wifi does not work at all extrem loud, right underneath is a bar it plays techno music until around 1.30 am

The location was excellent as was the breakfast. The accomodation also exceeded our expectations and the host was really lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

The service. Great help from staff and owners

Our stay at Caterina Residenza couldn't have been better. The location was dead center Ravenna. Although we rented a car, there was no need for it. All of the attractions one must see in Ravenna were at our doorstep. The room was spacious, the mattresses extremely comfortable, and the breakfast offered above and beyond. The most appreciated by us was the kind attentions of the staff. From communicating our time of arrival to communicating our breakfast wishes.... all of our requests were answered to timely and exceeded with kindness and more than what we asked for. Highly recommended by a discriminant traveler.

Breakfast was very good and so was the location. The rustic-style apartment was really very comfortable and charming. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. In all, it was a comfortable stay.

However, the sofa bed in the living room was not very comfortable. There was also a lot of street noise at night. It would also be helpful if the instructions were to state that one need to enquire in the adjacent shop for the keys and check-in

Good location in historic centre of town.

Coffee at breakfast was awful. Had to go to a nearby coffee shop to get a decent coffee. Street was very noisy during the night. The noise insulation of the thin double glazing was inadequate. Building has not been properly renovated. Wooden floor is uncomfortable, bending with large gaps between the planks. Access to the double bed in the mezzanine was awkward via narrow forged steel spiral stairs. This was the only decent bed, so could not avoid using the spiral stairs. No thermal insulation (none for the roof). I paid too much for the quality provided.

The room is in middle of the city. This is so good. Not long walks to shops or restaurants. Caterina she was a very friendly person, like a mom. If you need something she helps you. Everyday she made breakfast, also with fresh fruits. We had air conditioner in room, always it was fresh and cold inside. The bathroom was clean. Outside the room was coffee machine and you can take fresh towels. The room is for romantic people :D. The feeling was good. We had also a fridge outside the room. You can put your food inside and Caterina put sometimes water inside too. Thank you for everything Caterina. See you.

The bed was not so comfortable. It was not strong. The coach the same. Few days are OK, but longer then a week it's dark in the room because of the wood. Under the room is a bar but sometimes there is music and small concert. Then it's very loud.

Freak location. Caterina is really nice and helpful. I liked staying at her place

Charming apartment in an old house in the historic center, near restaurants and the market and close to the main attractions. There is a safe and convenient parking nearby (the property is in a pedestrian zone).

We had a really nice time at Caterina Residenza! The host was so friendly and nice! The apartement was super comfy. The location was also perfect, we parked our car about 100 m in a private garage. The apartement was direct in the pedestrian area. All in all we loved our stay at Caterina Residenza in Ravenna :)

Maybe there could be a garbage bin in the room the next time ;)

The room is just amazing and the location is very central.

The air conditioning was making a noise and being very central it was a bit loud during the weekend evenings
