I had read another review about a musty smell to the place but there were enough good reviews to overlook it. However when we arrived at the property the smell was really intense and I thought I had made a terrible mistake. The first night was miserable but I noticed in the morning that the smell was considerably less so we opened up windows to get some fresh air in and the rest of the stay was great! Could be whatever is used to clean but whatever the case if you air it out at arrival you will have no issues!

Check-in was super easy and we didn't have a problem finding the place. Unfortunately we had giant house Flys (3) stuck in the property flying around. When we arrived the place smelled just like cleaning fumes which gave us instant headaches. There was a lingering smell of stail smoke in the furniture. The location was great. Close to beach and downtown. Nice parking spot right in right too. Beds weren't comfortable. But all in all it was a nice stay.

Had everything we could need. Great location. Clean and quiet.

We loved our stay at this wonderful little gem just a block off the Promenade in Seaside. Comfortable and clean with all the amenities needed for a great stay. And the location is awesome...we walked and ran on the beach, strolled through downtown, and enjoyed a day trip up to nearby Astoria and Long Beach, WA. Communication was clear and prompt, and guidelines were through and helpful. Highly recommended. 😊🤙🏽❤️✌🏽

nice and cozy loved the location, quiet, close to beach and main street., location could use a pressure wash on the patio. otherwise clean and cozy place. garbage only goes out once a week, they could use a larger garbage can outside. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great no-frills place in a perfect location. (A block from the beach and a block from all the shops and action on Broadway.) It could use some updating for sure, but it’s clean and comfortable...everything you need for a beach location.

Perfectly situated on a quiet street one block from the beach and Promenade with easy access, plus it's just around the corner from the main street with restaurants, activities, and everything touristy. The two bedrooms and overall layout worked well for our family and having a fenced in front patio meant we could enjoy a bit of being outside without feeling like we were sitting on the sidewalk. We took advantage of having a full kitchen with utensils, pots/pans, etc. and it worked great. It would have been nice if there was one empty cupboard to keep food in.

I had an amazing time at this cute little cottage by the beach! It was my mom, sister and I that stayed for 4 nights. The beds were super comfortable and the couches in the living room were too! The short walk to the beach was awesome, we walk down every night that we were there. We would love to stay here again! I can't say enough good things about this place.

Truly enjoyed this sweet place despite needing to leave early due to COV19 situation, out of everyone's control. The duplex had everything we needed: kitchen equipment, games, tv, laundry, private small space to sit outside. Very close walk to the promenade and center of town. Communication with management excellent. We look forward to visiting again.

This was a very cozy nice home. Even though no beach view the walk to beach was only about 1 block. It was really close to activities for the whole family. We had a great time. Thank u.

The property was just what we needed for a peaceful weekend getaway. With it being just a block away from the beach, we enjoyed many outings on the beach. We also ventured into the downtown (just a 1-2 minute walk away). The house did have a strong musty smell every time we re-entered, but overall was very clean.

This duplex contained everything we needed... and more... for a relaxing, enjoyable stay in Seaside. It was immaculate. Close to the beach and shops, and the office staff were warm and very helpful. We will be back!!

This property is super close to downtown Seaside and 1 block from the beach. Very clean, lots of towels and bedding along with the basic necessities in the kitchen. We had a total of 5 people and with 1 bathroom was a minor challenge but we knew that before renting. Parking for 2 was plenty of space for 2 smaller SUV’s. Comfy couches and beds. Decor is appropriate for the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

We arrived at 2:00 pm on Friday afternoon and we were able to get into the condo early. So appreciated that after a 6 hour drive plus it meant we were able to start our beautiful weekend. Brought all our gear into our condo and jumped into our shorts, flip flops and light swearshirts. Took a very short 1.5 block walk to the beach only to see the sky littered with about 30 shapes sizes and colored kites. WOW, totally a perfect beach day. We stumble onto the National Kite Flyers, who had been here all week. Weather was sunny, 65 degree day with 3-5 mile an hour winds. INCREDIBLE! The condo was adorable and acceptably clean. Our only negative, was we noticed in our kitchen. a very active trail of sugar ants. I know from experience these little but mighty bugs are difficult to get rid of and we found signs that management was definitely trying.. Would we come back? Absolutely without hesitancy. Very reasonably priced, the beach, shops, and a large variety of restaurants are all within walking distance. This condo, which is actually more like a cozy little cottage is great place. You would be robbing yourself of a great experience if you did not at least look into this little gem.

The cottage is well stocked and unlike many vacation rentals the living room furniture is very comfortable and designed for family evenings.

checked out of here this morning & our stay was absolutely fantastic! location is fantastic, right by the ocean, restaurants, gas, coffee & more. check in is really smooth, you have to check in at their office (if you arrive after 5:00 pm they give you instructions on how to retrieve your keys) which was very helpful since we drove up here from San Francisco and did not arrive until 10:00 pm. the space is clean, quaint, & cozy. bed & couches were super comfy. outside patio area was perfect. perfect place for groups of 2-6. price was very much worth it & i would definitely come here again!

I would highly recommend this place! It was a perfect fit for our family of 4 with 2 younger kids and the bunk beds. The location literally cannot be beat! A block off the beach and very close to all the downtown action!

The cottage is delightful and just what we thought it would be. The beds were comfortable, the futon not so much. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right by the beach and downtown.

The only negative thing I have to say at all about the property is that the queen bed is so hard that it's impossible to sleep on it, and the only other option are bunk bed, or a really uncomfy leather couch. Won't stay again unless I knew the bed had changed. Everything else is great, location is great, unit is really cute and roomy.

Really loved this property. Super short walk to everything and the property management was great and even showed us how to get there. All the amenities were a plus. My only concern was that the keys would stick in the lock and it was troublesome getting it out without breaking the key itself. Other than that — 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Pefect for our family of 5. Very clean and very nice. Love the BBQ on the fenced on front patio! Lpve tge bedrooms and the super coffee couches in the living room. Kitchen has all the dishes and utensils we could need. Great washer and dryer. Dishwasher and microwave didnt use the oven but I'm sure it is just as great as the rest and there is even a cute tiny back yard area! Deffinately going to come back next year for our yearly vacation :) and we were able to book it for an extra night so we are very happy. Thank you for sharing this wonderful little gem with our family!

This property is a short walk to everything-beach, downtown, stores & services. Very comfortable.

Place was nice and clean, perfect size for our girls weekend.

Rental is in very good condition, clean. You are required to start laundry before leaving, which I thought was unusual. Don't believe I read that anywhere before renting. Private setting, close to main street of activity in town, one block off the boardwalk. Would definitely go there again.
