Great apartment, easy walking to beach and restaurants. Has a great set up which means those on sleeper sofa have a private bathroom, as does those in main bedroom.

Had a lovely stay, easy walking distance to town which is great, as traffic and parking can be difficult. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and very comfortable for my wife, my daughter, and I. Traffic along Main Street was a bit of a deterrent at times, but manageable. We would recommend 414 Main Street to anyone visiting Ogunquit.

Perfect for our stay

Walking distance to beach and downtown! Very spacious rooms—loved having two full bathrooms. Only criticism is that the rooms are a little dark—could use more overhead lighting. Otherwise, would totally recommend.

Great place, close to beach, i would recommand

Everything you need is there including beach towels. Every morning we went for a stroll walking to footbridge beach then along the beach to main beach and back home. Wells Lobster Pound is excellent and a short 0 minute drive. Quiet even though you are on the main road and next to a restaurant

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, and it felt like we were home away from home. We’ll definitely come back sometime this year or next year. It was easy to check in and out. The property is close to amazing restaurants and fun things to do in Ogunquit like the Marginal Way.

All communications and transactions were clear and easily understood. The host is very quick to respond and extremely helpful. As soon as we opened the door all three of us felt secured and safe. Place is very very clean,providing all amenities needed. We will definitely stay here again

The unit had a comfy pull out couch and the unit was just the right size for 2 parents and 2 young kids. We asked to check in a night early because our power went out and the owners immediately agreed, which was really helpful to get our kids to remote school in the morning (not to mention hot showers!).Restaurant right next door is handy for the nights we didn't cook.

Immaculately clean property in a great location! You’re in between town and footbridge beach. We LOVED the restaurant next to the property and ended up eating there twice during our short stay! Property manager was flexible and attentive. It was spacious for our family of four and having two full bathrooms and the kitchen was so convenient.

The location of the apartment could not be better. 10-15 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to downtown.

I am a pessimistic guy by nature and don't usually give 5-star reviews, but my family was very pleased with our stay here. The rental is an easy walk (less than 0.5 miles) into downtown Ogonquit, and only a little over a mile to Footbridge Beach. The unit was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and surprisingly spacious (the owners could probably fit another bedroom in here if they wanted to -- but clearly they are prioritizing comfort over cramming as many beds as possible into the unit). The kitchen was probably the most high-end and modern kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation property. There is a restaurant in the same small apartment complex where this rental is located, and initially we were worried about it being loud at night, but that was never an issue at all. We'd be very happy to stay here again.

This property is perfect for going to the beach! It is only a short 10 minute walk to downtown Ogunquit and 15 minutes to the beach. The trolley stop is located conveinently accross the street and there are a bunch of restaurants all around. There's a new restaurant that opened up in the same building and even though it has a bar that is open until 11:00pm, it is very quiet. It wasn't noisy enough to keep us from sleeping. Can't recommend this place enough! It's perfect for a family of 4 to stay at.

Our complete experience with this property was fantastic! Richard and Andrew are wonderful hosts and always willing to provide the knowledge they have of Ogunquit , things to do, places to go, etc. The property was clean and comfortable and just as the pictures show! We will definitely stay there again anytime we are back in the area .

My wife and two kids (10 and 12) and I had a fantastic time in Ogunquit, and this property was an incredibly nice part of our stay. Very newly renovated, done up in a sleek and modern style with high quality finishes and furnishings, and everything you could need (e.g., iron, coffee maker, variety of kitchen ware, even beach chairs and towels!). Our only comment is that it would have been nice to have a small tv in the bedroom as well as the living room so that we had some options to stay up late in front of the tv if we'd wanted while still having the kids sleep on the sofa bed. The sofa bed, btw, is one of those really nice fold out futon styles, so it is supportive and comfortable (if a wee bit more firm than I prefer - the bed memory foam mattress was more my speed). It is about 3/4 of a mile walk into town, which on a hot day was a little trudgy but wasn't terrible, and the benefit is that there is less car and foot traffic and noise right at your door than there would be staying in the heart of the town. There is a back way/short-cut to the main beach that has minimal traffic and more shade, which I recommend using either walking or driving. Very possible to have one person drop people and stuff off at the beach in a car, go back to the unit to park, and walk back in about 20 minutes (this was the method we used). The parking issue another reviewer wondered about isn't one - there are clearly labelled reserved spaces for 2 cars for each unit, and we had no problem accessing our spaces even with cars there for the restaurant. This unit is on the ground floor, right next to the restaurant bathroom, but it was a non-issue - we didn't have any bothersome noise, and there is a chain to discourage restaurant patrons from wandering past the unit windows. From talking to the owners they plan on putting up a wooden fence that will block people even more effectively, which will be nice. The owners (we met both) were both very friendly and accommodating - rushing off to get a few more towels since we were there longer than the usual stay, and making lots of restaurant and other activity suggestions. We can't wait to stay again. We got to see the other units (including the 2 bedroom) in the same building and they were just as lovely. We can't recommend it enough!

We really enjoyed out stay! Location is walking distance from both beaches and the fact that we share à parking with a great little gastropub was not an issue at all! The bed was super confortable as was the pull out. The only thing that would need an up grade is the ac unit that is pretty ancient ... it was in use our whole stay because of the heatwave and it was louder than it should be. Thanks!

A gem of a property within walking distance to Town. Clean and tastefully decorated. The owners couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful during our stay. A home away from home. I would definitely stay here again.
