very little, only the bathrooms were good and the bed comfortable. I left very disappointed
unfortunately the hotel looked like a motel, many couples like 5 in the morning came to have sex, it was very noisy, that is, it is a hotel that is a motel. so it is not convenient for them to go with families and children. I found it very horrible. for the price it is not convenient at all, expensive and a motel for those who want to have sex.

the location is perfecty slituated at the end of gwangali beach, away from the noise of the festivities that happen on the weekends but close enough that a short walk or taxi ride will get you to where you need to be
pillows were a bit tough for my liking, but i am a little older and thats not such a big deal. also the parking can be a bit like playing tetris with your car but ive gotten better at navigating the parking structure.

The staff was very nice and the hotel was quiet.
The hotel was quiet because it's quite far from the beach. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach area.

The rooms were extremely nice and clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
There were some young adults running down the hall at around 2 am being obnoxious and loud.

Great location. The room was updated and clean. Very quiet in the room with aircon and a beautiful bathroom and tub.

Friendly, helpful staff, reasonably convenient location, clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking beneath the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
Everything was pretty good, but a couple of glasses in the room would've been handy. The rug/towel for the bathroom floor was very ragged and tatty. Other towels were fine.

I liked bath tub but the hole gets open too easily.
Heater!! They don’t have hot air conditioner. Only cold air conditioner.
It was too cold to put off my jumper in the room, and I couldn’t find heater. And i called front desk, and they say they didn’t turn on heater cause that night is not that cold. It was 11degree!!
Thankfully they turned on the heater but it takes more than one hour to get hot enough to put off jumper.
I never understand they didn’t put heater right after i checked in. But they tried to help us after i called them.
