Our first time staying in the Romantic Zone, and I think our new favorite.
The Signature 406 properry was exactly as presented, but even more so with anything and everything you could possibly need - extra towels, beach towels, reusable bags for grocery shopping, laundry soap and dryer sheets, and every kitchen item you could ever want or need.possibly need. sheets

Juan Carlos was the perfect host. Gave great recommendations and was very knowledgeable of the city. This unit was breathtaking. The photos don’t do it justice in real life. Amazing sunset evenings on the patio.

Beautiful big condo. Great host. Pool on the bottom floor was quiet and perfect with the swim up bar. Great place to stay in and enjoy a vacation or get out and about town!

This place is amazing. Condo is beautiful, super comfortable (including beds) and very clean. Everything positive everyone has posted is true. Now before I say this I want to highlight that Guy made us aware of the elevator situation and offered us an out, but we decided to go anyway. Well, the elevators were out of order our entire stay and it was a struggle. So much so my husband didn’t leave the condo for two of the days worried he’d have a heart attack. There is 100 steps up from the ground floor. In such a beautiful well kept building it was surprising, no one was ever working on them to remedy. If you’re fit and handle stairs without issue it’s no question this place is fabulous and hopefully they get this fixed quick for all the owners and residents of the building.

This was the trip I needed so much! The place had everything we needed and was close to all the places we wanted to visit! So easy to access the beach, restaurants, and nightlife! The house was comfortable and looked even better than the pictures! The view was amazing and the dipping pool was a much needed addition that I didn’t know I needed till I had access to it! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It would very hard to stay anywhere else when I felt so perfect in this house!

Overall, the unit and property are top notch. It's a great set-up for staying-in to enjoy the day lounging on the deck - from BBQ, chaise lounges, sitting area, and dipping pool. The views are amazing - and it's a perfect location to access the beach. But it's a bit farther from most of the nightlife (main bars and clubs in the Zona Romantica) - and the funicular stops around 10pm. The only problem during our stay was that the elevators didn't work for 4 out of the 6 days of our stay, so walking up 5 stories in the high heat and humidity was challenge for us!

I come here at least once a year and would only rent this place. Lots of space clean modern with a dipping pool. Close to the beach amazing.

Beautiful unit with the most amazing views of the sea. Having a plunge pool on the balcony was wonderful. Great communication by the host and property manager. Don’t miss the chance to stay here!

This was our fifth time staying at this stunning condo, with an ocean view and soft breeze that never expires. The property is gorgeous. Also, it is located in the very best part of PV. We cannot wait to come back.

We have stayed at the pinnacle many times in many properties. This is the first time in this unit and we were so pleasantly surprised with how well appointed it was! Guy had all the necessities and much more. Many more pillows, linens towels. Great laundry room with all the soap and extras you would need. Juan Carlos was prompt, helpful and easy to work with.
The views were beautiful. The deck and pool perfect in the evening. We are already looking at dates for this unit coming up.

This was our 4th stay in this fantastic unit. Thanks to Guy, Juan Carlos, Brenda (in for Claudia - Congratulations Claudia) and the staff at Signature too. The unit has everything you could want and the recent decorative and functional updates were great. Just part of how well the unit is so well maintained. I keep going back because in all my trips to Puerto Vallarta I haven't found a better unit, with a better view, or a better location... this place has it all! Thanks for another wonderful stay!

Specatular view & patio including the jacuzzi and the built in speakers with Bluetooth are also nice & work well.

We are repeat renters! This place is amazing, has everything you need! So much so we stayed for 2 weeks this trip and still was not enough:) So wonderful. Just read all the reviews, AMAZING! Unit 406 benefits from an amazing view, a prime location, and a very helpful management company. We had plenty of hot water, cold air, and the Bluetooth music system was a nice companion to the dipping tub. As far as amenities go, the building even has a complementary funicular service allowing you to skip the stairs. We'd book again without hesitation.

The condo is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous views. Fantastic patio with your own private dipping pool. Speakers throughout the unit, and you can easily connect your phone to the sound system. Perfect location. Everything was wonderful. I will be back.

Check in was a breeze with great communication from the property manager, Juan Carlos. The property was exactly as pictured and was sparkling clean. Well appointed with towels, kitchen stuff, basic toiletries etc. The views were absolutely stunning, and it was fun to take the finicular up to the building (to avoid the stairs). Would recommend!

Very well maintained apartment, great communication with both owner and property manager. Owner reached out before my reservation to let me know the building was closing the pool for extended maintenance and offered me a discount or the opportunity to cancel outright. A very appreciated communication. Again amazing view, great furnishings, apartment had everything.

Location location location! Not only is this apartment beautiful but the location is exceptional. It is up a hill but they have a cute little tram that can take you up and down before 10 pm. The apartment itself is perfect with the most gorgeous view. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The photos are spot on and if anything can’t even capture how stunning this place truly is. It’s also inviting and warm which is all credit to the owner who literally thought of EVERYTHING in preparing it for guests. The pool on the deck, the sunsets, the thunderstorms out the window… not to mention it’s on the perfect, quiet street. Amazing stay!

Juan Carlos arranged pick up at the airport ,met us at the property and made sure that we were settled. The pictures do not do this property justice. Our first vision was a wall of windows to a magnificent view.
The property staff was very attentive and courteous.

The owners, the property manager, and the condo were all fantastic. The photos provide a true representation. The kitchen was a dream and fully stocked. The water was filtered and drinkable. The building was beautiful. The view was incomparable. And the dipping pool was like a cherry on the sundae! We look forward to going back again in 2024.

Condo is beautifully appointed with every detail thoughtfully provided for. It was a delight to stay in this gorgeous, high end home and we could not have been happier with the amenities provided. Beautiful views, perfect location, detailed binder with property details waiting for us in the condo. Loved that there were books, games, puzzles, beach towels, sunscreen, and every kitchen glass, tool, appliance that you could imagine needing. Plenty of towels, pillows, and all other linens available if you needed them. Definitely a first class experience, would highly recommend.

We love the big deck and jacuzzi! The view of the Bay is always special. Plus the kitchen is well equipped which is not always the case in other condos we have rented. The bottom line is the condo is so comfortable that it feels like your home away from home. Also, it is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, shops etc. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Great experience! So comfortable, felt like home. Very good property manager; always responded quickly and very polite. Perfect location as close to everything and yet quiet for sleeping! Lots of apps on the smart TV was a extra touch! Great bed and shower and well stocked kitchen!
