What a perfect location! So happy with this choice. It is a nice apartment with a great swimming pool and very close to the lake. We travelled with our small family of 3, with 1 kid. It was just perfect, the kid could sleep on the couch and we had the bedroom. The shower is clean and big enough, the beds are comfortable, both bedroom and the living room/kitchen have air conditioners and they work very well. You have 2 balconies, the big one is looking out on the pool, and you can even see a bit of the lake. You get personal sun beds at the pool that you can use during your stay. The host is very friendly, he met us upon our arrival and showed us to a great parking spot, took us to the apartment and explained everything and gave some advice about the places in the town. It was a great vacation. Would recommend it to friends.

Paolo was an excellent host, made us feel very friendly on arrival and was very quick to respond to queries. The apartment had a fun three level layout and a nice balcony overlooking the garden: great place to eat in the evening. All was well equipped for the four of us, and the pull out bed in the sitting room was pretty comfy. The shared pool and the garden around it were larger than we expected and in great condition. Though it's shared it was never crowded, and there was plenty of shade when we wanted to keep out of the sun. The apartments are in a great location... it's easy to get into Sirmione (good shuttle bus service) but is actually better for being slightly further out as it's pretty crowded up there. Much easier to get there on arrival. The flat has good lakeside access, is a good spot for morning runs. There are good shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Nothing really. Maybe it's good to note that the pool area is a fairly quiet area with most of the other residents of an older generation. Which is great, but maybe be aware if your kids are 'rowdy' :). Ours still had a lot of fun in the pool. And for much younger kids there was a big sandpit filled with toys, and for older a tennis court. Still a child friendly place.

Everything was fantastic. Just In front of the lake, nice pool and garden. Parking facilities Bus stop close to the building Host was waiting us at the entrance of the building, good recommendations and advice.

Very nice prepared apartment with all what you need for a few days. Lake view, swimming pool in the garden….Everything explained by Paolo and small present of course from Paolo prepared in apartment.

Location by Lago di Garda, on a little quieter but nice area! Downtown Sirmione would have been crowded. The pool and the garden were lovely!

The apartment provided everything we needed for us and our 3 months old son. Paolo was very prompt and helpful, very good host!

The apartment was nice and cosy. The host very helpful.
