We're so in love with the actual place. Feels homey. Actually it looks a lot better and nicer in person cause they updated some of the furnitures/fixtures. For future reference: the couch in the living room is a sofa bed. So you can make use of it. Thank you for having us use your beautiful place. Hope to book with you again next time! ❤️❤️❤️

Great location right by Bottle and Cork, Perfect amount of space for our group of 7, and had all the amenities for making food. The only negative was the couch, smelled a little odd, and it was very sunken in

This condo is in a great location, allowing for a short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The Jolly Trolley stop was right across the street as well. The home was clean upon arrival, and the owner communicated quickly whenever I reached out to her. Our only concern was the couches that sunk in very deep and were difficult to get out of, especially for my parents. Thank you for a great stay.

If you are looking for location in Dewey it is perfect. I do think furniture and beds need an upgrade. Top bunks are for children only. The couches are a bit old and saggy. Other then that there is plenty of room and apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. Communication with owner is great! Easy check in and fit 2 large cars in assigned parking spots. Had a great time!

Cute condo! There for 2 days. Mostly everything was clean except the walls and decor are collecting dust so the cleaners need to pay more attention to that. The beds make noise with EVERY movement so that may annoy you. Very tight parking area but thankfully the beach, restaurants, and some activities were walkable so only left the garage twice. If you can’t do stairs, this property isn’t for you! The owner is very kind and responsive. Would stay again.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was amazing! The host was very kind and very accessible, she answered all questions in a timely manner. The location was fabulous! Very close to the beach, food, and bars! There were two bathrooms and that was a game changer with all of us girls getting ready! Loved the keyless entry, it made checking in and out super easy! We would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the host was very easy and they responded quickly when we had questions. One item I will note, this is a third floor unit with no elevator (in case you require assistance). This did not provide an issue for our group. Would stay here again.

Great property manager, great location and great place to stay! You're right in the middle of town and walking distance to everything Dewey has to offer. Everything was clean and fresh, property manager made it very easy to find and easy to contact for any questions.

Very disappointed with the conditions of the rental. I understand that this rental changes hands weekly with new guests, however, with the charge of a cleaning service I would expect it to be clean and presentable at check-in. I listed a few things below that were noticeable within a few minutes of checking in at the place: -Master bathroom sink clogged -Hair in master shower drain -Sand in wash machine -Lack of silverware/cooking utensils -Urine and sweat smelling couch/pillows -Broken couch -Sand on floors upon arrival -Living room blinds missing and broken -Broken blinds in spare bedroom -broken microwave & large microwave on counter taking up all of the counter space for cooking -misrepresentation of photographs posted on VRBO vs in real life -broken ceiling lights -dirty TV with fingerprints & food -no table outside as pictured -extremely sticky table that no matter how much you wiped and cleaned remained sticky. We have been coming to Dewey beach yearly since 2016 and have never had a negative experience with a rental. This condo was absolutely filthy and for being charged a “cleaning service fee” they should be fired. I reached out to the renter and her response was simply…I’ll pass it on to the cleaning crew. Pitiful customer service.

I booked this last fall for July 1st weekend- my daughter was getting married ina private ceremony on the beach. Gaysha was wonderful with her communication, description of property and the check in process. The place was perfect for our needs! (I always read reviews ahead of booking somewhere, so I knew it was on the third floor and near a club- I put the fan on and night and didn't hear the music) There is a lovely, well equipped kitchen, a nice big table, plenty of seating, bedrooms and bathrooms were good, too. There is also parking under the building for two cars! The location is super convenient! Right near the bay and a block and half to the beach! Lots of restaurants/food options close by! I would definitely stay here again!

This beach condo was as described and very comfortable for our family of five. Easy access to beautiful beach and short walk to restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. We were in town for a lacrosse event in Frederica, DE and this condo was just a 35 minute drive from the fields. It made for a great getaway. Thank you!

This was such a great experience and the communication was fantastic. We came for a Bach party and it was the best! Check in and out was a breeze. I'd definitely stay there again!
