The attitude of the owner of the place was above and beyond all expectations. The place is very beautiful, spacious room, hot water all the time, excellent Wi-Fi, beautiful dining room design The place is located about 10 minutes from the city. we checked in and went to have dinner in one of the restaurants downtown, we were 2 hours there and unfortunately our bag was stolen from the car. the owner of the resort took us in his car to the police station, from there, he drove us to another station and waited with us 3 hours untill every thing was documented, he translated, took care of everything we needed and apologized on behalf of the city.. his caring and help were above and beyond.

This is the best accommodation we’ve had in all of Europe. absolutely top notch. The decor, everything looked brand new and tasteful, with extra touches making it totally welcoming. The cleanliness was second to none in all rooms, cupboards and draws. It was so relaxing and very comfortable. There were fresh supplies in the fridge, coffee machine and all electronic appliances. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Plenty of really nice linen and we were met by Roberta who was welcoming, friendly and informative. We can’t recommend a better place to stay. Exactly like the photos.

there was scaffolding and plastic on the outside walls which made it a bit dark but that is only temporary.

Everything! Starting from the hosts that were so kind to let us leave the luggages in their shop downstairs, to the apartment itself: new and cute, very stylish! Next time we will stay for more days!
