Le studio est autonome et privé avec sa propre entrée. Juste en face de l'océan et de la magnifique plage. Il a un lit queen confortable, salle de bains et salle de séjour avec kitchenette. Attaché est une cour privée avec vue sur l'océan et un barbecue.

La plage est à 2 min à pied de l'autre côté de la route.
Logement séparé de la résidence principale avec entrée séparée et cour privée.
Animaux acceptés. Le studio est adapté pour les adultes et les petits chiens de chambre seulement. Désolé, le studio n'est pas adapté aux enfants. Les animaux domestiques doivent être formés à la maison et peser moins de 15 kg. S'il vous plaît noter votre chien dans la demande de réservation. Des frais supplémentaires de 25 USD par séjour pour les séjours avec un chien sont facturés et dus avant votre arrivée.
Pour les clients soucieux qu'il s'agisse d'un hébergement accueillant les animaux domestiques, le studio est nettoyé à fond après chaque séjour. Le studio a des sols durs et les tapis sont enlevés lorsque les chiens restent. Les chiens ne sont autorisés sur aucun meuble.

Perfect for a quiet retreat. Plenty to do within a short drive. The accomodation was small but perfectly adequate, so close to the beach and has a great view from the lounge upstairs. Highly recommend for a single or couple.

The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. It contained everything that we needed on our holiday stay. We had room for our dog’s XL crate too and we had all creature comfort. The location is perfect, close to the beach and central to many places of interest like bushwalking, scenic lookout, restaurants and the main city, Coffs Harbour. Kellie was a lovely host and provided all the information we needed before our arrival. Would be happy to come back again and recommend it to our friends with dogs.

Property was amazing and could not fault it . Saphire beach though does have a lot of underwater rocks near the coast which at high tide can’t be seen making it a difficult /dangerous beach to swim at . Traveled to other nearby beaches to go swimming

My husband and I along with our dog enjoyed two nights at Shortbreak Studio 1.
The studio has everything you need, right down to kitchen appliances. The main bed area opens up to a secluded deck and the lull of the ocean is the best sedative you could wish for.
Beautiful property and 2 mins to walk to the beach. Lovely owners who take pride in what they have.
Dog friendly was a plus and our doggo enjoyed her stay as well.

We had the BEST stay! Studio 1 was lovely and had everything we needed and more! Great location and Kellie excelled with communication! Loved also the 11am check out, the lovely skin products and the fact our little dog could stay too! Loved it 😍

Perfect oasis
Great location, beautiful house near the beach. My partner and doggies relaxed immediately with the sound of waves and everything we needed was provided in this gorgeous retreat. Seem less check in, thanks for having us.

Exceptional!
We had the most pleasant stay in such an exceptional property. My daughter & I couldn’t have asked for anything more as the studio was spacious enough for the two of us & her pet dog. A minutes walk to the beach in a very quiet & serene area. The studio was immaculate and styled beautifully. We briefly met Kellie & Glenn who were so lovely. Definitely would love to stay again.

Wonderful beachside getaway
We had a lovely stay at this cute little apartment. Location is fantastic and quiet and is the first street back from the beach very easy access to a dog friendly on leash area. Had all the amenities we required and was very clean and comfortable for a short stay.

Very comfortable, clean and tidy one bedroom villa; complete with an outdoor area and great to stay with your four legged mate.
Views of the Pacific Ocean and the lull of the sounds of the ocean help you with a sound night’s sleep.

It was great to be able to take our dogs with us to a lovely, clean and stylish apartment. Very private and close to beach. Lovely decor, very clean and had everything we needed. We will go back!

Beautiful Place
We really enjoyed our stay. We chose it because of it allowing pets and close proximity to the beach. Even though it’s a studio, it had everything you’d need. I often bring some of my own kitchen items because sometimes these places don’t have much or it’s all very worn out. But here, we were able to cook everything we wanted, with pretty well all the utensils/cookware already at hand. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. Comfortable lounge. Beach was nice and quiet which made it great for our dogs. Was a really great stay overall and would definitely stay here again.

Sounds of the waves
Thank you for a wonderful stay. Sleeping with the breeze coming in through the screen doors and hearing the crashing waves is exactly what we needed. Delightful little courtyard with an ocean view and BBQ also made us very happy. Thank you

This is the third time we've stayed at Kellie's property on our way north. It's a very stylish space, with some lovely artwork and nice touches and we always enjoy our stay here.

We loved this studio! Perfect in every way. Just a shame we didn’t get to stay longer..but will do next time :) every detail has been thought of. And the private courtyard is is beautiful!
