The property location was perfect. I’ve frequented this area several times over the years and it’s always been a favorite. The views are lovely from the living room & master bedroom. My only negative is the 2nd bedroom mattress was not comfortable to my daughter and she choose to sleep on the massive couch instead. Thank you for sharing your place with us 😊

We had an awesome time staying here with family. The condo was perfect for us. The best part of the condo is that it is literally steps from the beach. It also has a huge balcony on which we spent a lot of time; relaxing, laughing, reading, people watching on the beach, and watching the gorgeous sunset. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The owners were responsive and checked on us several times to make sure things were going well.

A fabulous condo located in a stunning location. Special mention to the team at iTrip who helped us book hire equipment for the kids with brilliant quality items such as high chairs and toddler beds all arranged via email and was there when we arrived. Certainly be looking to stay again.

Overall wonderful stay, great location and nice quiet building. Our rental had a few minor repairs that it needed, but nothing that majorly impacted our visit. The staff was friendly. The property itself was very clean and tidy. The beach view was worth it!!

Had another great vacation on Maderia Beach. Chambre is the perfect combination of quiet relaxation and still close to John’s Pass and treasure island when we are looking for fun. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The view is always fantastic.

This condo is beautiful! The beds are so comfortable. Balcony has plenty of seating. Big comfy couch, different than pictures. We like the distance to Johns Pass. It’s far enough to be away from the busy part of the beach, but close enough for a comfortable walk. We saw dolphins every day from our balcony! Easy check in/check out , parking a little tight, but doable. All issues that were brought to management were instantly responded to and an immediate fix offered . Would stay here again!!!

Condo was very disappointing. Guest bedroom king bed had a broken frame
which in the second week of our stay was repaired. Both bathrooms lacked anti
slip mats in the walk in shower and tub. Also do not have grab bars in tub and shower. Broken deck chairs on patio were eventually replaced with new ones but not of the same heights making the table unusable. Dryer was not in working condition but was eventually replaced with a new one. Smoke detector in living area not working. Dining table chairs most uncomfortable imaginable,
corrected by adding chair pads. Condo needs a thorough deep cleaning including air vents and under beds. Bathroom vanity drain leak developed but was fairly promptly repaired. Overall, this condo did not come close to meeting
expectations!

Corresponding with the management (iTrip vacation rentals) was very easy and they responded promptly. We loved the balcony and the location of the condo. It was a short walk to John’s Pass. We took advantage of the free dvds and the streaming tv’s. The couch has seen better days. The condo was clean and we throughly enjoyed our vacation. We will definitely use ITrip Vacation Rentals again.

Would stay again, typical rental condo, with great location. Can walk to John’s pass, and right on the beach. Property manager was good to deal with when we arrived and the toilet was clogged, they gave it prompt and professional attention.

Overall the Chambre was a great place. Lots to do in the area. John’s Pass close by. Restaurants nearby. Great balcony overlooking the ocean. Pool and spa were great!
Beware that there is no beach service in front of the condo so we had to purchase items for our time at the beach but we made do and it didn’t take away from our enjoyment.
The condo itself was good. Couch needs to be replaced and the dryer only dries after 3 cycles.
We really enjoyed our week at the Chambre!

We have a hard time finding condo's with 2 King Beds and this fit our needs perfectly. We had a great time. Wonderful location and we enjoyed watching the dolphins from the patio.

Property was good, location to the beach and John’s Pass were excellent. Pool was only open from 8 am to dark and food/beverage rules in pool area were very strict. And it was inconvenient to have to have a key to get on and off of beach and also to pool area. Probably will not stay here again due to pool rules.

Good location. Easy 10 min walk to Johns Pass which keeps you from paying $3/hr parking fee. You can hear the waves in the condo (makes for good sleeping, and the beds are VERY comfortable) and a short trip to the beach. Pool and hot tub are nice/clean. Key entrances to the building/beach/pool make you feel safe. Shaded/under building parking proved to be very nice! This condo comes with free tickets to some attractions which is nice. Condition of the furniture could be improved and overall cleanliness of the unit...same. There was dust and sand under the furniture and dust on the slats in the doors, all which had been there for a while.

My family of 3 had a wonderful week vacation at Madeira beach. Every year we try to go to different parts of Florida, but yet Gulf coast remains one of my favorite places. The condo was at great location and minutes away from John's Pass center, we walked there and saved on paying for parking. I'm very particular about cleanliness, because used to have a cleaning business myself, and this cleaning crew did impeccable job, very clean condo. The owners have beach towels, beach chairs and other many beach toys provided for us to enjoy. We thank you for letting us stay at your place, and grateful for making more family memories.

Madeira Beach Condo
We really enjoyed our vacation. The condo was spacious enough for the 4 of us and had everything we needed. The large balcony was where we spent a lot of time. It was walking distance to St John’s Pass which was nice since we did not have a car. We had a little trouble with the washing machine but it was fixed the next day. Thanks for the great experience we will always remember!

Convenient location. We were delayed getting in the condo due to a communication issue w the housekeeper and the host. We got in after an hour . The host did offer us a free activity for the inconvenience . House was in good shape and the balcony was great

Good but fell short
We stayed at 302 Chambre this past week and although I can say the location to the beach, the pool and the availability to walk to restaurants was refreshing, we were very disappointed in the LACK of cleanliness of the condo.
1. Clothes were left in the front bedroom night stand/dresser from the prior guests (of which we left
them alone);
2. The vents and ceiling fans were extremely dirty;
3. The drapes on the slider windows were dirty;
4. The dust on the TV stand, one could write their name in;
5. There seemed to be hairs in both bathroom sinks as well.
Now I'm sure that the owner may or may not be aware of these items, but for the money that was charged/spent, and the cleaning fee that was charged - - we were very disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great with just a few minutes walk to John's Pass and short drive to restaurants to the north. Lisas Brunch right across the street was a great place to start the day. The beach was quiet and never crowded and the pool was a real plus. All in all a great choice.

Great place to share with friends
We found this to be a great place for two couples to share for a week. The kitchen was great space to prepare meals, but plenty of restaurant options within a mile walking. Beach, pool and patio provided enough options for all 4 of us. And the couch was a perfect place to watch the Super Bowl.

Incredible View
The view from the balcony and the proximity to the beach is what makes this condo a place to stay. Check in/out process was simple. The condo was clean upon arrival. I would say the condition of the condo and furnishings is fair. Some items are a little worn or dated, but functional. We found the beds to be good. During our time the pool and hot tub were very warm and that was appreciated as the weather for the first couple of days was chilly (50's to low 60's).

Chambre 302
We absolutely love the Chambre condo complex and have visited multiple times. It's our Paradise!! This was the most expensive unit we have rented from there, so we had great expectations. The unit was clean and looked just as pictured. The closet was well equipped with what we needed for the beach! However, this unit needs some major TLC. The couch was broken in multiple places, the mattresses in both beds need to be replaced (they squeeked and rolled you to the middle), the kitchen is lacking in several things needed to be considered "fully" equipped. There was a massive hole inside the kitchen cabinets, underneath the dishwasher, and exposing the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Decor was hung crooked as you entered the condo. It needs some paint from scuffs! In addition, the outdoor hot tub wasnt working properly either. Also it would have been nice to know pool/hot tub hours were only until dusk. This may seem nit-picky but we paid much more for this unit than others in the past, so we expected it to be better..... It was not.

Gorgeous views, needs some updates
The view from the balcony was gorgeous, and it was a short walk to John’s Pass. Within the room there were a few things that needed to be updated. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the TVs were small. A few of the outlets did not work and the room was not ready at check-in. However, the team was very responsive to requests and it was still a very nice place to stay.

Relaxing and accommodating
This rental was amazing . It’s our second year staying here and still just as amazing. It had everything you will need from linens to utensils. Great location since you can walk to Johns pass.

Enjoyable stay & location
Location is within walking distance to John's Pass which was a nice perk (Caddy's is also right down the street!). Condo was a great size for a family of four and we loved the size of the balcony. Plenty of dishes at your disposal, which was nice, but felt like we had to wash a lot of the pots and pans before using them. The bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable, in our opinion anyways, but others might find it Ok. The couch definitely leans on both sides, but middle was good for watching TV or movies. The pool was well taken care of and we rarely ever had to wait for the elevator. Weather was perfect all week and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Madeira Beach.

Beautiful and clean
LOVED this condo and it's location. We didn't spend much time indoors, but the time we were inside, we loved the decor and view. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The staff and other visitors were all so friendly. I especially like the need for a key to access the lobby and pool. The added security is a definite plus for me. We will definitely rent this condo again. Thank you for the awesome stay!!!

Madeira Beach wonderful week
Nice relaxing stay at this third floor condo right on the water. The balcony was perfect to watch sunsets and enjoy some liquid refreshments after a long day on the sand. The property was a convenient walk to John’s Pass shops and restaurants. We had a great time.

Amazing balcony and view
Everything you could need for a week stay. Nice that we were supplied with starter paper products and toiletries. Condo was clean and well-maintained (could use a new couch, but we only sat on it one afternoon! We were out and about most of our time in Madeira!). Property manager answered questions we emailed before our trip very quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Pool and hot tub were great and property was kept very clean. Perfect condo for couples vacation as both bedrooms have king beds and plenty of storage space!
