We loved the free parking that was available in a nearby underground garage. The hosts were very friendly and greeted us when we arrived. The apartment is narrow but well stocked. The addition of a washing machine and dishwasher was very useful especially if you are staying for a longer period. Location is perfect! The apartment is within walking distance to the promenade as well as fantastic restaurants nearby. The air conditioning was very effective as well as the shades to block out the light in the morning.

There was a terrible drainage smell in the bathroom that lasted the duration of our stay. If you are staying for a longer period of time, it can become a problem. The apartment could do with a coffee machine. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours. Note that the balcony is an enclosed extension of the living area.

Loved the apartment facilities and location. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to answer our questions.

Noise. The apartment walls are so thin you can hear normal conversations on both sides plus the street side. This was a major surprise as nobody had mentioned it before in reviews.

The location of the apartment is very good, close to the beach and old town. The apartment is very bright and comfortable. The host is very helpful.

Real pictures show the reality of a full equipped apartment, very comfortable and in an excellent location. The owner adapted it to our needs, is very accessible and looks after the client. Will be our first option the next time we book in Marbella

This apartment was perfect in so many ways. The location, easy access, modern style in the apartment, cleanliness... the apartment was very well equipped with everything you need for cooking and cleaning - which was important to us as we were travelling with a 9 month old baby. They had a travel cot with nice clean bedding, a high chair, children's cutlery and even little pots/jars so I could make some purée for the baby to store in the fridge. The apartment is recently renovated and beautifully done. Augusto was also very friendly and helpful. If we ever go back to Marbella I would try to book here again. 10/10.
