertaining/hanging out as a group, and there was plenty of space for people to sleep. The house is comfortable and has lovely amenities including lots of porch space. Located about a mile from downtown Provincetown and a short drive to the beach, it's well-situated, too. Fred, the host, was also so helpful. Definitely a great spot for your next get-together!

we loved our stay - 10 adults - to celebrate 3 birthdays. especially loved the large eat in kitchen and the BIG living room/dining room that comfortbaly fit ten of us for dinner and 10 of us to chill on the couch. great views. big rooms, comfortable beds, etc. we've done a yearly trip with this group for a decade and we agreed this is one of the best houses we've rented.

The home was very spacious for a large group and it was a convenient location for a quick walk to the grocery store or stroll down to commercial street. The walk to the main area of town takes about 15 mins. The size of the home allowed for everyone to have their own space, but also had large common areas to be able to spend time together. The host was very responsive, we had no issues while at the property but any questions I asked were answered immediately. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to everyone!

We had a get together for my mother's 90th with the all over 60 siblings. It was a great location, walkable to Commercial Street businesses and restaurants and right around the corner from Stop and Shop and Liquor Store, but very quiet neighborhood. Each room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of space for the 8 of us with a large living room and outdoor areas as well. Fred was easily reachable and made sure that all was in order and provided a friendly hello when we got there. Highly recommended home and host for a relaxing Provincetown vacation!

We had a great stay at Fred’s house! The location is great - walking distance to Commercial and the beach. The house itself had tons of space for our group of 14 & a great screened in porch for hanging out in the evenings. Fred was so communicative & helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

This was by far the best rental property I have ever stayed at. I went with my fiancé and 10 of our closest friends and family. Everyone had a comfortable sleeping arrangement, there was plenty of bathrooms, and the space was overall just really great. The view from the porch was awesome and you can walk right to the heart of commercial street in about 12 minutes. This saved us a fortune on Ubers and parking fees. Will definitely be back!!

We had such an amazing stay! The house is huge with tons of beds and more space than we anticipated! We loved the porch area for relaxing, and the decks for coffee/cocktails in the morning/evening! Fred could not have been more helpful- allowing us in early and out late around our ferry schedule. So kind and attentive! We will definitely be back!

We loved this home and Fred made our stay truly amazing with his accommodations and quick responses. The house is beautiful, great porch, view, big kitchen and living areas! We had a great time and we're able to walk into town multiple times. We will hopefully be back soon!

My three grown kids, their spouses and my partner and I meet every three years at a fun location to spend a week together. 2021 was intended to be Bali- but…Covid made a gazillion hour plane trip to Indonesia feel -well-crazy. We opted instead to introduce them to Provincetown! My partner grew up spending every summer here- working the kitchen at the Governor Bradford. He brought me here our first year together and I fell in love. Fred’s place couldn’t have been more perfect for our gathering spot. We used all 6 bedrooms. Everyone had their own private space and yet there was still so much room to be together for game nights, cocktails on the screened in porch and views from the deck. The home is appointed with everything you need right down to beach chairs and an umbrella. We loved every minute of our time there. Thank you for helping us make so many wonderful memories.

All of our housemates were thrilled with this beautiful large home. Each couple and individual got a large room, but loved to gather in the spacious living/dining room. We really appreciated the owner’s greeting and tour. We hope to stay here again for years to come.

We had a blast at this house and would definitely stay here again! It's about a 0.5 mile walk to all the fun stuff happening on Commercial Street in Ptown, so feels a bit secluded, but in a great way. Just around the corner from Mac's Fish House, Stop & Shop, a liquor store, a bike rental shop and a great Jamaican restaurant (aka pretty perfect!). The bedrooms are accurately described with the number of beds, so plenty of room for a big group. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and a great living room with plenty of room for everyone to be together. Hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

I would have given 10 stars if I were able! Fred’s hospitality is unmatched and his home was the perfect place for our large group; immaculate, welcoming, and accommodating. Our guests are already asking if we’re going back next year!

We were all very happy staying here. Our host, Fred was very accommodating. He was easy to reach when needed and went out of his way to help in anyway. The house was perfect. It had everything we needed and we would absolutely return and highly recommend it.

We loved Fred's house, it feels a bit secluded but is very close to the action in P Town. The house is really big and our group of 11 could spread out very comfortably. The house was clean and had great amenities. If you plan to prepare you meals, then you'll love the kitchen which is fully stocked with any appliance you could need. Thank you Fred!

We came with our adult children and their partners. Everyone had a wonderful time and Fred was helpful and responsive throughout. The house is spacious and very well equipped.

The house was just perfect. We stayed for Thanksgiving and a 30th b-day party. We had a large group of people and the house was just the right size. The kitchen was fully equipped for Thanksgiving and the birthday party which made it all the more perfect. Fred was a wonderful host and helped to make our stay special.

The house is better than even the photos. The bedrooms are huge and the layout of the house is great for large groups. In the morning, people can be in the kitchen and living room and if the doors are shut you will never hear them from any of the bedrooms. We had nine people in our group and we never felt crowded. The house was immaculate when we checked in. We had a very minor issue with a garbage disposal and the owner responded immediately. We will definitely stay here again - this was one of the best homes we have rented as a group in Ptown.

We had a large group stay at Fred's place, over the weekend my husband and I got married. The house accomoodated a large group quite well. Fred was a very supportive host and the space had many nice touches (2 fridges, big TV, porches, big kitchen). We'll definitely stay there again if we need a place for a large group in Provincetown.

The pictures don’t do this house justice! The kitchen and living/dining room are so spacious! The dining table easily seats 12+ and accommodates serving dishes while remaining comfortable for all. The sectional sofa is large and comfortable and was perfect for our family game nights! The kitchen is also huge and very well appointed with all you might need. Our group loved the screen porch for early morning coffee or afternoon puzzle work or cocktails before dinner in the early evening. The beds are all comfy in spacious rooms. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs and more than ample parking. We loved walking in to town for all Ptiwn is known for and the beaches are close enough for a quick bike ride. Finally our host Fred was so responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend this home!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Fred’s large Provincetown house. It was on the pricey end, but it was worth it. Fred was very friendly and accommodating, and always available by phone or text. My brother arrived from CT a few hours before check-in and earlier than the rest of our group made it down from N.H., and even though Fred was still cleaning & getting the house ready for us, he offered to let my brother and his boys park and leave their stuff in the driveway until the house was ready so they could go and enjoy the beach. Fred also texted us on the last morning and said we could check out later in the day since he wouldn’t be cleaning until the afternoon on that particular day. When the Keurig coffee maker wasn’t working on our first morning, Fred had a new one delivered to the front door by noon time. The house itself has some wonderful features, especially the large, breezy screened in porch, which we used every day for games and conversation. The kids all enjoyed sprawling out in the large living room with their video games and TV (we may have even heard them having some conversation and a game of Uno amidst their electronics). The bedrooms are all large, spacious and comfortable, each with good quality beds and mattresses. Some had additional fold up beds that we weren’t expecting, and which allowed our family to spread out a little bit more comfortably. We also enjoyed cooking in the spacious and well equipped kitchen. A couple things that would really improve the functionality of the kitchen would be: 1. replace the kitchen table with a large center island, with more functional cabinets underneath, and with seating around it, and 2. invest in a large wire baker’s rack/storage shelf to fill the space along the back wall of the kitchen for dry goods storage/pantry space which is currently lacking in the existing design. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. We would love to go back again!

This house exceeded expectations- it was enormous for our group of 12. This house has spacious balconies, large dining room table, and fully stocked kitchen. It was an easy walk into town for shopping and dining. Everyone in our group was shocked with the size and space of this house. Fred communicated well ahead of time and was very accommodating. This house is a rare find for cramped ptown!

The pictures in this does no justice to this house! It have so much space, the view was amazing and the cleanliness was fantastic! Super easy to get in and the owner was fantastic! Can not wait to come again !

We are a group of 10 that have stayed here 2 years in a row. House is very spacious, clean and kitchen is fully stocked. Beds are all comfortable. We loved spending time in the 3 season porch. Location is about a 10 minute (easy) walk to town. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return.

This place was amazing! Very spacious, plenty of parking, and a central location. I stayed with 11 other friends, we all loved the house. Each bedroom was spacious, and the beds were nice and comfortable. The living room was perfect for hanging out, with a big sectional sofa and open to the dining room with a huge table fit for 14. The kitchen was also up to date and functional for hanging with big groups. Plus the amazing deck and views! We will be coming back next year!

A group of us 11 staying at the house and 4 local friends had an awesome stay at this house. It was abundantly stocked with all our chefs needed to provide great meals for our group. The house was exceptional clean and Fred was just a phone call away. Because the house was so fabulous we did not need to call Fred during our visit. Friends and I agree we would book this house again. Plenty of space, short walk to Commercial St, but off the beaten path for some peace and quiet. Great house and owner!
