The residence was beautiful. Open living room and kitchen plenty of space bedrooms we spacious as well updated appliances for preparing meals. The neighborhood was nice, beautiful views. Not far from eating establishments or shopping. Property manager is super nice and communicated with us very well.

Sedona is amazing. This house is amazing too! Lots of natural light, walking distance to cathedral rock trailhead, hot tub perfect. Responsive host. Quiet neighborhood. Loved it.

We completely enjoyed our stay here! House was very clean and comfortable, though we found that the living room throw pillows were pokey and leaked feathers all over the place. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, location is quiet, scenic, and easy to access all the sights we wanted to visit. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We had such an easy and pleasurable stay. The house was incredibly well cleaned, prepared and comfortable. It was a great place to stay for 5 days and it's in a great location too!

The house was perfect for a family birthday celebration (7 adults and a one year old) to Sedona. Carlos was very attentive to our needs including access to the house a bit early after a long day of travel with a grandchild. The house is in a superb location. We enjoyed several beautiful hikes straight from the front door including one around the Twin Buttes. The hot tub is a nice addition. The restaurant recommendation of The Hudson, just up the road, was spot-on. Overall, a great stay.

Honestly, I can’t explain the good time we had. We had a blast! The home is so clean, pretty much comes with everything you need! Had been a great experience! My family and I loved it!!!!

Amazing location, clean and quiet well equipped. That said, common bath had no soap/shampoo etc and the BBQ needs repair, valves would regulate gas flow resulting in loss of prime beef steaks. Tragic outcome.

My family of 5 had a great time at this spotless, comfortable, well-located property. We were able to walk to the chapel and to the trailheads for the Chapel Trail and Mystic Trail. The location, between Oak Creek Village and Sedona, was a perfect jumping off spot for all our adventures. The house is equipped with everything you could need and more. We will definitely return if our travels ever take us to this area again.

Our experience with this property and owner from start to finish was great. Their communication was good and you could tell they cared about their guests stay. The cleanliness marks are due to an unwashed dish in the sink and a previous guest’s half-eaten frosty in the freezer. Overall, I would recommend this property!

This house was perfect for our extended family to use as a base camp for all of our Sedona adventures. Large bedrooms comfortable fit our family of seven with room left over. The large living room was great for letting the little ones blow off some steam at night while the adults enjoyed the take one/leave one wine wall. We were minutes away from the trails and a short drive to the heart of Sedona. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to many hiking trails. House clean and well supplied (cookware, linens, etc). Very comfortable beds (can’t overlook that important detail!).

Our stay was wonderful! The house is super clean and has everything you will need. The beds are super comfortable and lots of pillows. Everything was perfect we will be back to this amazing house, location and the energy here.

What a beautiful home and location. Seated between the Holy Chapel and Cathedral Rock, the energies couldn't be any more calm and uplifting. Very quiet neighborhood, with trails within a few miles. On weekends, the traffic going upward towards downtown Sedona is terrible, so keep that in mind. We decided to go the opposite direction, towards Oak Creek. Plenty of things to do around that area. Carlos and Pam were very communicative. The new Jacuzzi is LOVELY! The home is large and open, beautifully designed. We had 6 in our group - one couple had their own room, 3 others had their own room, and two shared a room with their own beds. Having a garage was a plus! We ate outside in the backyard most of the time when the weather was warm and nice. We will definitely be back if we come as a group again! Thank you, Carlos and Pam!

Loved the location of this house. The modern updates in the main living area and the open concept were great, but the bathrooms and the carpeting in the Master bedroom area have seen better days (I am sure the bathrooms were quite nice in the 80s/90s(?)). Also, the cushions on the sofa and large chairs in the living room were dirty and smelled like sweat - yuck! Check-in is not until 4 p.m. - and they mean it. We arrived around 3:00 p.m. and sent a text to the owner to see if we could get in early - it was a no-go. He expressed concerns that the cleaning people might not have finished and he was afraid of annoying them - apparently, was not concerned about us. It was clear to us from our vantage point in the driveway looking through the large glass windows that the cleaners had already finished and left. However, I chose not to pursue the matter further as we did not arrange for early arrival in advance. As for the owner, I did not find him to be particularly friendly or welcoming. I sent him a text on the first day with a few questions. His responses were rather abrupt and left me with impression that I was disturbing him. I chose not to bother him again for the rest of the stay. On the second day, he did send an inquiry about our first night - but through the VRBO website (even though we had communicated by text the first day). I did not receive that the VRBO message until after I returned home as I had trouble accessing internet via my phone. As for check-out, there were laminated instructions left in the property, which we followed. However, the owner sent additional check-out instructions via the website early in the morning on the day of checkout asking us to put towels in the wash and start the machine. We had already left the property before the message was sent, and I did not see it until I got home. Not sure why we would be required to do laundry for the owner while on our vacation, particularly considering the price we paid for this place. I found the number of instructions (chores) left for guests to be annoying. Chores included taking the garbage bins (filled with garbage from the prior guests) to the curb, chemically treating the hot tub, and, as noted above, doing laundry. My friends and I noted that we would not have been required to do any of these things if we had spent our money on a nice hotel instead. Next time, we will keep that in mind....

We couldn't be happier with our stay here at this property. Plenty of room for all 4 adults and 4 kids in our group. The house was clean and stocked with everything we could need. The owner was fantastic and answered any questions I had and even went out of his way to check on how our stay was going after the first night. The house location was perfect and the neighborhood/views were phenominal.

First off, the location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to the Chapel of Holy Cross, minutes from the center of town, and a very quiet neighborhood. The house is equipped with everything you need except the food. The jacuzzi was great after a long day of site seeing. Very clean and well cared for property. Highly recommend!

A true home away from home experience. Excellent location only minutes from local sights. We walked to the Chapel of the Holy Cross and to Cathedral Park and therefore avoided the crowded parking situation. Sedona town is only a short drive away. The home is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking and sleeping arrangements. The owner, Carlos replied to my emails within minutes and answered all of our questions. The hot tub is such a great addition! Loved everything about our stay!

Quiet neighborhood by the Chapel with beautiful views all around. This house has easy access to everything you would want to do and see in Sedona. The location is perfect and the house has been beautifully remodeled with an open concept floor plan and master bedroom suite that is unbelievable. We had a wonderful stay and will be returning whenever we visit our family in Sedona. The owner does everything possible to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.
