Doskonała lokalizacja, kameralny hotel, śniadania i obiadokolacje bardzo dobre choć niezbyt duży wybór ale osobiście wolę zjeść mniej a smaczniej, duży plus za wyśmienitą kawę do śniadania. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Materace na łóżkach są zbyt twarde i przez to niestety niewygodne. Korzystanie z sauny oraz jacuzzi dodatkowo płatne - dla nas nie był to problem. Rezerwacja na konkretną godzinę zapewnia całkowitą prywatność oraz relaks, ale przydałyby się szlafroki - ubieranie się na mokre rozgrzane ciało w ubrania, żeby przejść do pokoju nie jest specjalnie przyjemne.

Location is perfect, rooms are comfortable, very nice design. The owner was very nice and welcomed us.

Staff doesn't even understand English. They sell the ski Gopass, but the receptionist has no idea how does it work. If you speak slovak, this is your place! Otherwise you'll have problems. I spoke in very short easy sentences, but had no chance. Steak "well done" please. She nodded and you saw, that she doesn't understand a word. You'll need you Activity skills here. We were almost only Hungarians at the hotel, but no one spoke Hungarian neither. (Although this close to the border) I think it would worth to hire staff with at least 1 more language knowledge. (Or pay them an English teacher)

Excellent location with ski to door and close proximity to the bard and restaurants. Service was also fantastic, both at the reception and in the restaurant. breakfast was delicious

Hotel is new, room are really nice, it is located right on the slope. Also the food for breakfast and dinner was delicious. Beds are comfy.
