Exceptional villa, with lots of space, high-quality furniture and fittings, and fantastic outdoor pool area.

No negatives.

We recently stayed at the Vivo Mare villas for five days. The villa itself was fantastic and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were highlights of our stay.

We were disappointed with the service. Despite contacting the management several times about an issue with the air conditioning, no one came to assist us. Additionally, we were startled one morning to find people in the garden testing the pool water without any prior notification. This lack of communication was quite unsettling. Moreover, one of the bathrooms was not as clean as expected upon our arrival. While the villa had many positives, the service issues and lack of attention to cleanliness affected our overall experience. We hope the management will address these concerns to improve future guests' stays.

God udsigt til vandet.

Vi havde en forfærdelig oplevelse under vores ophold på denne villa. Først og fremmest blev vi mødt af en tom pool, som var blevet tømt for vand flere måneder før vores ankomst, på trods af at vi fik besked om dette, da vores fly landede. Med vilje advarede værten ikke om dette, så vi ikke kunne nå at afbestille. Vi bestilte villaen to uger før ankomst. Vores håb om at slappe af i jacuzzien blev hurtigt knust, da den slet ikke virkede. Det blev kun værre, da vi opdagede, at der ikke var noget varmt vand til rådighed, hvilket gjorde det umuligt for os at tage et bad. Afløb i flere badeværelser var også lukket. Til vores forfærdelse fandt vi ud af, at der ikke var nogen WIFI, hvilket gjorde det umuligt for os at kommunikere med omverdenen. Men det stopper ikke der. Hele villaen og haven var overvåget, hvilket fuldstændig ødelagde vores privatliv. Det var chokerende at opdage, at vi blev filmet, mens vi var i badetøj. Desuden fungerede komfuret ikke, halvdelen af lyset var ude, og der var ikke engang en grill til rådighed. Det mest skuffende var dog den manglende modtagelse fra værten ved check-in, og den forsinkede respons på vores henvendelser. Vi blev efterladt uden nogen form for støtte eller hjælp. Samlet set fraråder vi kraftigt enhver person at leje denne villa. Det var en absolut skuffelse og ødelagde vores oplevelse på Cypern. Vi fik hjælp af Booking.com med at få pengene retur for de sidste dage vi havde lejet, og lejede hurtigt en anden villa hvor alt var perfekt. Everything was perfect!! the facility as well as the facility manager -Dimitri - were awesome! they made all our wishes come true! we will come back for sure!

Absolutely stunning ! Everything in this villa was just incredible, the way it looks and where its located.... we were very pleased. Pictures doesn't really describe the beauty of the place and how big it is and its also very private. Next villa is empty so we could make our party without disturbing anyone. Villa has all the necessary equipment , 3 floors and can accommodate easily 10 people, big hot tub on the roof, bar, massive infinity pool and view on the sea which is literally few steps away...and elevator in case you get tired to walk by stairs. Every room was equipped with all necessary stuff like quality towels, shampoos and hair dryers. Kitchen had literally everything ! We had issue with shower, called the host and they sent maintenance within 10 minutes even though it was Sunday ! They fixed it quickly. Honestly , never met such good service, any question we had they replied right away. From the moment we entered the office to pick up the keys we were really pleased with their service. They guided us to the place, showed everything, explained how to use it. They really made us feel like home! Its a perfect place for relaxing holidays so as the events since it has huge grass area right in front of the property. Close to the center, close to the shops basically perfect location when it comes to Ayia Napa. Pool is under sun all day. Its propably the best villa we ever been to in Cyprus, not only because of the location but also the service that we got. We will be surely returning very shortly, as soon we will find any available dates ! Much love !<3
