I would like suggest cleaning the room every five days instead of seven as it is now.

We arrived late in the night and not even a bottle of water was available, ao we had to wait until morning to deink water

Comfortable room and nice location
Room is sold as a hotel room at Booking.com but there’s no hotel service. It’s a flat/appartments building. In order to have the room cleaned or towels/bedsheets changed we were supposed to pay R$130 extra and we were informed about it only when we asked on the second day. This information should be made clear at the moment of the booking.

the location is really great and since it’s a flat it helps in holidays.
for the price they charge, cleaning was only done in every 4 days so the towels weren’t changed until 4 days. I don’t think it’s worth the value that you pay. There wasn’t even extra toilet paper and we went out and bought some just in case.

The property was gorgeous, friendly and helpful staff. The property was in a very good location. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.
only had slight issue with credit card before hand. Was not the property's fault at all.

The "Tambaú Solar Flat and Residence" facilities are extremely new and clean. The internal decoration and overal location is a prime feature. Noise insulation and furniture quality is a major aspect.
Only the sofa-bed was not quite confortable neither reliable to stay on it. And the access aisles were extremely warm during the elevator waiting moments, however it may be a unique feature of the wntire region.
