Comfortable Daphne Condo near Bay, Fairhope, and Mobile; Short Drive to Beaches
Bien meublé, nouvellement peint condo de deux chambres avec balcon, près de Lake Forest Yacht Club. Excellent choix pour les affaires ou le plaisir. Des séjours à court terme et à plus long terme sont disponibles. Pratique pour les restaurants, magasins et divertissements. Joliment décoré et chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. Lit Queen dans la chambre principale, et un lit de taille standard dans la deuxième chambre, les deux excellents. Salon confortable a deux canapés et un fauteuil inclinable. L'unité a laveuse et sécheuse, cuisine bien équipée, télévision par câble et Internet haute vitesse sans fil.
À distance de marche du Lake Forest Yacht Club (qui est ouvert aux non-membres) et au lancement de bateau de Daphne City. Seulement deux pâtés de maisons sont les États-Unis. Académie des sports et Eastern Shore Trail pour le vélo, le jogging et la marche. Le parc Daphne Bay Front est également à proximité, avec des promenades à travers les zones humides et une jetée, et la réserve historique de Village Point Park. Village Point Park abrite le Jackson Oak, qui est le plus ancien chêne vivant en Alabama à 95 pieds de hauteur et une circonférence de 28 pieds.

This was perfect for our quick family weekend get away. This place was easy to find, just on the main road in Daphne. It had all the amenities we needed and fit us very comfortably. The listing is accurate the furniture and beds where is like new condition. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

We stayed for 9 days. A great condo, very clean, and well stocked. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. We would recommend it highly and would stay again when we are in the area.

Good for a quick trip
We stayed for one night, just for a quick change of scenery. It’s an older, upstairs unit. The stairs seem to harder to climb for some reason. Either they’re narrower, or steeper, or both. Not sure. The unit had been remodeled and is very clean and neat. There are wood (simulated) floors that make a lot of noise when you walk on them. Thankfully, it didn’t seem like anyone was in the unit beneath us when we were there. There’s a fan in the living room, but not in either bedroom. The AC works, but not very well. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating. There are no overhead lights, only lamps, which makes the unit fairly dark. I guess it’s a personal preference thing, but I didn’t like it.
Overall, the unit is clean, well stocked, attractive, and convenient to get to. Owner was very responsive. If I needed a place to stay for a night or two, I’d stay there again.

Close to the Bay, lots of areas nearby to walk, close to the beach. Property was adorably decorated and clean. Also, liked the items in the kitchen. Very nice experience overall.
The negative was that we had to buy batteries for the remote control but that was not a big deal.
