I come to this hotel for the second time. The ideal location if you like outdoor activities. There is a bus service to the ski run, as well as to the cross-country ski run, every 15 minutes, directly from the hotel. From the same bus stop you can go directly to the city of Poprad. The train station is also close to the hotel. Near a beautiful lake with an ideal path for evening and daytime walks, the length of the path is about 2 km. The room itself is perfect, there is everything for cooking. Refrigerator, microwave, stove, etc. The bathroom is simply huge, equipped with a washing machine. There is a room for storing sports equipment. For pleasant winter evenings there is a fireplace, but unfortunately I have never used it. The view from the windows is directly on the mountains. Lovers of sleep will appreciate the bed!

some knives were blunt, it's easy to fix it. During snowfalls, the snow starts to be cleaned very early, around 6 am, but I think you won't hear it if you get tired of skiing the day before. there was a shortage of a toaster for cooking breakfast.

The reception hosts were very kind and forthcoming, even helping me with parking and other issues. Always very pleasant talking to them. The breakfasts were very good, plenty of choice, tasty. One tip though: the juice and water tanks are on the left :-).

I was overall very satisfied with the stay, I do not have any big negatives to mention. A small one: new arrivals parked on my car's spot almost every day, but they were gone by night (again – good job by the reception hosts).
