My family including two boys and in-laws was in town for a wedding. The house exceeded our expectations. Listing pictures don’t capture the charm of the home or the grounds. Debbie goes above and beyond to make sure her guests feel like they are in a home away from home. A welcome basket is a very thoughtful and much appreciated touch for weary travelers. The house is stocked with everything you may need for a short or long stay. The coffee bar was much appreciated. The outside of the house also has plenty to offer with a wraparound deck and plenty of seating for a large group plus gas fire pit. My kids especially enjoyed the hammock. We can’t recommend this rental enough if you are looking for a peaceful getaway or are in town for a special function.

Bring your food and drink and everything else is supplied. Was able to cook steaks on the grill and celebrate a birthday while on property. The supplies in the kitchen and available for the table settings were outstanding. We played a board game in the evening too. You’ll feel like you’re in the woods as you can’t see the neighbors. Sleep accommodations were great too. Any vehicle can get there as roads are all paved. May stay there again.

The property was perfectly described and exceptionally clean! We were greeted by a basket of snacks and a bottle of Biltmore wine when we arrived. The owner seriously thought of everything. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful weekend with our family!

Nice clean and quite house! Plenty of privacy! The owner was wonderful! The only complaint which is not her fault, trying to get an uber was impossible! If youre looking for a nice quiet getaway, this is your place! But be prepared to have a DD!

This was the perfect reunion spot for our group of college friends. Plenty of room, beautiful home inside and out, and Debbie was friendly and responsive. We loved sitting outside on the deck, or in the comfy living room to catch up and reminisce on 30 years of friendship. Thank you Debbie!

The house was totally amazing! Kitchen was very well stocked! Beds were very comfortable!! Totally enough room for our family girls weekend to enjoy time together!! Debbie was an excellent host! I’ve never had a host call to make sure everything met our expectations and she was also available by phone when our power went out! Beautiful home and an awesome weekend! I would definitely recommend this home! We will be back to stay again!!

We stayed here while in town for a wedding in Fairview and loved this house! There was plenty of room for everybody and the property is beautifully nestled up in the hills. We especially appreciated the snack and goodies provided by the host to make us feel welcome. From the house, it was very easy to drive into Asheville or further out from town for hiking.

Beautiful and comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend. We appreciated how well appointed the house was. We even had wine and snacks left by the host. Cozy and I’d definitely stay there again.

Truly serene setting with a well-appointed, spotless house. Fantastic for our group of four with room for more! The host was attentive without being intrusive and made sure our needs were met. The house is about 20-25 minutes from downtown via beautiful mountain roads. Close to yummy local restaurants if you don’t want the bustle of downtown. Highly, highly, recommend!

This home fit our family perfectly (three sisters, two husbands, a nephew and his wife)! The house was very clean and the view of their property was beautiful. Everything was very welcoming. If we come to the area again we will definitely stay here!

We arrived a few days after Christmas to celebrate the Holidays together. The house was decorated and we immediately felt at home. The house is clean, comfortable and perfect for our family gathering. We love the Fairview location. Our host was so responsive; the house is well stocked and the gift basket was much appreciated. This is our second time staying in this beautiful home and we hope to return soon!

We only had to bring food and clothing! Everything else was provided. She had binders of information detailing the property & how to use all amenities, local restaurants, local tourist attractions, and an easy checkout process. It really felt like a home away from home!

This home is so warm and inviting! We were all very comfortable, as the main floor and kitchen area was very spacious. All of the beds are very comfortable, that was so appreciated! The local pizza place is worthy, if you want to eat in. It took us about 20-25 minutes to drive to Biltmore Estate, very easy drive. Our host was gracious and called to check on us, as we arrived a day late. There were snacks and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Unfortunately, we were so busy, we didn’t open any of it. We would like to come back when we can just stay and enjoy the property. Overall , this property and the host exceeded our expectations . Also noteworthy, the home was immaculately clean!

This property was perfect for our girls’ weekend! We had a fabulous weekend meeting together from four different states! Debbie was the perfect host and included so many special touches in the kitchen and throughout the home and the welcome basket was such a nice surprise! The drive to Asheville was quick and easy so we were able to enjoy activities at the Biltmore Estate and in downtown Asheville. The house was cozy but there was also plenty of room to give everyone their own space and we could seat everyone together for meals! We would definitely look forward to staying in this property again when visiting Asheville! Thank you!

Well maintained home with a great layout for gathering. Very private but close to Asheville for activities and dining. Loved the fireplace and outdoor fire pit in the cool evenings.

Beautiful home and great for family trip with grown children. QQK beds were all comfortable. The deck with fire table and grill and plenty of seating is a great additional living area. Location is quiet and a short drive to 74 A that leads to Asheville or Chimney Rock.

We stayed at the property while attending a conference nearby at The Cove. The home was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. It's a short trip into Ashville. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this property!

This was one of the most comfortable properties we have stayed in. Great layout, comfortable furnishings and beds, top-notch linens and towels, and immaculately clean. Debbie was a great host, arranging for a mid-stay cleaning during our 3 weeks here and providing all the comforts of home. Dog gates in strategic locations on the deck let our dog roam without a leash while we enjoyed the views. Very quiet and private. Highly recommended.

The house is located in easy driving distance to lots of things to do in the Asheville area, but was such a pleasant place, we often chose to hang around there. Comfortable deck, living room and kitchen space for all to gather plus lots of little spots to enjoy when you needed a break from the group. The house was extremely clean with lots of amenities like fireplace, outdoor fire table, comfy hammock under a shade tree. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with the pots, pans, utensils we needed for meals. We had a great experience.

This lovely home is completely furnished....all you need are your personal items! It's located on beautifully landscaped private mountain property, the home is well appointed, luxurious beds, lovely sitting areas inside and out! The hosts were amazing.....welcome basket was enjoyed by all! Close to Asheville, Looking Glass Creamery and Hickory Nut Gap Farm!

It seems this home was not purchased merely as an investment property, it was clearly lived in and loved and is warm and welcoming. Debbie responded quickly with my many questions before and during our stay, and welcomed us with a beautiful basket of treats. They wrote a most impressive and expansive house binder, organized with many suggestions of local dining, outings , brochures, and any info we might need about the house. Every room (even the laundry room!) was immaculate and fully stocked. The bedrooms each with comfortable beds, plenty of extra pillows, blankets, linens, hangers in the closets, dressers and desks that provided workspace for those of us who had to work during the week. Fully stocked bathrooms had plenty of supplies and towels, even hooks for everyone to hang wet towels, something commonly neglected at our stays. The kitchen was a perfect set up for us to cook and to host a catered event (Zoe's Kitchen did a great job for us), with enough kitchenware that we never used disposable anything the entire week including for the event.
