The pool

The breakfast was very limited and the property is on main road next to train very noisy couldn’t sleep.

We stayed in one of the rooms at the front, facing west across the lake, which meant that we saw the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. However, it also meant we overlooked the parking lot, although it wasn't too noisy. The breakfast was pretty good.

We ended up not having the time to go swimming, but if we had, we would have had to wear swim caps. Of course we hadn't brought any with us, so we would have had to buy them from the hotel.

The location of the hotel isn't the best, but if you have a car it's a convenient starting point to see Tuscany and Umbria.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Rita, the owner of the hotel, was really lovely and with Mauro we had really good times and laughts! Since we left at 6 in the morning, we got a nice take-away breakfast tot eat in the car. We were also offered two beds and an umbrella at the nearest beach for free by the hotel. Dinner was very Italian and tasty. Nice room with a quiet balcony and ac. It's been 20 years since I stayed here, and it still feels a bit like coming home! I would definitely recommand staying here if you like authentic, quiet, little Umbrian villages.

The guys at the reception and the housekeeping were really nice and polite

The room is outdated, smelly, I suspect due to an old mattress really uncomfortable. The breakfast was pretty disappointing. When we asked if we could have a table by the window, despite they were available, they denied us to move, we felt treated like "inferior guests" not welcoming at all. Ah, there is also a train passing behind the hotel...

Used only for an overnight stay, were not able to look around much. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Standard hotel breakfast- easy comfortable dining area - helpful staff - very good to decide menu on booking dinner then your table marked with room number, saves faffing about with menu at the table.
