- sehr ruhige Lage
- ein Supermarkt befindet sich fußläufig 4 Minuten entfernt; ebenso Apotheken, Kiosk und Restaurants
- der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat bei booking immer schnell geantwortet
- wer einen Hund adoptieren kann/möchte, dem empfehle ich wärmstens das Tierheim in Souda, in dem ich 9 Tage gearbeitet habe =)
- eine Spülmaschine ist leider nicht vorhanden
- in Souda selber gibt es nicht viel zu sehen, da empfehle ich mit dem Auto oder Bus nach Chania zu fahren

Alles perfect! Vriendelijke mensen, superluxe appartement, gezellig ingericht, terras voor en achter, lekker zwembad, leuke buitenwijk van Chania. Winkels en horeca binnen 5 tot 10 minuten lopen. Diverse scholen vlakbij, geeft gezellig sfeertje. Appartement ligt in Souda, met makkelijke aansluiting op de snelweg, naar de binnenstad en ook naar het mooie schiereiland Akrotiri.
Niks viel tegen. Het oude centrum van Chania is ongeveer 20 minuten rijden met de auto maar er gaan ook bussen.

Worst location. Staff manipulated us into delaying a cancelling/modification to booking so then it was too late. Not nice.

It was very clean, very spacious and comfortable and pool was lovely. Beds and pillows were good too! The jacuzzi as well in the main bathroom was cool! Host was always happy to answer my questions and was very helpful. Would stay again :)
The shower cubicle doesn't have a door so it was difficult to wash without water falling on the floor, however the drain did help a bit.

The apartment was modern, spacious and had everything you need. Pool area was small but we were the only ones using it on one of the days (we went in April so it wasn’t that warm) so perfectly sized. Every room also had a balcony.
We had a few issues with access and Wi-Fi but the response was so quick (call or messaging) so all sorted efficiently.
It was off season but the price we paid was great.
The bathroom had a jacuzzi which wasn’t needed as took too long to fill, would have been better for this to be a shower/bath. The other bathroom was very small and using the shower flooded the bathroom.
There wasn’t much in the area to do but we had a car so was fine. Still a 15 minute drive to Chania.

Clean and spacious appartment. Everything was like in the pictures. Easy to find parking space. There is local restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Supermarket also near. Good place to stay overnight but not for longer if you don’t have a car. Within walking distance there is not a muct to see.

everything is new! you can find everything there including drying mashine or the grill. Big apartments with everything you need. outside they have very cosy pool. highly recommend!

We stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment for 4 adults n 2 kids . So 2 washrooms, one was with a jacuzzi, inconvenient to give my kids showers as the shower hoses were on the other side , also there was leak of water from below the jacuzzi. Ended up all showering at the second washroom, which unfortunately the shower size is soo small with all water splashing out . The most convenient size would have been the one which is near the pool are !

Great facilities and super clean. The apartment had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Nikos, the host has been amazing and super helpful from the moment I booked the holidays until we left the apartment.

The facilities were immaculate, I enjoyed a fantastic stay at this property even while being there for work. Only a 10 minute taxi journey from Chania and 20 from the airport.

Properly was very clean and the host was extremely responsive to our questions/requests. Souda doesn’t have much to offer but if you have a car, it is conveniently located to Chiana center and the beaches on the peninsula.
I don’t have anything negative to say. We were very much pleased with our stay. Would recommend it to couples who have a car and would like to use the apartment as a starting point.
One day, we had a random guy cutting grass around the property. He started at 8am and mowed the grass for 4 hrs. It was an unfortunate experience.

exceptional apartment, modern and spacious.
this apartment was 5KM away from where Booking.com and Google maps place the property. This property is in Souda and not Chania as reported. Souda is a port area which has very little amenities such as restaurants. the point on Google maps I explored and found it is a school which cannot have images so I sense something has been played around with to make this property appear to be in Chania when it is not.

Everything was perfect!The team was very friendly and helpfull.The apertment was very clean and organised.We couldn't imagine better place to stay due our holiday.The bed was so comfortable we wish to taking with us! :)
