Very close to the beach

Coffee cups were dirty and stuck to the cabinet, room smelled musty

Loved it and can''t wait to go back!!! Friendly staff, very clean and just a really cool place to stay!! Great value too!! Close to everything Sylvan Beach has to offer. Highly recommended!!!

Room was spacious for the three of us. The bathroom was well-appointed . A/C worked well.

The restaurant was a big N-O. It was early in the season- we're giving them some time to get the kinks worked out. Hope they do!

we have stayed here in the past. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do, visit the Lake House and Turning Stone Casino. When we checked in, we met the owner. He was very nice.

In my opinion, the rooms were a little outdated and could use some upgrades. That said, we have been here before and knew what the place was like.

Bed was comfortable and hot tub was good.

Chairs in the sitting area are outdoor furniture,and not comfortable. Microwave turned on,but would not heat anything. No cups for the coffee maker. Bath tub was dirty/stained. Bathroom floor was ice cold even with heater on. Snow should've been cleared off the stairs.

Stay was for an event in Verona and was easy trip back and forth.

The town was very cute and had great places to eat.

First thing you notice is the smell walking in. Smelled very old and musty. None of the TVs worked and it was dirty. The ceilings were even dirty and moldy. The tiles were sagging and there wasn't any hand soap. Just shampoo and body bars. Definitely needs to be updated. Bed was worn and sheets were itchy and not sure if they were washed.

let's be gone. there was no tv coffeee maker broke. air conditioner bearly kept room cool, the key. code did not work. the tub is disgusting. big chips and they had call as a sealer that was so thick mold was on it. toilet paper holder was broken

Friendly staff... had fun chatting with them at the bar and they made a tasty dinner. Nice area. We were there in off season, so I'm sure it's hopping in the summer!

Small room and bathroom. Wireless didn't work in our room. Lights outside are meant to look like flames but the blinking/strobe affect was a bit annoying (came through the window blinds).

I did not like the room.

I grew up a short distance from Sylvan Beach. I now live in North Carolina. A stay at the Beach means so much to me and the location of the hotel, so close to the beach and the actions meant more to me than I can say. Your facility is admittedly a little date but foir us it lead to the charm.

When we arrived I needed at least some ice or a cold drink none of which was available.

Didn’t know ahead of time that the restaurant and bar at Carbones wasn’t open until Thursday, the day we left
