This home was clean, comfortable and spacious! Beautiful open concept kitchen/dining/living area for our family to gather. Loved the large private master suite. And a bonus game room in the basement where us adults found ourselves unwinding and having a great time at the end of the day! A short ride to our Castle in the Clouds for a beautiful family wedding:)

The property was very clean, with lots of space for our family of 8 to gather comfortably for dining and visiting. The kids enjoyed the many of the table games in the basement. The large Association beach was a short drive away and was lovely with lots of picnic tables and a playground.

This house was perfect for our vacation. Very clean. Great porch and screened porch. The basement was an unexpected bonus for our kids in their 20s. Air hockey, ping pong, basketball. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is very clean and well equipped (the extra blankets and pillows were very appreciated). The beach is 5 minuets driving distance from the house and perfect for families. The beach has picnic tables and has a little canal perfect for fishing. The yard is small but it was perfect for the fire pit. The screen porch, deck and grill were also great to have. Love the house and we would rent it again for sure! Pete was a very nice host. Thank you!

We stopped here for a few days traveling from Burlington to Bar Harbor. The house was exactly as advertised—roomy, clean, great access to the neighborhood beach at the lake. The game room in the basement was a fun activity for the kids. We loved having coffee on the screened porch. Wolfsboro is only 25 minutes away. Pete was responsive and easy to work with.

My husband, my grown nephew and me stayed at this beautiful secluded home. It was so comfortable and the rooms were so big and inviting. It was a very “ homey” atmosphere. Peter was a fantastic host. Whenever we had questions, he was right there to answer them. The beach was beautiful; the weather was perfect. Thank you Peter for everything ! We will gladly love to stay at another time 🐞

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very informative and easy to work with. The temperature was over 90 all week and the central air-conditioning was great. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 and we enjoyed the open floor plan. The game room downstairs had plenty of use. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The structure of the house also allows for many ways to connect while maintaining social distancing - tenting, porches, separate bedrooms/bathrooms with outdoor access. The house was super clean. We loved everything about our stay!! We booked last minute given the current COVID situation and were really looking for a change of pace and scenery as we had been pretty much stuck at home for 3+ months. The house was beyond clean and had everything that we needed from cooking and grilling items to clean linens and towels. The kids and adults loved the game room. The screened in porch was perfect as a few nights were rainy yet we were still able to enjoy the outdoor fresh air. The outside shower was super legit and great for when we came back from the beach. Many days we packed a lunch and headed to the beach that was less than a 5min drive. We bought fishing licenses and enjoyed a few casts as well!! I would for sure consider this property for future family vacations!!

Peter's house is beautiful. When we arrived, it was sparkling clean. There were only 4 of us (plus our dog) so we had much more space than we needed. The house is so spacious that we hope to return with our other son, his girlfriend and our parents. Even then, it won't be cramped. We lucked out with the weather, so we spent our days either at the beach or on nearby hiking trails. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for meal prep. There's also a gas grill on the large wrap-around deck. If it had rained, we wouldn't have minded because there's a large screened porch, shelves of books (a nice touch), good wifi and tvs equipped for streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime. And I have to mention the game room. It's equipped with a dartboard, foosball and ping-pong tables and an air hockey machine. These are not cheap department store game tables, and there are plenty of spare pucks, paddles, balls. The beach is about a fifteen minute walk. It's private to the community so it wasn't crowded at all. Plenty of space to spread out. We didn't have any problem with parking when we drove down with beach chairs (also supplied by Peter). There are picnic tables on the beach, shade trees, charcoal grills, and restrooms. There's also a pond area where kids were catching sunfish. The water is clean, and there are a couple of rafts to swim to. The few times I reached out to Peter, he was responsive and helpful. Thanks for making our short vacation special, Pete. It's just what we needed.

This was a great place to stay! Very cozy and clean. Great Kitchen and comfortable beds to sleep in. I recommend 10/11 people at the most with their being 2 bathrooms. We came during the holidays so there's definitely more outdoor space in the summer with a grill. The basement was great with games and a couch to sit on. The location is quiet with the lake being a 15 min walk. One Recommendation- if you're going to cook vegetables, bring a peeler. We did a ton of cooking and that was the only thing missed. Other than that, well stocked!

The Cardinal Street house was comfortable and welcoming. It was clean and efficient. There was plenty of room for playing and relaxing. The young folks really enjoyed the games in the basement and spent much happy time there. The house was close to a number of interesting places to visit and things to do and close to good restaurants. All in all, the Cardinal Street house was a great place for adults and young people and a wonderful place to spend the long weekend.

The pictures really don’t do this location justice. The house is beautiful and the setting idyllic! Great for our family to relax, walking distance to a great beach, we had an amazing time we just didn’t want to leave!! Highly recommend this house!!

Peter was a very attentive owner and made sure that details were taken care of. The game room in the basement has a ping pong table, full size air hockey game, and foos ball table. The kids spent so much time at night playing all the games. Kitchen is well stocked, and amenities are great. Only suggestion to future renters would be to purchase a second beach pass from Peter. The Suisvale beach is not walkable from the house, and I was shuttling people back and forth. Much easier to have a parking pass for a second car!

We enjoyed our time at Peter’s home. It was clean and well stocked. The best part was being able to take our dog! He loved the screened in porch. I enjoyed a morning walk each day. The neighbors were friendly. We opted to drive to the beach. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk. There was always parking available. The beach is crowded on the weekend, but less crowded during the week. It was wonderful! We floated on tubes, swam to the docks, relaxed and enjoyed the water! It was a great week!

Our family stayed at this beautiful, fully-equipped home for a few days over Christmas. We loved the large, bright first floor with a very comfortable living room, kitchen and eating area. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a double sink off the main area. We liked the door separating the bedrooms from the main area so that the early risers would not disturb those who were still sleeping. The upstairs bedroom was very large and had its own bathroom. Although we didn't use the outdoor areas, they were large and inviting. I'm sure the screened-in porch and outdoor shower get a lot of use in the summer. The house is tucked into the woods and very private, yet convenient to the main road. The owner was very responsive to our questions, always getting back to us immediately. I would recommend staying at this house, and will do so again if we need more space for family anytime we're visiting family in the area.

Peter's house is beautiful and perfect for a large group! Plenty of comfortable beds. Peter was a gracious and accommodating host. Suissevale is a great community with an awesome beach and friendly neighbors. Highly recommend this house for your next group getaway!

Wonderful spot for a vacation with 3 families - there were 6 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 4 to 3 months. The 4 bedrooms were perfect and having the screened porch was wonderful - don't think we even used the dining room table. Loved the Suissevale Beach - great for the little ones. Peter provided everything necessary for a week at the lake ! Bonus - weather sunny and in the 80s every day!

The house is very clean and modern. When we got to the house all the clean linens and towels were neatly placed on all the beds so you didn’t have to guess what sheets went to what beds. We didn’t have any issues the week we stayed there but I knew if we did Pete would have taken care of it right away. The beach was very clean and had a volleyball net and swings for the kids to play on. If we rent a place on the lake again it will be this house.
