The property was exactly as described. Clean, cool, and quiet. Perfect for visiting the area. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, kitchen perfect. Thank you for helping make a super weekend for our family.

The house was well laid-out. Lots of space for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was nice (once we got the temp to go below scalding 109.) The address did not come up properly on either Apple Maps nor Google Maps so we couldn’t find it when we arrived. Vacasa isn’t easy to communicate with. There was no can opener in the house. And there was a known mice problem. They got up on the counter and ate some of our food.

After sifting through dozens of options in the same price range we settled on this property. The place was clean, furnishings were like new, in a great location, and the perfect size for the family to all have some space. We had a few small issues pop up that were handled promptly and professionally by the listing service. Highly recommended!

The home was a great stay for 3 adults. Extra points to the individual bathrooms on each of the 3 bedrooms. Overall the home was spacious, clean, and inviting. We will book here again if we are in Moab 10/10.

Nice modern house. Backs up to a beautiful red cliffside. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after hiking all day. Check out the Ken's Lake trail within a mile of the house. You are about 10 minutes to downtown Moab, and 20 to Arches.

The place was nice and in good location. But on the day we checked out we noticed bread on the counter had gotten eaten by mice and then the goldfish in another bag had a hole in bag from mice. Totally disgusted!!! We had heard scurrying around at night and saw a mouse outside, but seems as though it was in the house.

The home was clean, stocked and as it was listed. Like most corp owned homes it had very little in the pantry so bring your own seasonings etc. Loved the hot tub and the evening view of the canyon. We would book again if in the area

My family enjoyed our stay at Rim view. It was the perfect floor plan for our family with littles. They loved the bunk beds. Although it is a bit south of town, it is right off of 191 so easy to make trips into and around Moab. We especially loved the hot tub after a full day of activities.

Experience was good. House was clean. The only problem was the wind kept blowing the cover off the hot tub causing sand and dirt in the hot tub so we were unable to use it. But we liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The coffee pot could be replaced, it took quite a while to brew a pot of coffee

Very cute place! Nice and clean, comfortable beds and well stocked house in terms of towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc. Loved using the hot tub under the beautiful starry sky. Was a little further outside of Moab than we expected but nothing problematic. Some mentioned the highway noise but we didn’t notice it. Check in & out was super easy with no problems. Perfect size for 3 adults & 3 kids. Overall great Moab visit!

Clean and convenient location. Close to Moab attractions and Arches National Park. Only complaint is home is close to highway and truck noise was pretty loud in front two bedrooms. No problem for heavy sleepers.

The 3 bedroom, 3 bath home suited us perfectly. 2 couples and 1 single. The design of the home was open and encouraged visiting. We enjoyed the hot tub and the gas grill. Cell coverage was spotty, but wifi was available.

Very nice condo, well decorated. Had the necessary‘s for cooking, the minimum is on utensils. But still did the trick. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but did go out and take a look at it. Looked great view is amazing and location is out-of-the-way of downtown so very quiet. Did have some mouse droppings in one of the bathrooms, but given the field and openness of the area it’s not surprising. Still very nice place to visit

The home was very nice and spacious. Great for a family of 5 with plenty of private space , as well as separate living areas to eat and socialize. Outside patio with beautiful Mountain Views and quiet. Great hot tub! Close to the town of Moab for shopping and eating.

Great views. Quiet. Jacuzzi was nice. Very spacious. When we first arrived, the key and lockbox were locked inside the house so I had to call to get the code for the other lockbox in the back. I think the directions could be updated to say directly to the right of the Zoo sign (located on the left side of the road).

Awesome property
We stayed with our 4 kids and had plenty of room. Love the neighborhood and just down the street from the busy tourist spots. Night sky is amazing. Our kids loved using the hot tub under the stars. Kitchen and dining has plenty of room and we were able to make breakfast and dinner. We can’t wait to come back and visit Moab!

Amazing House but lacking some essentials
We really enjoyed our stay at Rim View 6. Beautiful home and amazing view! Beds were comfortable and hot tub was perfection. Only downside was that it was not as well stocked as we hoped. Very limited towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, and no paper towels, dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. We ended up running to the store for these items. Other than this issue, we would definitely recommend this house, and would stay here again in the future.

Worth Every Penny!!!!
What a great property! If you are looking for a bit of luxury and not a cabin, this is the spot. About 10 minutes outside of town, and a view that is to die for this place was worth every penny. the property was clean and inviting, with clear instructions on how everything worked. The hot tub gave the most amazing views of the stars, be sure to turn all the lights in the house off!! After reading some other reviews, there was a bit of concern about the cleanliness and the amount of dishes but I felt that the house was very clean, and we were able to cook breakfast every morning without problem. The washer and dryer came in handy to get the clothes clean before i got home!. Over all what a great place to stay, I'll be booking this spot for all of our future MOAB trips.

Great park access
Great place. Near both parks. Plenty of room for our for kids and for adult family. Beds were comfy. Really enjoyed the hot tub! There is some road noise from the highway, but you can really only hear it when you are outside. Only complaint is similar to others – – the kitchen needs to be better stocked. We had very limited utensils, plates, cups, pans. But they were very responsive and brought us more utensils the very next day. Great stay. Would recommend

Nice place…
I would give it 5 stars, except for a few small complaints. It needs luggage racks and bedside tables (a lamp would be a plus, too). We made these comments to the management company and their reply was that it is not required by state regulations. We had six people and it was comfortable. You can hear road noise in the front bedrooms (not the master), but it wasn’t bad. The big garage was really nice.

Great Vacay Stay
Fall trip for 3 couples. We enjoyed the Rim View House so much. Location was close to Moab with a beautiful backyard view. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a garage was perfect for our trip. Spotless clean and everything looked brand new!!

Last leg of So. Utah Trip
This quiet retreat was the third place we stayed while visiting southern Utah. It is located about 5 minutes south of Moab. Getting in was easy with great instructions. Access to garage was a nice benefit. While it was not as well stocked as other rentals we've stayed at, it was sufficient. Open floor plan allows for gathering without being on top of each other. Bedrooms are small but comfortable. We made use of the hot tub after hiking all day. It was working perfectly and was a welcome respite. We would recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Moab Area.

Great little spot outside of Moab!
My wife and two toddlers and I stayed here for four nights while exploring Moab, Arches, and canyonlands. We found the cabin to be very clean and well updated. We were really impressed at how spacious it was inside compared to how it appears from the outside!
We found it fairly well equipped overall despite what other reviews say, though our one negative was that the propane on the grill was so tight/seized that we could not grill.
It is tight to the Highway but the back of this unit faces the mountain so we really had no issue with noise when sleeping or even when out back.
Also, make sure to actually follow the directions that Vacada provides to the place, Waze and Google maps both send you to a sketchy place across/down the street.

Nice house; needs a deep clean
This was a nice, comfortable house while the home was surface-level clean, it needs a deep clean (caked dust on vents and fans, clogged drains). Dining chairs also need some repair. We did report a broken cabinet door, and the rental company sent someone to fix it right away.

Rim View Rocks
Rim View was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy Moab! The house was spacious, quiet and comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The views of the Moab Rim were unbeatable, especially at sunset. We highly recommend Rim View!
