Wspaniały dom z basenem i wieloma udogodnieniami, dobrze wyposażony. Parter z kuchnią i salonem i dwa piętra z dwoma sypialniami i łazienką. Spokojna okolica wśród winnic, idealna do długich spacerów z psami. Do sklepu trzeba podjechać samochodem.

Wszystko było w porządku, choć nie zapomnij zaopatrzyć się w dużo środków przeciw komarom.

We loved the house. Located in a picturesque part of the village in the hills. Stylish cosy interiors, pool and sauna made our stay specjal.

The host was very unpleasant and not flexible at all… The house is small with strange layout and bizare decor; The kitchen is outdated and the energy in the house is very strange. The swimming pool and the garden are ridiculous small… Bring your own toalet paper because it’s not included in the price(also very bizare)… I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone

Brkač is a small and quiet village, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Villa Filipa is beautiful. The interior of the villa is extremely well equipped. We especially liked the beautiful garden. The host (Filipa) is very kind and she very quick answered to all our inquiries and requests.

We loved everything about Villa Filipa! From the lazy afternoons by the pool to exploring the breathtaking local areas. Filipa was an outstanding and supportive host with amazing recommendations! Brkač is the great base to explore Istria and Villa Filipa has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation.
