Excellent accommodation in a beautiful setting.

The cottage was incredibly well equipped, and it was bigger than appeared in the photos. The jetty into the lake was a useful feature and the lake was ideal for SUPping, kayaks etc. The Moorings is south facing, so the decking is a lovely spot to enjoy the sunsets. There are plenty of dog walks around and the nearby village was pretty and has pubs, a couple of shops and a post office. There was ample storage space, including three fridges and two freezers. And a handy BBQ in the decking.

It is difficult to find fault. The Landings is a beautiful little development of c 30 houses and has two well maintained tennis courts. It is worth noting that The Moorings is semi-detached and with close neighbours, so as a visitor, you have to be a little careful with noise. A very peaceful settling
