Great location, feet from the Pantheon.

The air conditioning is set at 74 degrees. Not sure it ever even got that low. Fans in the bedrooms would be nice.

Incredible location. Spacious and comfortable with all the basics needed for our stay and more. Communicating with staff was very pleasant.

Air conditioning didn’t feel extremely effective. The water pressure in the shower is quite low.

Only windows opened onto internal courtyards, so no views - but, when you are that close to everything, just go outside!

The location is exceptional. Almost in the piazza of the Pantheon. It has elevator which was very important for us. Very quiet place. It is a small 2 bedroom apartment with a small leaving room and a tiny kitchen as part of the leaving room. Nice and clean. We were 3 people and for us it was perfect. A big thank you to Lorenzo who took care of our needs very promptly.

The bathroom is a good size, it would be fine if it does not smell like mold. It has an exhaust but it does not help much. We would like to come back so please take care of the bathroom.

the location is perfect! you will be very close to all touristic points. The apartment was really comfortable, it is just like the pictures.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the main attractions. The apartment was well equipped, clean and quiet. We would definitely book it again.

The communal entrance area could be smarter but we were only ever passing through. Other than that we were happy with everything.

Apartment was great, in an absolutely brilliant location. Fabio was always quick to respond before the trip and there was someone waiting to show us around the apartment as promised. Great little base in an epic location.

If I had to pick one thing, it's the couch. Not very comfortable. But totally minor in comparison to how good everything else is.

the location is amazing 21 minute walk from colosseum, 14 walk to Vatican City and 1 minute walk to pantheon!

The apartment did not seem clean and the main bedroom was definitely not cleaned before we arrived. The picture shows the accumulated dust under the bed on the day that we arrived. There was an empty box of tissues in the bathroom and plastic not disposed of. The shower is extremely small.

Great location, with Pantheon just outside the door! Great directions from the host, with photos sent via messages in Booking.com which were so helpful. Easy to ask questions and get advice. Apartment worked well for our group (one couple plus adult grandchild) and was nicely furnished with modern touches. Clean; beds were comfy; nice to have elevator.

Wish there had been a closet or more hooks or storage in main bedroom Also some onsite instructions for operating appliances there were unfamiliar to us. Even if in Italian, we could translate as needed.

excellent location. one minute from Pantheon piazza. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Though there was little natural light, the lighting in the apartment was magnificent. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need to make a meal. Refrigerator was late and very clean. Apartment was on 3rd floor, but there was a modern elevator and only 8 steps. The best part of staying in this apartment was the manager, Fabio. From the first moment tha I reserved this apartment, he was always available and very helpful. He responded quickly to any questions I had and provided so much information before hand, even sending pictures showing access to apartment. All his correspondence was excellent and informative, guiding us to every detail we needed.livin room was small but perfectly adequate and comfortable. Abi made this experience exceptional.

It is THE location. U can not find a better location for tourist in Rome. Right on Panteon square, but quiet. Perfect apt for family with two kids

The location is perfect and the process was nice and smooth. The flat has enough space, has an elevator, and is towards the backyard.

Is more suited to stay for the nights, if you are looking for a „living room“ type of room to spend a lot of time time during days and evenings you might want to check if that’s the right place.

Perfect location - right in middle of the best Rome quarters direct at Pantheon, Piazaa Navona and Trevi Fountain - 5 minutes walk each, Vatican - 20 minutes, Colosseum - 30 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. There is a grocery store nearby. The apartment is very good renovated and equipped : air conditioning, full kitchen, washing machine, USB outlets to charge the phones, and the apartment is quiet (windows face patio). Very friendly and welcoming host.

The location of this property is amazing!! Fredrica was very helpful and patient as we were late collecting our keys. She was also gracious enough to organise a transfer at the end of our stay to the airport who was also prompt. The property is great and has everything you need and is especially good for 3 adults. It also has a washing machine and a lift so you don't have to carry your luggage up. This is excellent value for money!

The wifi didn't work for most of our stay and the single mattress probably need replacing as it was not very comfortable.
