Spacious and tastefully decorated property. Great location, close to Metro but still within walking distance of the city centre. Wonderful view of Naples bay and terrific sunrises. Quiet since the apartment is at the back of the property. Ciro, the landlord was most helpful. We would warmly recommend this property for your stay in Naples!

Location was good and easy to get to main market place of Sorento. Cafe downstairs was the best!

Beds were hard and pool needing a swim cap is ridiculous and caps should be supplied if compulsory.

The location, 2 minutes from the Old Walled City of Sorrento was excellent, but backing onto a main road was a little noisy. We kept the windows shut most of the time and used the very efficient aircon. The apartment is very bright, airy and spacious. Well planned, had all necessary utensils for basic cooking

No view, a bit noisy from traffic and big family get together in the apartment beneath.. Would have been nice if the owners had provided tea, coffe, sugar and salt just to tide us over at least the first day

The host, though helpful in meeting us and showing us how to get in, was quite abrupt and stern. It was very much a business transaction. On the day of checkout (10am) we were interrupted at 9.55 and asked to leave. We took our final 5 mins to check we hadn’t left anything. Knocking at 9.55 was an unnecessary and rude gesture as we left on time and they made it feel very rushed. The pool closes in the middle of the day which isn’t mentioned when booking and was a huge disappointment, and we weren’t told until arrival that swimming caps must be worn in the pool. Transparency when booking would have been appreciated here as we would have booked elsewhere had we known these rules about the pool.

The apartment was large, the air conditioning worked well, the washing machine was useful. The cleaners were exceptionally friendly. We were able to leave our luggage securely locked after check-out until our flight. We asked if we could have an iron and some kitchen utensils and these were provided to us quickly. The location is convenient and the pool is a great too.

If I were nit-picking, I would say that the kitchen could be a bit better equipped (e.g. the frying pans provided cannot both physically fit on the stovetop at the same time). Would also be helpful to have some wine glasses, a chopping board, kitchen knife etc. A bit of salt and pepper and cooking oil would also be a welcome touch as it seems a bit wasteful for each visitor to purchase (and subsequently discard) these items if they want to cook.

Everything was great: the apartment, the pool and the host.

Our host was very accommodating and met us on site even though our flight had been delayed and we were very late arriving. Everything was clean and the apartment was the perfect size for the two of us and very centrally located.

The bed was quite hard but that may just be a personal preference. Other than that, no complaints what so ever

Really central . Perfect for exploring sorento . Lovely pool . Loved the balcony and the washing machine was a life saver! Air conditioning was very welcome . Had everything we needed including a fridge and a kettle.

pool was closed first couple of days and was quite busy with local kids. we made the most of it though and the life guard was fab at keeping everyone under control.

My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay at Ambra Suites. The apartment is really well located, less than 5 minutes from the main shopping street. The apartment was super clean with a terrace, generous bathroom and kitchenette. The pool is amazing, very clean and very well managed. The price was also very good value. I would highly recommend!

Misleading advertisement of pool facilities. We were very disappointed to find the pool completely empty. At the end of May with 27 degrees we would have expected that the pool would be in use. Also, all the dishes had to be washed prior to use, they were dirty.

Great location and facilities. Host provided meet and greet, extra bed linen and smooth welcome to apartment. Apartment is in excellent location, well equipped with kitchenette and two TVs. Plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Please note that there is a Sorrento tax payable per adult per night of around 3 euros which is commenplace. Above all excellent!
