Excelente location. Very central, easy to walk into Centre (baixo).

Traffic noise all day and night even with double-glazing. Also noise at night from local kebab shop opposite. Clean towels and bedding but some areas of apartment need more cleaning or replacing (especially the fridge)! Also electricity cuts twice on entry to apartment (caixa da fuzivel)!

Great location... beautiful city.

Couch is quite stained. Would not sit on it or lay. Stayed in our bedrooms. Otherwise great location with all amenities close by.

The apartments are renovated and clean. The view is beautiful and the windows are enormous letting in the light. The location is excellent near the center and with local bakery and supermarket nearby.

We arrived at 20pm in December and the apartment heating was off. We turned on the living room ac and the bedrooms heaters but the light went down, not enough voltage for the three equipments. The following days it was enough to turn on the AC. A solution could be just to turn on the heating before the guests arrival. The apartments had no hair dryer, but one was provided. In the kitchen it is necessary to have more electric plugs, because with only two it was a mess to prepare breakfast.

The gentleman we met at the reception was very courteous and walked us up to the main door of the apartment. They were quick to respond to the telephone call as well with regards to WIFI password. The apartment is very well located with lots of restaurants and cafes below . Also takeaways and supermarkets. The aparment has all the basic amenties that one would need to spend a few days.

the only drawback is that the lift is available after a small flight of stairs, which would be difficult for people with small babies or the elderly.

The appartment was exactly what we needed while travelling with small kids. Clean, spacious, well equipped, close to the train station so no need to walk far with the luggage and for a great cost! I am happy for my choice. Many thanks to the very nice staff too! Also, the appartment looks better in reality than in pictures.

The sofa bed is unexpectedly short and it was not confortable for two adults. This detail was not clear on booking.
