Le Sundance est le nom parfait, situé sur une haute dune de plage avec des levers et couchers de soleil magiques. Il offre une vue majestueuse sur l'océan Atlantique avec sa plage privée abritant des maisons unifamiliales à Vilano Beach. Quoi de plus parfait pour une réunion de famille ou une escapade romantique. Promenez-vous sur la plage, regardez les dauphins jouer ou à marée basse, faites du vélo. Tout le monde aimera ramasser des coquillages, trouver des dents de requin, regarder le château de sable primé être érigé, ou tout simplement se baigner sur cette plage principalement privée.

Our stay at this house in January was amazing. Right on the ocean, you can hear the waves crashing on the shore while sleeping. The house itself was very well set up for me as I am a homebody and love to cook….. The kitchen is beautiful and we loved the island to eat at. The property was super close to publix and just a short drive to downtown St Augustine and St George St. We had so much fun and can’t wait to come back!

Our trip was spectacular. The only thing was we wish it had been longer. The view of the beach was perfection. Watching the sunrise was beyond words. We were so happy with the house, its location and talk about a great host, Rosemary was wonderful. She responded quickly and sent us information about St Augustine. We hopefully will get a chance to come back soon.

My sister, niece and I enjoyed our stay so much at Sundance!! The house was wonderful and laid out nicely with plenty of room and areas for privacy if you wanted it. The view of the ocean was outstanding!! We loved sitting on the balcony just watching the waves and the activity on the beach. We even got to watch some people surfing since the waves were higher because Hurricane Lee had moved by the area. The house was very close to anything that you wanted to do in the area. There were plenty of good restaurants to eat at. We enjoyed some good meals while we were gone. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Saint Augustine!!

Met grandchildren from west coast, for fun and sun. Sun didn’t show up as expected but found plenty to do.House was great for 3 children age 5 to 10. Being on the beach we could hit the sand when the sun came out of the clouds Did several attractions. House is close to everything so could pace our day with breaks. Puzzles and games in house Chairs and sand toys were put to good use. Grandma favorite spot was top deck. Nice meals while listening to surf. Grocery store very close and variety of restaurants within few miles. Kitchen well furnished and spacious for several cooks. Enjoyed our visit. Fast trip to Jacksonville airport also made it convenient

This is a beautiful home that worked well for our group (4 adults, 4 children). We selected this property for some rest days at the ocean after many days of Disney parks. This house is right on the water. You could not be any closer within washing away, so the views are spectacular. The home is well maintained and decorated with exquisite beach themed art. Restaurants and grocery outlets are not far. We loved walking on the beach and kids loved collecting shells that are abundant. Communication with Rosemary & Sam was easy. We had a great stay!

We loved the house and location on Vilano Beach! Both the indoor and outdoor spaces and views were amazing. We were just a few steps from a wide, beautiful and uncrowded beach. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything needed in the large kitchen, the house and at the beach. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was friendly and easy. We had a wonderful experience and plan to return!

We booked this as a rest atop after spending a few days at Disney! It was a wonderful home with an amazing view of the ocean and a place for us to rest before driving on home! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this home and it’s owners! Amazing and will def. Be a repeat visitor ❤️

This is a great spot less than 10 minutes from historic St. Augustine. If you're looking for a quiet place steps from the beach, this is it. (As in, open your door and it's right there.) The view was amazing, including the night sky. The house is clean, well maintained, and the kitchen has all of the utensils you need if you want to cook. The property manager is very friendly and was very responsive to my questions about checking in and during my stay. I don't know what the beach is like during the middle of tourist season, but for our visit (mid-September), we just saw a few people on the beach during the day and almost felt like we had the water to ourselves at times. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end!
The pictures don't do it justice! We were in awe of the home as soon as we entered. The view from the balcony is wonderful! Great communication with the owner every step of the way. The location is GREAT! We loved the little town of Vilano - very laid back and quiet.

Amazing Views!
This was such a wonderful property! The home was clean and the host provided everything we needed for the week! Plenty of towels and linens, and the use of the garage was so convenient. Would absolutely recommend staying here, and we WILL be back! Location was ideal and the sunrise over the ocean every morning was incredible.

Relaxing Getaway
The Sundance house on the beach is absolutely amazing. All 3 bedrooms look out to the ocean. The master bedroom is on the top floor and opens right up to the large deck that overlooks the ocean. The beach is steps away with your own private beach access. All necessary amenities are provided for your use.
There is a Publix less than 5 minutes up the road for your needs. There are also a few restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Perfect location. Perfect beach. House met all our needs. Very well stocked, especially with beach needs and wants. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Few minor things could use some repair but nothing that took away from our stay. Would definitely go back.

We loved everything about this place-space, location, comfort, etc. There were 6 adults and 1 child and we had plenty of room. This house worked out perfect for what we wanted. The beach at Vilano is beautiful and the house is close to shopping, restaurtants and downtown St. Augustine. We will be back!!

Great Family Beach Vacation
We had a great family time at the beach spending a week in this home. Beachfront and true to the online pictures, enjoyed the layout of home for our family giving ample room with upstairs Master and 2 downstair bedrooms....wonderful deck with expansive beach views. So easy to get to Publix and to many great nearby restaurants in minutes. Samantha is very attentive and available for any questions, we will return.

Great location in St. Augustine
We had a great time at this property. The house is comfortable, well equipped, in a great location on the beach and just a quick drive to the center of St. Augustine and lots of sites and restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and she was helpful. Definitely recommend.

View of the ocean from master and living room
Can’t beat the location of the house, close to Publix and on the beach with other houses so the beach feels very private. It takes 10 minutes to reach historic St Augustine in comparison to staying on St Augustine beach which means dealing with a draw bridge schedule.

This beach house was great for the seven of us. The large covered back porch made all the difference
We all had a great time and enjoyed the beach house as well as the area. If we were to go again we all agreed we would change nothing. Especially the large covered back porch. It made our vacation each morning and night. And the kitchen area is outstanding. Just a perfect fit for our family ranging in age from 10 to 61. PERFECT in every way!

I cannot rave high enough about this house location and the immediate responses that you receive from the owner. Beautiful sunset and sunrise. House is steps from the beach and provided a good sized yard to hang. House was very clean And provided everything we needed for our trip from boogie boards to lounge chairs. Outdoor grill and full indoor cooking with stove range microwave and toaster. Owner was very easy to work with responded immediately which provided a great line of communication, we will definitely be returning to this house.

We could not have picked a better place to getaway for a quick "stay-cation."
The house was perfect and just as described. As soon as we arrived at the property, we had received enough information to get into the property seamlessly and everything is labeled, which makes the experience even smoother. Because of COVID and a mom who cannot be around too many people, this was the perfect choice as to location. The beach had minimal people during the week and it was not crowded on the weekend. It was lovely to wake up to the sunrise in the mornings. The place is quiet and so close to downtown St. Augustine, that we just enjoyed every single minute of our vacation. Me and my family highly recommend this home. I, for sure, will want to stay here again. All amenities provided, for both the home and the beach. And great and fast communication with the owner with any and all questions. Great places to order from for dinner if you're looking to stay in - which we did because the house is so comfortable, we'd usually end up ordering or cooking something and playing games or watching movies. Amazing experience. More than I could have ever imagined.

Everything about this property was perfection. Location, amenities and comfort. Working with owner was so simple like you're the only person in the world. So very accommodating. we vacationed with family from ages 10 to 80 and everyone enjoyed. Not a boring moment or amenity missed. You will be so happy you rented here. We will be back!

excellent getaway
Property was well kept, clean, and the beach was almost deserted! We stayed with 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 children under 4 years old. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances and everything we needed to make all our meals at the house. Both the upper and lower decks are covered / shaded by 10 am and we had all of our meals on the upper deck. The outside shower was helpful in removing the days sand. The beach was steps away and very secluded. Downtown St Augustine is a five to ten minute drive and the Publix grocery store is 2 minutes from the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful week at Sundance!
We just spent a week in this beautiful CLEAN home. The location was ideal and this home exceeded our expectations. It truly was just like being in our own home. Everything we needed was on hand. The kitchen was stocked beyond belief, the linens and towels were plentiful and absolutely everything you need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas etc) was there for us.
The view was amazing from the upper deck as well as the lovely patio. We enjoyed the sunrise each day so much! We also took advantage of the opportunity to join the Seranata Beach Club for the week and that was also amazing.
Rosemary and Samantha provided detailed instructions/tips and we really appreciated that from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. We NEVER had a question or moment of concern due to their diligence.

Great family beach vacation house
Sundance was a great place for our family of 6.5. The location on the beach and close to downtown St. Augustine was enjoyable. The house was very accomondating with the 3 bdrms and terrific kitchen. Would recommend this place for a family vacation. The owner made setting up the reservations easy and kept us informed up to our arrival date.

Beautiful home
We had the best experience staying at this property and Samantha was quick to respond! Fantastic customer service..we have stayed at my properties over the past few years and this was by far the best! Location is perfect, lots of privacy and super clean. The house is well equipped with anything and everything that you need. You can literally bring your toothbrush and pajamas and you’re set. We will be staying here again in June. My husband and I have both agreed that this will be the ONLY property we stay at from now on. Thank you for such a wonderful experience :)

Wonderful!! What a spectacular view!!!
This is the place if you want the beach at your back door!! Beautiful sunrises!! Our son proposed to his girlfriend on this beach and had a rainbow in the background, it was wonderful!! Great kitchen!! The manager is very helpful and quick to reply if there are any questions! There is sand and shells with miles to walk in both directions!! We would come back!!
