This property claims to have a hot tub but when I arrived the hotub was non functional. I call to the local point of contact confirmed they had known for weeks that the hot tub was broken and they were unable to repair it during my stay. The entire reason for my booking was the hot tub! They had chosen not to inform me of this prior to my stay - if they had I would have chosen to stay somewhere different. That night they said they would offer me a full refund - however, that never materialized. This property is almost $500 a night and has not much to recommend itself besides a hot tub. Contacting them today I was told they had changed their decision and would only refund me $75 a day - a very small amount compared to the overall cost. They are lying about their listing and then lying about the resolution to prevent you from taking action during the stay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I liked the location of it close to the resort and town.

The walkway was completely crowded by overgrown bushes/branches. It was ridiculous. Need to trim that.

The property was not cleaned from the previous stay; the beds were not changed, there was hairs on the sheets, trash on the floor, tableware dirty, and as a cherry on top there was a part of vibrator left next to one of the beds.

Location and hot tub!

The chalet was charming in a lovely setting within easy reach of a great pub/diner- Jack Sprat & walks. A cosy seeting area for an evening relax. It was good to have an upstairs toilet for the 2nd bedroom.

The downstairs bed creaked with any movement at all- even if just sat on. The fridge/freezer mounts for the motor sounded like they had gone- as every time it started or stopped there was an almighty bang- rather frightening especially when in bed or asleep! No information about recycling trash to help our planet.

Location was good and easy to find. Cabin was homey and cute. Towels were fresh and fluffy.

Furnishings and kitchen supplies could use a little refresh… a set of matching dishwater and glasses would be nice. Or at least some clear plastic glasses for water or wine. Small bars of soap would be more practical than large bars.

Great location and hot tub is nice.
