Complexe de condominiums Crescent Arms: Situés directement sur la célèbre plage de Crescent, ces condos en bord de mer de Siesta Key sont à distance de marche de South Village. Crescent Arms possède des villas d'un étage ainsi que deux tours de sept étages qui sont directement sur la plage. Nos condos de vacances sont situés dans le complexe South Tower of the Crescent Arms Condo. Crescent Arms offre une piscine serpentine pittoresque qui est isolée pour votre intimité et chauffée en hiver pour votre confort. Le club-house, les toilettes et les douches sont à proximité de la piscine pour votre confort. FRONT DE MER: Ce condo Crescent Arms de deux chambres / deux salles de bain - Unité 402S - est situé au quatrième étage, dans la tour sud. Positionné dans le coin sud-ouest, il offre une vue imprenable sur le sable blanc poudreux et les eaux azurées du golfe du Mexique. Entièrement meublé et décoré, ce condo comprend un grand salon, un coin repas et deux grandes chambres. Ce condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 (king-size en Master, queen-size plus twin dans la deuxième chambre et aérobie). Le magnifique Lanai a des baies vitrées du sol au plafond avec des écrans. Le salon est équipé d'une télévision par câble à écran plat HD LCD, d'un lecteur DVD et d'un lecteur CD / stéréo. Une télévision à écran plat LCD HD est également incluse dans chaque chambre. Nous avons même fourni quelques films DVD et CD.
L'unité entière a été rénovée avec de beaux planchers de tuiles de planches partout. La cuisine entièrement équipée avait des comptoirs en granit et un dosseret de tuiles avec micro-ondes en acier inoxydable, lave-vaisselle, haut de gamme en verre / plus, et tous les ustensiles de cuisine, argenterie et vaisselle. Le salon a été agrandi pour englober la véranda offrant un immense espace ouvert donnant sur le golfe et la plage en dessous. En plus des sièges en cuir et de la chaise d'appoint dans le salon, une causeuse confortable et une table basse sont placées sur la véranda ainsi qu'une table et des chaises en verre. La salle de bain principale a des comptoirs en granit et une grande douche vitrée. La deuxième salle de bain a des comptoirs en granit sur la vanité et un combo baignoire / douche carrelé.

Talk about the perfect location! It doesn’t get any better than this! This condo is wonderful! It’s exactly as described. They even provided a few basic supplies to get you through until your first trip to the grocery store! We can’t wait to come back!

The condo is in a perfect location with a screened in patio overlooking the water and beach. We loved being able to walk right down to the beach. The hosts made it so easy with emailed instructions.

I was pleasantly surprised with the beach view, the beach, beach , beach! The condo had comfortible, beautiful furniture. The kitchen had everything that was needed to make & eat meals. The bathroom shower had great water pressure. Look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and right on the beach. The condo puts out beach chairs every morning. There is a charge for umbrellas. The sun sets right in front of the unit. The only complaint is that one of the mattresses should be replaced, but it is not so bad that you can't sleep on it.

We have been staying at Crescent Arms for several years. we enjoyed our time as we always do.We usually stay in the same condo each year. This year the condo was not as clean as it was in past years, floors were dirty,light coating of sand in places. Kitchen counter tops, the same gritty sandy feeling, doors around handles dirty, dark marks & fingerprints. This is the first time we experienced this. With that being said, we will be coming back we do enjoy our time and the perfect location of the condo.

The location, the beach and the view of the gulf from the lanai were lovely. But the unit was not clean. The kitchen was not well equipped. The master bedroom was not located with the ensuite! The matresses were deplorable and the sheets were soiled! As a result, we left early - November 21st! We would never stay there again and we would never recommend it.

Went to spend a week alone on Siesta Key Beach and this place rocked. Had every thing we needed and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store. Would rent this unit again and again.

The wrap around patio doors providing amazing beach view are the best. Overall clean, well appointed unit. Sunnyside Properties communication and check in/out was great. We've rented beach condos for years in different locations and this ranks as one of the best for us.

Condo is excellent beachfront property! Viewing the sunset from the balcony was wonderful! Very spacious and roomy. We stayed for four weeks in Jan/Feb. Very convenient walk to the South Village area's stores and restaurants. Although we enjoyed our time there, some things could be improved. The beds/mattresses need replacing. Some new lamps/lighting would add brightness to the condo (a couple of the lamps were broken). An overall, fresh paint job of the beige walls would brighten/lighten up the place. The woodwork needs fresh paint. Just freshen up the place. Overall, a great location and place for an extended vacation! Would return to 402S!

Good size condo. Owner needs new mattress in All bedrooms. Furniture was falling apart and the tile was not properly installed and was cracking when walked on. My friends stayed in n201 and everything from furniture to amenities were superb. This will not keep me from coming back because it is an awesome location

Condo is very clean and comfortable, first night a/c wasn’t cooling enough but was immediately taken care of when I called Greg on a SUNDAY! No problems remainder of the stay! The view and balcony is very nice. I think the pictures make the space look smaller then it really is in most areas. It seems the master bedroom and secondary bedroom are reversed. Master uses hallway bath and secondary bedroom with two beds uses walk-in closet and larger bathroom right in room. It didn't pose us trouble since just two of us.
A few of the appliances could be updated but functioned well. Couch was usable and comfortable but cosmetically wore at the ends. The bench at the table has some splitting of wood.
There were a few areas where we had to wipe down some missed spaghetti sauce and an odd marking along the entire lower wall of the smaller bathroom.
The first an second night we unfortunately had some problems with palmetto bugs. However, between us and a response staff it ended on the second day. The unit did furnish start supplies and was a very big help. Laundry room is just down hall and clean (not used much by others)..
Additional utensils and better pan would be nice. There is only one small elevator and with the covid restriction delays should be expected (very understandable). In case the elevator was under repair could be a problem for the elderly or those with mobility issues.
Overall, we enjoyed our trip very much. We would say this unit isn't for us again, but if it is in your budget you would probably find it adequate. A few small things and the unit could really be something special. Enjoy Siesta!

Beautiful Stay
When we entered the condo for the first time, our breath was taken away with the view the second you walk in. The condo has all you need for your stay, kitchen stocked with all cooking and eating needs, beach towels, coolers and beach toys. We were sad to leave and know the beautiful view is something we would not wake up to in the morning.

After smelling dead fish for three days straight, another vacationer grabbed trash bags and shovels so we helped him clean the fish up. The county finally did come and rake , but three days was too long in my opinion.
