Central location excellent for transportation from airport and the surrounding area. Good grocery store and market nearby. Promenade less than 10 minutes walk.
Due to the central location there was some noise at night. But that is only to be expected.

Super apartament w samym centrum, wszędzie blisko.
atutem jest duży taras z pięknym widokiem na zamek Santa Barbara.
Poprosiliśmy o przedłużenie pobytu w dniu wyjazdu o kilka godzin, nie było żadnego problemu . Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Zapewne skorzystam ponownie z tego apartamentu. Bardzo polecam.

- L'emplacement, le calme malgré la position centrale du logement: à quelques mètres de l'arrêt de bus, à 10 minutes de la plage et de l'explanada, des supermarchés et restaurants partout à proximité.
- La terrasse: exceptionnelle! Avec vue dégagée sur le château de Santa Barbara
- La clim (indispensable!)
- La gentillesse, le professionnalisme, la facilité de communication et la disponibilité du propriétaire qui nous a attendu jusque tard dans la nuit suite à un retard de vol. Merci beaucoup!

I stayed three weeks in Attico and I had a nice stay.
Attico is a very pleasant appartment. The main features are the terraces, the location, the view on the fort and the silence: no noise from neighbours or the street.
It was clean and the kitchen had everything if you want to cook, which I did not.

Viajamos con nuestros perros y ha sido estupendo poder disfrutar de esa súper terraza con ellos, además tiene unas vistas estupendas del Castillo. El apartamento está en una ubicación excelente, tiene todo lo necesario y estaba limpio. El anfitrión en todo momento muy amable y nos dió facilidades para el check in. Muchas gracias!!!
Algunos de los muebles podrían renovarse, pero vamos, nada importante.

De ligging midden in de stad. Heerlijk groot balkon waar je met een gezin lekker buiten kunt eten met privacy.
Er zijn harde geluiden door de hoogbouw. Een lawaaierige glasbak onder het gebouw. Een hard matras. Een smoezelige zwarte bank in de woonkamer.

Lokalizacja znakomita w centrum z pięknym widokiem na zamek św. Barbary. Najbardziej podobał nam się duży taras skąd można było podziwiać zamek, odpoczywać po zwiedzaniu miasta i spożywać posiłki. Dwie łazienki są dodatkowym atutem apartamentu.

Basically everything. The location is perfect.
Its in the centre of Alicante. This was my 3d time in Alicante, so I allready knew that.
The appartment was perfect. Big and clean. The bed sleeps very good. And the terrace is so so beautiful and big with a perfect view at the castle of Alicante. Also there is sun all day on the balcony and also shadow. So you can choose whatever you like.
If I go back again, would for sure rent this appartment again.

Location is great! Apartment is on the top floor and has terrace where you can get sun all the day. Fully equiped kitchen. Good bed and both heater and fan in bedroom. Quiet place to get good sleep. Spacious apartment! Airconditioner in livingroom but I did not use it. Lots of good restaurants and cafes just around the corner. I would definately come back!
Ok there is something here and there that needs attention but hey, it's normal apartment! Not brand new but in quite good condition.
WiFi would maybe be more safe with password protection.
And one small thing: when you come in town and new apartment, would be great if there is at least small amount of toilet paper in bathroom.

Everything for cooking was in the kitchen.

Perfect central location. One bedroom flat with two bathrooms, excellent. Large toiletries and clean towels. Fantastic large terrace with a great view of the Castle. Well equipped kitchen.

The location is excellent, 10min walk from the train station and 5-10min to the beach. Close to stores and restaurants. The view of the castle on the hill is great. Balcony area is really nice, but it was early spring so we didn't use it.
The property owner was friendly and flexible.
The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped. For example, chopping board. Some of the window blinds/shutters did not work well.

Very friendly lady who greeted me after 11pm. Apartment very spacious, especially the balcony. 2 large bathrooms. Lots of towels. Good air conditioning. The lady brought me a brand new kettle very promptly when the old one didn't work. Great communication and very helpful. Location perfect. Easy walk to everything, beach, shops, marina, restaurants, sites, airport bus stop.

The balcony is excellent. Fabulous view of the castle.
The apartment is very spacious for two adults and ideal for longer stays in Alicante.
The kitchen is fully equipped from washing machine to full fridge freezer. There are some basics provided eg washing up liquid etc. Towels also provided.
Host very accommodating and allowed us early check in.

Lovely big apartment, very close to the bars and nightlife, without any of the noise.
Hoped by information supplied that I could take time enjoying the large balcony and sunshine.
However, the balcony is mostly overlooked and sun is only there for a short time in the morning, very disappointed.

Everything else was perfect,😃,the appartment is a good size ,clean and has everything you need , it has an amazing huge terrace on the roof fab to sit in the early morning sun .
Full kitchen facilities ,two large bathrooms, it was safe and secure .
It is in a fantastic central location , bars ,restaurants coffee shops, next door, and only 5mins walk to beach, the esplanade,and the main shopping streets and nightlife.
Both shower heads needs replacing.
