Stayed five nights with four grandsons (dude’s trip)and enjoyed every minute. The accommodations were as advertised and communicating with Owner was a breeze. Outside shower and special parking were bonus treats.

I’m so happy to have found this rental for our most recent visit. It provided everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Everything was clean and well maintained. Perfect for us. The owner/manager was super responsive and helpful to any questions we had.

The property was as described and expected. Quaint 2 bedroom a block of the beach. We were at a wedding for the weekend so we didn't spend much time there, but did enjoy a walk on the beach and a coffee every morning. I would rather stay here than a hotel any day of the week. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

My daughters and I had a great time. The place was the perfect size for us and the neighborhood was easy to walk around. Less than a minute to get to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. Very clean and Dalia was very responsive. The property was centrally located. Spent a day up in Portsmouth and Salem. Easy drive. We were able to make it into Boston by taking the MBTA commuter rail out of Newburyport. The station was a 15 minute drive from the property. We were able to do a lot of different things. I would recommend staying here for all the reasons above.

We love the seacoast and the beach. It rained a couple of days but there was still plenty to do. The beach was down the road. We loved the accommodations. Great vacation had for all.

Cute, very clean, well appointed unit with nice amenities and friendly helpful host. Dalila was very communicative from questions before booking all the way to a nice check out message. We were very comfortable and cool in the unit and she even left some snacks and toiletries. Really nice place to rent in an area that’s close to several nice towns to explore. Easily one of the better places to stay.

The proximity of the house to the beach was perfect! The sheets were soft and the beds very comfy. Plenty of room for 3 adult women to get their party on for my 35th birthday. Love love love the hot water situation. Strange I know, but I live in a house with a child, a grown man and a 40 gallon hot water tank. To have been able to take a long hot shower (alone) was heaven. Thank you Dalila!

Our stay was great! It is a perfect location, close to the beach and also easy to get in and out of town. The owners were easy to work with and everything was seamless, from the reservation to information prior to arrival to the check in and stay. We had everything we needed and we will definitely come back!

We stayed over labor day weekend. It is a nice little beach house a short walk from Salisbury Beach and the center of Sailsbury. Easy access to newburyport and the surrounding are. Easy in and out with the owner and perfect for a short getaway. We had a great time and really appreciated the welcome gifts. Tip for those not familiar with Salisbury/Seabrook beach area. Parking is extremely tight! If you move you might have to park a little bit away from the rental. Comes with being right next to the beach!!

The property is even nicer than the photos show. Everything was clean and the host provides most of what you need. Very close to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. Check-in was easy and the host was very responsive. We will be back if you’ll have us! Thank you!

Great location, with easy access to the beach. Apartment had all the amenities required. Good communication with owner throughout the pre-rental period. Listing said quiet time after 11. We were there for fourth of July weekend with our three kids, and received texts about noise after 11 each night. I will be more cautious with an owner occupied unit next time. The apartment is perfect for a quiet family or couple. My kids are night owls, so not an ideal situation for us on a holiday weekend.

We stayed in the flip flop cottage and it was exactly what my family and I needed for our long overdue vacation. Dalila was an Amazing host! The cottage was in pristine order and she even left a welcome basket with a pamphlet of things to do in the area. Very short walk to the beach and so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning and hopefully the cottage will be available once we are ready for our next vacation as the wjole family fell on love with the cottage and close proximity to everything at the beach. Short walk to the boardwalk and even shorter walk to the beach. Thank you Dalila for your great 5 star hospitality!

Location was walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to all the stores. The owner was easily available and helpful to answer questions. My 3 boys & I had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay as the property was within walking distance to both the beach and other activities. The only issue that we have which is no fault of the property or the owner were the neighbors below us who were very loud until early hours in the morning (2am-3am) both nights. The second night they actually broke a window downstairs in the middle of the night. As I said this is not an issue with the property but just be aware of how noisy it can be in the surrounding area. The property was comfortable and the owner was very nice and easy to reach if needed. Thank you!

My children (12 and 17 years old) and I stayed over Easter break. The rental property was great. The kitchen had all the basics needed for cooking. The rental was tidy and bright. I would definitely recommend it.

Flip flop was the perfect fit for our needs. So close to all of the areas in Cape Ann and other towns we visited. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Dalila not only checked in with us via texts but left us the little extras like coffee and snacks. Excellent !

Had a great getaway. Accommodation were awesome. Lots to do if you are looking in season. Just minutes to the beach. Wish we could of stayed longer. The only thing i would like to see is a guest book. Just something that would be nice too see different recommendations from other who stayed there. But thanks for making my birthday getaway special. Definitely recommend this place.!!!!!!!!

Coffee supplies and snacks available when we arrived. Appreciated the welcome. (Creamers would be the only thing we missed).

Very clean, spacious, comfortable furniture, nice decor. Property manager replied promptly to question and checked in a few times by email to make sure everything was okay. Great customer service.

I gave it a 4 star only because the tenant downstairs partied all night and were loud. But other than that, I enjoyed staying there. It was cozy, close walk to the beach. The central air was a plus considering the heat that we had that week!
