Owner was quick to reply and good to deal with. House needs a deep cleaning and some repairs - Kitchen sink leaked while we were there and had to have someone come fix, a bucket under the sink showed it was a known issue. Filter in hottub broken, leaving sharp edges. Staining on carpets, grime in showers, door tracks etc needed a good cleaning. Great location, great neighborhood, huge heated community pool was a nice asset as it was quite cold when we were there

The property served the purpose as a place to rest after long days at Disney. The pool and hot tub were nice and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean when we arrived. The carpets were really stained, which was disappointing and there were several rips in the screens around the pool. A few changes/upkeep items could turn this in to a great place to stay.

Everything was wonderful. The house was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone.

Super spacious kid friendly. I stayed withfamily for a speacial occasion and the property was great.property has an issue with the braker going out but the prriperty manager was efficent super cordial and was always there for us.

First, I just want to say that the property owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. The day we arrived, our grocery order came too early, and the property manager had it all put away for us when we arrived! Short drive to Disney, but mostly our kids wanted to go back to the house to swim in “their” pool, lol. All in all, great experience and wonderful management. I would absolutely stay here again!

House itself needs some repair and updating; beds were comfortable and the location so close to Disney was the largest pull. Without the preceding freeze, we might have had use of the house pool, but until the pool maintenance happened the day before check out, we had no way of knowing the pool heater wasn’t even turned on. We did spend most of our time off property, at Disney. We also turned in the items in need of repair and/or replacement to assist the owner with needed repairs…(i.e. running toilets, damaged light switches, porch light outage,, huge stain on bedroom rug, sheets that don’t fit properly and fall off each night). Don’t get me wrong, it was a perfect location and excellent price for that location… we definite recommend it; it’s just not as stellar as the photos make it appear to be and having stayed at Disney previously, good deals are tough to find.

Roomy for a big family but outdated old furniture twin beds are about to fall apart springs in the mattress. The downstairs king bed has a major dip. The showers Had mold in them. The dinning chairs seats are missing screws and the bar chairs are falling apart. The pool has mold on the hot tub and a sinkhole by the screen door. Grass and weeds growing in the bricks. Big red stains in the upstairs carpet. I can say the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The neighborhood pool was nice we spent most of our time there when we were not in the parks. There was only 2 wash clothes in the house. But they did have hand soap on all the sinks that was nice. We brought our own not knowing. The game room was so hot you could not use it no air conditioner or fans it was 90 plus degrees in there. How do I know that we bought a thermometer just to see how hot it was in there. There are no celling fans at all in the house. The upstairs was warmer and the room by the garage was hot also. We went out and bought fans. To help with the heat. We had the air turned down to 70 the whole week.

In all we had a blast this house was clean bright spacious gorgeous peaceful we felt like Queens Kings princess and prince”s we fell in love with the house and the Host Mr Johnny was a blessing when we arrived at the gate we saw a lot of people having trouble with there property but as soon as we arrived at the gate we gave them our names and they gave us our paperwork and we headed to the house and the security guard told us that our armbands will be at the welcome center but thankfully we did not have to go wait in that line because Mr Johnny had our armbands in the kitchen drawer already I gave him all 5 stars except for one thing I was sure looking forward to getting in the jet tub in my master bathroom but unfortunately it didn’t have one but I still gave him his thanks so thank you Mr Johnny I hope to stay at your house soon

Clean, kept up, and organized property. The most used amenity was the pool at the house. This was invaluable with little kids since they wanted to swim every free moment of every day. I would rent this property again.

The place was a lot of fun for our family. They spent hours in the pool and hot tub! We had a few items that needed attention when we arrived and were taken care of. There are some things that I let the host/owner know that need to be addressed. One item I have to mention because it can be really serious is a mold problem. There is mold all around the edge of the pool in the brick/cement and some around hot tub. Also in the master suite shower on ground floor. Also underneath the faucet handles in both tubs and master suite bathroom shower on ground floor.

I could be nitpicky, but the bottom line is that this place was an excellent match for us. Any questions or minor hiccups were addressed promptly by the property owner. It was a great home base for our Orlando vacation. The highlight was the heated pool and hot tub. Would definitely book again.

It was awesome the place and location was great for us.

The only thing wrong was the previous person lunch loose garbage in the bench. Also, the construction early in the morning behind the house was an alarm clock. We weren’t told or read anywhere that the hot tub heating cost daily. Of course we didn’t use the heat future at all.

Some of the appliances were ancient, and some light bulbs were burned out, and some blinds didn't want to work....BUT, you have to expect that when you are getting an excellent rental rate. None of our kids are children anymore but we still had a wonderful time and the home was comfy and spacious for six of us. We were a little bummed about the construction going on right behind the property, and thought maybe that should be disclosed in the listing, or else this would get a five star overall rating.

This is a good property but there were thing that made me not as comfortable as I would have liked to be. 1 there was green algae on the side window. 2 the pool area was well worn and desperately in need of an update. 3 the game tables in the garage have seen better days and it needs to be organized much better. 4 this house is definitely overdue for deep cleaning. 5. I saw bugs (eeewww)

There was a roach found in the house. There were black around the hot tub which may have been mold. We did not use the hot tub.

Great property in a great location. The owners were very helpful and answered all questions in a timely manner. Will rent again if in the area.

We had a great time, we were woke up every morning to some big trucks working next store, which isn’t the houses fault. A few minor things could be upgraded but nothing that wouldn’t prevent us for coming back!

My family of 6 absolutely loved staying at this property. There was more than enough sleeping space and bathrooms for everybody. We loved the resort pool/splash pad, theatre and store with pina coladas. The private pool and hot tub were also great to use late at night after everything else was closed. Games in the garage was also nice for the kids. It was close to Disney, shopping, restaurants. The house was clean. Just some minor improvements could be made such as mildew type stuff around the hot tub. Screen at the top of pool Enclosure had a tear and debris would get in. Some broken light switch plates...nothing big. Overall, would definitely recommend and will try to stay here again. Relocated today to spend the rest of our vacation at a condo by the beach and am missing this house already.

Unfortunately this house backs to a huge construction site. Luckily for us we spent most of our time at the parks and didn’t intend to relax out by the pool during the day. Also we were up by 7 when the construction trucks started pulling in. The house itself was great. Nice big space for all 8 of us. The garage bonus room was awesome. Would have been nice to have more paper products. We ran out of toilet paper one roll per bathroom for the week. Also a little more attention by the cleaning staff. Over all this is a great house, in a great location near restaurants, parks etc.

Perfect vacation home

This is a great property. The pool and hot tub are so wonderful at the end of a long day. Such a nice community.

My family and I were thoroughly impressed with this home. We wanted somewhere private and safe to enjoy the 4th with plenty of activities to keep us occupied and this place exceeded all of our expectations. The game room, pool, jacuzzi, and various TVs provided all throughout the home provided more fun than we could of ever asked for. The only minor issue we had was not reserving the grill and calling ahead of time to get the jacuzzi heated but those issues were both quickly remedied by Johnny and management. My family didn’t want to leave and are planning a return visit next year!!!!!

The house was as described. Everything you need for a great stay. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to all attractions and dining. Great to get away from the crowds and relax!

My husband, myself and our son, daughter in law and 4 and 6 year old grandsons stayed at this property Feb 17th to 25th 2020. Overall the house needed some minor repairs and replacements. For example, there was weeds growing inbetween the interlocking brick around the pool, and mold around the pool. the back walls. There were holes in the screen of the lanai and the furniture inside was dated. The light in the laundry room did not work, and the switches seem to be coming away from the socket. The kitchen could have used a good set of oven mitts ( I burned myself twice getting things out of the oven) a 4 slice toaster would have been wonderful ( I can't understand in a 5 bedroom house that would sleep 10, why there was only a 2 slice toaster) and a larger frying pan, measuring cup and BBQ brush would have made cooking for a crowd easier. And now for some good points. The pool at the house was wonderful and warm and the hot tub was so relaxing and enjoyable. There were ample towels and pool toys for our grandsons and there was more than enough room for all to eat and enjoy family meals. We had concerns about the pool needing cleaning and some chemicals as it was getting cloudy, and I called the property manager and this was looked after promptly. The resorts community pool and splash pad was thoroughly enjoy by our grandsons and the club house had everything you needed to play a game, and have a bite to eat and a drink. The grounds in the resort were impeccable and clean I hope this feedback is useful Sue G

Really enjoyed having 2 private king rooms on the first floor. The grandkids loved the heated pool. Very close to the Disney parks. Great to have daily trash pickup too. Enjoyed our stay!
