Bienvenue dans cette belle maison de 3 chambres, 1. 5 salles de bain avec piscine située dans un quartier calme à quelques minutes de route de Port Orange! Une fois à l'intérieur, détendez-vous et profitez de cette maison confortable, dont une grande partie a été rénovée. Nouvelles armoires de cuisine avec éclairage et variateurs de dessous, îlot de cuisine, plans de travail en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, grille-pain, cafetière, plaque chauffante et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner à la maison Rassemblez-vous autour de la salle familiale pour regarder un film sur sa télévision et son lecteur de DVD (plus de 600 DVD) ou faites un plongeon dans la piscine avec écran offrant une vue dégagée sur l'étang derrière la maison. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, d'une demi-baignoire et d'une télévision, la deuxième chambre d'un lit queen size, la 3ème chambre d'un lit superposé (lits jumeaux en haut et double en bas, 3 personnes) et de la chambre Florida 2 supplémentaires. Capacité d'accueil 9 personnes au total. Petit chien de 25 lb ou moins autorisé. Frais d'animal de compagnie et approbation requis.
Le patio a une douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide pour votre usage avec un accès facile à la piscine. La cour arrière est pourvue d’une clôture d’intimité avec des doubles portes des deux côtés de la maison, ce qui facilite le stationnement de votre bateau, de votre remorque ou de votre camping-car de chaque côté et derrière la clôture. We had a great time at the house. The kids loved the pool. It was so wonderful to have the option and definitely saved us money going to other attractions in the July heat. They have games, puzzles, pool toys, beach toys, and some toys in the house. It was perfect to go, just have a comfortable hang with family and not have an itinerary. The couch was super comfy and deep. The kitchen utensils and pans were not great, but I understand not having the nicest things in a rental. Overall, I definitely recommend staying here. It was a perfect getaway.

We really liked the home. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and to the beach.
There were only 2 of us staying so having only 1 full bath was not a problem. However, we also enjoy going to Daytona with family. We would rent this home but there needs to be at least 2 full baths for us to do so.
Also, we loved the pool and area around it but overhead lighting for the pool area would help as we would have liked to sit out there at night but too dark.

The Pool was nice, the house in general was really nice, central to a lot. beds were comfortable, clean bathrooms. Everyone we dealt with was amazing!

Having a pool onsite was great. The amount of beds and the overall space was perfect for our group size . It was clean and they had extra things for the kitchen that really came in handy like salt and a few other condiments. They also had coffee so I had a perfect start to the day by the pool !

Upon checking into our rental last night, we have a few concerns about cleanliness. When using the restroom after arrival, there’s was a large cockroach on the floor climbing to the wall. (Thank goodness for husbands) It was noticed that the floors looked unswept as there was dirt when you walked in and then by the back door towards the pool. Which up until bedtime we’re prepared to overlook as this is not out first vrbo stay. However, when it came time to hop into bed after our long day of driving, that the sheets were dirty which prompted me to check the pillows which were even worse. Pictures are included. Let’s just say no one went to bed and we headed to Walmart for sheets and an extra pillow and forgive me for saying so but Lysol. When making the beds, we discovered the floors in either of the bigger bedrooms weren’t cleaned either. From hair left in the sink, to dirty floors, filthy bedding, and more the house was left in an unsatisfactory nature. The refrigerator freezer was so frozen the door does not shut properly.
I was going to send this the afternoon we checked in but I decided to wait until check out to determine the any other unsatisfactory conditions

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this home. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The houses were a bit close but it was not an issue. The master bed was comfortable and we slept well each night. Most everything was as described on VRBO. The real only issues were a few little visitors in the kitchen but hey it is florida. And the Charcoal grill that was there was not usable. So we bought one at Wal-Mart and left it there for future visitors. We also accidentally left our beach chairs in the garage. So they are brand new and can also be used. We loved the pool area. The enclosure was great. Never got bit by anything. And we stayed in the pool day and night. I would definitely recommend this home to future visitors. And we went to daytona speedway for the race; very good location for race fans!!!

This was a family vacation trip paired with a wedding nearby. The house felt a bit small for our family of 6, although there is plenty of sleeping space. The pool area was nice and we appreciate the heated pool but it felt more like a hot tub than a refreshing swim. The house was within about a 10 minute drive to everything we wanted and we enjoyed our time here.

Loved the quiet location near my son who's wedding we were all there for. We had plenty room for grown ups and kids
The kitchen is well equipped great for cooking meals. Appliances are excellent. Pool was enjoyable and the putting green is a great feature. I would rent it again even though we had some issues. I contacted the manager and she got right back to me via email. (It would be better to have a phone conversation.) Linens need to be replaced and some of the furniture too. I will be renting again when the grandbabies start to arrive.

The house was overall okay and clean.
The pool was nice and immaculate.
I didn’t like that the description said a gas barbecue.
So my family and I purchased hotdogs and hamburgers and everything for a barbecue to find out there was just a charcoal grill that I cannot ever use because the food taste like charcoal! That was very disappointing.
Another part of the house that was disappointing was there are no outside lights in yard.
So we had to actually buy a lantern.
You’re in Florida and you want to sit outside and enjoy and it was pitch black.
Also not having an actual contact person to call with any questions was a little frustrating.
In other houses I rented there’s a direct line to the owner or the property manager to answer any and all questions.
With this house you have to email.
So overall I would give it probably a 3.5 star

Neighborhood was quiet and we felt comfortable with taking walks around the blocks. Just a 5 min drive away will bring you to the city center which is a really cute place to take a morning stroll around a pond with cute turtles and ducks. Would highly recommend this home.

They replied and said IF maintenance located the jacket they would contact me. I again contacted them the next day with no reply. I know ultimately it is my responsibility but this is stealing.
