This was a great sit to stay. The house was clean and spacious. The pool and backyard were great. The communication with the owner was quick and easy. He answered any questions we had. I would stay here again. It was perfect for what we needed.

This is our 2nd time staying at this home. Quiet neighborhood, had everything we needed, close to stores and restaurants. The home is well kept and pool was fantastic! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and he was very welcoming. We asked if we could check in early and we were able which was a super huge bonus. More tv channels than we could know what to do with (but my husband loved it). Thank you very much for making this trip an easy one and so long as you allow, we will stay again and again at this house.

This is the second time we stayed in this lovely home. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a private pool providing sun and shade areas and a well kept yard. The entire house is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The home owner was kind enough to stop by our first day there to familiarize us with the tv’s and be able to access any movie or program we could possibly want to watch. We had a wonderful time visiting with family, an afternoon atClearwater beach and local attractions. We hope to stay at this house again.

House appeared like a garage sale finds in the furnishing. At first look it appears clean. The bed sheets were so old and balled we doubted they were clean. The pool was clean. The washer and dryer were great. We were unable to log into the wifi systems. There were NO directions for the televisions. Come to think about it no directions for any of the appliances. The shelves were dirty. I owned a vrbo in Hudson. My visitors had the best conditions possible. Two pair of sheets towels and beach towels for my pool. The dishes and pots and pans were unscrated. This is clearly a fast money maker for the owner and the 30 year olf furnishings appear to be of garage sale quality. I would never recommend anyone stay there unless they are looking for price only.

The property was fine. It was clean but quirky. The host met us at the property for check in, lots of light bulbs needed replaced. The towels and sheets could use an upgrade. We didn't have any in the master bath. The house was completely functional, clean and spacious just a little odd. The pool area is very nice. No neighbors directly face the pool/yard area so you have lots of privacy. We don't watch much TV but watched two movies on the patio so that was a fun surprise! We would stay again if we were ever in Spring Hill.

The only negative was the outdated furniture, but it had no impacted on our week. We enjoyed the pool daily. The only thing missing from the kitchen was gallon pitcher for tea/lemonade and a baking sheet. We purchased a gallon pitcher and left behind for others to use. The TV outside started to get fuzzy/static towards the end of our week, but then would be fine once turned off a few hours. I was surprised that they had tolilet paper and paper towels (few rolls to get you started)dish soap and hand soap in bathroom and bar soap in showers. Most places do not provide much of anything. There are items left behind from other visitors in the kitchen and bathroom. This location and house were fabulous and the price was excellent. The host was great. We will definitely be back next year!!!

The house is nice. The rooms were big and beds were comfortable. The tv in the back porch kept going out (colors were distorted or the picture would get super fuzzy). The owner was quick with his responses to any issue we had (nothing major) and extremely nice. Overall, it was worth the price and we are glad we chose to stay there. Whenever we go back to spring hill, we would love to stay there again if the owner would have us!

My husband, myself, 2 adult children and their significant others stayed here for a week. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool daily! The kitchen was nice however a few more items would be helpful such as a cookie sheet and non stick pans . We also missed having a ceiling fan in the bedrooms but that is a minor personal convenience that would not keep me from returning. We highly recommend Richie and this rental property. Communication with Richie was awesome prior to check in. And he was available if anything was needed, which we needed nothing from check in to departure. We were greeted by the property manager and given all information. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool was so nice and they had a few pool items at the house for our use. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Loved our stay!
The whole property was clean and the host was very responsive. We have stayed at several VRBO homes now and this was the first time we were able to park inside the garage which was really nice! The neighborhood was nice as well and very quiet. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this house!

Great Neighborhood
Everything was very dated, furniture, mattersses were very uncomfortable, window treatment in one bathroom dry and brittle, pool cover is falling apart, pool area painting is very old, living room furniture pretty but dated and not functional. This was our first VRBO rental. I will do more research in the future

This place is so much better than the pictures
The pool is an absolute dream. Located close to the springs, and so many cool small towns. Tampa, Clearwater/St Pete only an hour away, so a great day trip to either. House is huge, with all amenities you need there. GREAT neighborhood, we felt very safe. Beds were comfy, and Richard was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the West Coast of Florida! We cooked at the house many nights and used the grill outside one night.

Beautiful Property!
My family and I stayed for 10 days in the beginning of March 2022 and we had a wonderful time! The home and pool area was beautiful and we could not have asked for anything more. The home owner was very accommodating, it was close to shopping, beaches and other fun! I would highly recommend staying at this property to anyone and hope to be back!

The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet quite convenient for shopping and exploring the area. All the amenities we needed, including a great backyard patio/pool with gas grill, and especially nice to have garage parking. Everything was in good working order. Definitely recommend.

This was exactly what we needed: hubby and myself were meeting up with brother, his wife, and their child visiting from far off. The house was near our parents, which we were visiting but they don't have a large place. So, we enjoyed hte pool each morning, then went to see parents nearby each evening. The pool kept the 11 year old very happy. The pool kept the adults traveling from a very cool coastal climate very happy. The house was spacious; classic FL split design. Communication with the guy facilitating the rental was easy. Nice guy. p.s. The door from the main bathroom to the pool was stuck - it could be used but was super difficult, so we just left it alone.
