Smooth check in system, clean and peaceful

•Clean •Close to hyams beach •TV with Streaming services •Modernish shower •Very secured door •Easy check in It was a last minute booking for my partner and I, and this is the closest affordable room that is a few mins away from Hyams beach. We were a bit hesitant because of the reviews but overall it did exceed our expectations and check was smooth.

Easy access and communication. Pretty good shower The sunset at the reserve beach was beautiful.

One of our rooms was dirty with no towels, so they sent a person to clean after we arrived and we waited outside. However they extend our checkout 1 hour

All good, no issues at all.

Unfortunately we left after 1 night because every time we left the room during the day we had to pack the whole room up because the windows didn't lock and someone could have broken in. It made sleeping in there also a little unsettling. For the price I guess I was just expecting a little bit more in regards to atleast having it safe and secure.

The only thing that was missing for me was a hand washing liquid. There were none.

didn’t deal with staff. stayed two nights and asked for the room to be made up beds made and fresh sheets but glasses and mugs left dirty.

The Rooms have been refurbished, they are modern clean, and the motel is close to everything.

That it backed onto a golf course which had kangaroos. Small take away shops nearby so we could buy dinner. Eventually when it is all renovated it might be just ok

Nobody at reception. Had to ring them to give you a code to get into the room. Room was dark and basic. Bathroom was basic and dark. Not even a place to put your clean clothes anywhere whilst having a shower. Open shower not even a screen, just a curtain. Lounge was brocken and hard. Mattress was hard. Construction workers started noise early renovating other rooms. If we had known that this was going to happen we would have never booked the room.

The beds were fairly comfortable. Motel was in a convenient location.

The room had a really weird smell. The two sofas in the room were absolutely disgusting. They looked so old and worn out and dirty, we didn’t even try sitting on them.

I always book the motel for when my friends come down to play cards, they find the motel quite comfortable and adequate.

Located within a 10-minute walk of an amazing Golf course country club. This club was bright, spacious and modern and did great meals. There is a laundry onsite for $4 per load and a clothesline out back. The motel was contactless check-in and there is no one on-site although they are available by phone. It backs onto the golf course which is home to a very large mob of grey kangaroos. Very entertaining. The kookaburras live there too and share their laughter with everyone. There are a few quiet and delightful beaches and pretty places to walk within a few minutes drive from the motel. The shower was hot with a good flow of water.

The clothesline was covered in large cobwebs and spiders. There were no pegs or detergent provided for the laundry. The surfaces of the bedhead and the cabinetry are peeling and the toilet paper roll holder is very rusty. There was nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom nor anywhere near the bathroom sink for placing toiletries. Whilst some basic cutlery and crockery are provided, there was no plug for the bathroom handbasin to wash them.

Bed was very comfortable. Clean room and self contained if you were staying longer. Easy to book in. Sarah very pleasant. great location. Might be helpful for a local map and highlighting attractions.. if we were to come that way again, we would stay again.

Not so much didn't like but some small amount of maintenance would be good. Table had bubbles on surface, cupboards need a little care given to them.

Ease of check in...I was after hours. Great location quiet and peaceful, all you need for a comfortable stay and a good night's sleep.
