Great location, charming room! Had all the facilities needed like cutlery, washing machine, toaster etc!

Absolutely everything. Clean , quiet , fancy place . It’s in a busy area but the ap is soundproof I’m a light sleeper no issues at all . So close to the beach , restaurants , shops , very modern building and ap.Mayte is such a lovely host . Best ap I’ve been to in Alicante ( I go there every year ) . I hope next year I get to go again to this one again . I was going in July as well but my fathers gonna have surgery the 5th eventually . 😭

There was nothing I didn’t like totally the opposite I loved it ! . With a small dishwasher the ap would be an 11 😉

Overall a great Appartment

It's no absolute need, but it would be nice, if there would be detergent for the washing machine and shower gel/shampoo available.

Very close to the city centre, good access to all the attractions, restaurants and bars. Extremely cozy and clean, with all the facilities.

The property was lovely and easy to access , great location to local attractions and tram.

The light from the streets are quite bright at night. Maybe some kind of shade so the room is dark at night.

Central location, easy to get to the beach/plenty of restaurants/bars.

Light sleeper might want to invest into some earplugs, it can get noisy

location was perfect in the heart of old town. beach is near and so are reataurants. Room was clean and spacious and there were all you need for litle cooking. Everything went well with the owner and she gave us information about Alicante and restaurants/bars.

In the weekends it’s a bit loud, if you are light sleeper that might efect. also there is no balcony and windows are facing other building.

Property was super clean. Located best place for night out to enjoy. Beach was 5min walking distance. Owner was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable bed and stylishly furnished apartment. And great location is worth to mention... Alicante is great especially for 3-4 days long holidays.

Unfortunately we had to wait for the host almost half an hour (!) in front of the bulding door (!) to check in. Despite the fact we arrived exactly the time which we announced. It was unpleasent begin of very nice holiday.
