Space was fine

No A/C and only fan was broken. No iron or ironing board. Ho hangers or closet. Living room TV didn't work. Construction noise at 7:30 am.

Loved the location of the property for our trip purpose. It was easy access and parking. The unit itself was smaller than we thought but adequate for 2 of us. Unit was clean. Communication with VACASA was excellent. Any questions or help we needed were answered on minutes

There was no book in the unit to explain how to turn on the fireplace or a guide maps for locations of facilities or attractions

No breakfast and loud construction going on about 50 yards across the street from our room/studio. I was surprised there was no chairs on the patio and no country store on the property like it said. The tv was horrible to turn on. If you’re not used to digital TV, and there are no instructions, it makes it difficult to relax after a long day sight seeing/ doing touristy stuff. *didn’t like

The unit was very clean. The layout was very strange - 1 bed upstairs in loft and bunkbeds down on main level. The bunkbed was VERY firm. The unit was a good place for my friend and I - I can't imagine more than 2 people in there. One small bathroom. Kitchen was fine - we were able to make breakfast every day. Very close to a bus stop to catch a ride to the ski area.

The bunkbed was very firm - one thin mattress on a piece of plywood - it was very firm. No place near the bathroom sink to put anything - a shelf on the wall would have been helpful.

Did not get check in procedures, room was so uncomfortable we actually only spent one night there and then left the next day (had booked a two night stay). Bed was terrible, couch was worse, large coffee machine was broken, upon arrival the place was so cold our family couldn’t get warm, not enough heating on the first floor, only the upstairs room would get warm. The table is a wobbly pop up coffee table (if you have kids expect them to spill everywhere as they bump the table trying to get on their seat). Place (blankets and carpet smelled like a sweaty skier).

The place was very clean. It had everything we needed for cooking. We loved the location to the resort to ski. The place was very cheerful and decorated so nicely. We would definitely like to come back again!
