Lovely little basement self contained unit.

I like everything in the house. Nice and decent apartment with very friendly host Ms Petra hosting us. If you are going to Black forest from Switzerland, this place is highly recommended for stayover.

Nothing. All was good

The whole place was very clean from top to bottom. The apartment was also very well organised with appliances that helped us tremendously throughout our stay. The area was also immensely good which helped us with the lack of sleep we suffered from after taking the long journey to Freiburg. Parking was not an issue as it was free as well as easy to find. The kitchen was very well organised and clean which helped us as we prefer to make our own breakfasts. And lastly, the owner of the property was very nice and helped us with queries we had or problems with any of the appliances.

The bedroom could have used a door as there was a big mirror which didn’t enable a whole lot of privacy. We would also have loved to have an iron and microwave, however the apartment was very well equipped with essential tools which made our stay a very pleasant experience.

The property is located in a small hamlet just off the motorway . It’s easy to get to and out of . The accommodation itself is below the ground level which results in a really nice cool temperature inside which was very welcome when it was 28C all day outside . Apartment is clean and thoughtfully furnished so you have everything you need . It feels more like a home than a holiday let :) Host is really helpful and welcoming so we felt very relaxed and looked after from the get go . We will definitely be coming back if we want to explore the area further in the future . Thank you Petra ❤️
