The condo was nice. The door could be a bit tricky. The outside of the condo looked a bit run down but overall was great for the price.

Everything was clean and looked like the pictures. The balcony view is amazing! The room was also equiped with beach stuff (umbrella, chairs, toys...)

Amazing location and time

What is not to say the view is absolutely amazing. Apartment is perfect and has everything you need to enjoy a day at the ocean. We did not realize we had access to the water until day 2. What a beautiful connivence. The air that comes in amazing . Already have recommended to family and friends.

My husband and I enjoyed our short stay at Jose’s condo, it was very clean and well put together. The pictures are exactly how the condo looks, the view of playa azul is beautiful! We have stayed in the same complex before but this time we were on a higher level, so the sounds of the waves and the view of the beach is much more beautiful. Jose was quick with responses when needed. Highly recommend this place, great for a couple or even a smaller family.

The pictures depicted just don’t do this condo justice. I could have stayed in the apartment alone and would have been satisfied.

I really wanted to give this property 5 stars but there were a few things that were inconvenient. Positive things about this place, the view is beautiful as stated by everyone else. Lots of cute coffee shops around and the cats around the building are a bonus 😄. The property itself is in rough shape, we arrived to no power in the building and it was night, so basically it was like walking blind not knowing where I’m lol, it was interesting. Then, found out the hairdryer in the condo doesn’t work. No big deal, Went to Walgreens nearby and purchased one only to found out the bathroom does not have any outlets…. Uhmm how come not a single guest who’s stayed here has mentioned this in their reviews?? What was even worse, the only mirror in the condo is located in the bathroom so basically drying my hair and using any styling tool that needed to be plugged into an outlet was blind spot. I was literally doing my hair in the kitchen without seeing what I’m doing, this was so frustrating and inconvenient for a female with long hair. I think the owner should have outlets in the bathroom or at least place more mirrors inside the condo. Also, the AC in the bedroom is soooo loud. You just can’t sleep with it on! But the condo is nicely decorated with beach stuff and provides everything you need for it.

The view was spectacular and relaxing. We had a minor incident with the internet and our host was quick to respond and resolve, which we appreciated. We felt safe because of the security in the property and in the building by front desk. Apartment was fully stocked with beach essentials which was a plus. Will definitely stay there again when in Puerto Rico.

We loved our stay. Convenient to many great sites; el Yunke/ferry to Vieques and kiosks. Nice pool. Again The view was yea en! We will be back. Myself and 18’yr old son

Great views, great location. Cleanliness was less than desirable for me overall, but especially in the kitchen& bath, and quality of mattress has much to be improved. Front door a little wonky with scraping LOUDLY to open. Very impressed with Folder of information left by owner!!! Very detailed and helpful. Thank you

Overall a nice place to stay. Disappointed in the way the amenities were listed versus reality. Property listing said “washer” but it actually referred to a laundromat in a different building. Listing said “air conditioning” which was true for the bedroom only. The internet router information was incorrect and took some detective work to figure out. The view was beautiful and it was easy to access the beach and pool. Community was welcoming and felt very safe.

Location is so close to the beach, we enjoyed going to the beach everyday! Getting to the location was straight forward. The view from the balcony and living room shows the beach! Jose had everything setup, from beach towels to extra bed sheets, etc. Will recommend to everyone!!!

Nice beach. Relaxing stay.

Right on the beach. Apartment has everything you need, even beach gear. The view is amazing. We didn't even use the A/C because sleeping with open windows and listening to the waves was very comfortable and peaceful. The owner is very easy to reach. My wife loved the way the apartment was decorated. Highly recommended.

Property was centrally located and easy access. Nice amenities. Ocean swells large at nearby beaches. Weather doesnt always cooperate thus diving was cancelled nearly entire week due to dangerous swells..

After reading the reviews, I booked this property because it definitely just sounded very me and my friend. Obviously, if you’re looking to party really hard or get drunk every night you’re very loud and you enjoy nightlife then This is probably not the property for you. This was a relaxing birthday vacation for me and one of my friends. This property provided everything I needed in terms of relaxation a beautiful beach view every morning and evening sounds from the ocean waves to put me to sleep. I truly enjoyed everyone who worked at the property. They were so sweet and accommodating, the surrounding area was small had some very cute coffee, shops, places for lunch and late night snacks I never felt unsafe. Was also a pretty easy Uber ride to larger beaches, but I enjoyed their beach as well. I do recommend renting a car if you plan to stay in this area as Uber is a little hard to come by.

The beautiful view of the Caribbean Ocean from the room will make you averse from going outside. Bonus is tropical wind and sound of wave that makes you sleepy at night.

The property is in the Beach Town, not very many tourists and not much to do. It is very quiet so if you’re looking for fun partying and things like that, this is not your place. It has nice views from the balcony, it’s close the the rain forest and it’s right at the beach which was very windy so it was nearly impossible to swim with massive waves as a result😕If you’re looking for peace and quiet and not more than that, you might like it there. The owner was kind however. The air conditioning in the bedroom was annoyingly loud. It was hard to sleep with all that noise.

The area surrounding the property is extremely rough. The condo itself is pretty crusty and in need of an update. I did not complete my stay but was issue a full refund.

Pictures don’t do justice!!! Place was amazing!!! I missed my flight , the host gave me late check out. He even offered me to stay another night! Highly recommend this property!!!

The view is beautiful my husband and I were pleased.

The pics are accurate to a degree. However, once you are actually in the space up and personal there were a lot of little things about the condo itself that were a problem. The pantry door was literally broken and hanging off to the lint when we touched it it fell off and almost hit us in the face. The coffee pot was disgusting and had to be scrubbed inside and out. The comforter has some raunchy stains. As did the pillows themselves. There was a leak on to the balcony which puddled made it very slippery and unsafe at times. The door to the balcony kept getting stuck half open. So many things had rust on … the refrigerator had a weird leak inside that kept freezing into a thin layer of ice on everything. Doesn’t seem like the beach stuff that is left there to use has ever been cleaned. I had to scrub everything before using it and get rid of someone’s leftover undershirts from one of the beach chairs. To top it off we did see a couple of roaches at the end of our stay. We spent a lot of time out of the actual condo so who knows what else if anything we would have encountered. The property itself was ok I guess. We went to check out the beach using the private entrance once during the day and I WOULD NOT recommend it. There were some unsavory characters on some cars right outside the gate and it did not feel safe at all. We were there all of 10 minutes. We needed up driving to a totally different area of beach every time. The pool was decent but closes at 7 which was not.

The location was perfect, close to so many activities for all ages. The view was fantastic. The breeze was my favorite no need for AC so you can hear the waves from the 12 floor. The apartment met expectations. Very satisfied. ❤️

Definitely would stay here again

The condo has a scenic view of Playa Azul and is located across the street. It's conveniently located near other beaches, restaurants and shops. We had a great time!

The condo was super clean and had anything you could need. There was only A/C in the bedroom and I was concerned it would be to hot in the living room but once you open the windows and the blinds on the door you really don't even need the A/C on its amazing how much of a cool breeze blows through the entire apartment. The sun sets right in front of the balcony so it was the perfect spot to sit in the evenings and enjoy the view. The only thing I did not love (which was not a big deal) was the complex locked the gate to the beach and pool at 7pm which I felt was a little early (and so did several other guests I spoke with) . It made it a little more inconvenient if we wanted to walk the beach in the evenings we had to drive around or walk around from the front gate (which was still a short walk). The bed was not the most comfortable but with all the hiking in the forest and sunshine at the beach we were so wore out we all still slept like babies! The mattress was very stiff and my husband actually liked it but for me I woke up sore a few times. For the price and location though I would not change a thing I'd stay here over and over again. I was impressed with everything they had available for the beach (cooler, boogie boards [I'm not sure that's the correct term], sand toys, arm floats and beach chairs. There was plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen was completely stocked. And there are even several books you can read. I had the wrong information for logging into the internet and was able to reach the owner within minutes and had the issues resolved quickly. I appreciated the staff working as well everyone was very kind. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
