We had an incredible stay at the Spring Brook resort! Our group was very comfortable in the condo. There are also great amenities within the resort like the clubhouse, restaurant, and pool! I highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely stay again!

We visited a number of wineries during our stay. The condo was very nice. It was clean and had a good amount of linens & dishes/cookware. The bedding is very outdated & could use updating. I don’t understand why there were envelopes out for tipping the cleaning staff when we paid a cleaning fee. I’ve never seen this at a vrbo. Overall, a nice stay.

The condo was perfect for all of the girls in the family to have a great getaway. Everyone had their own place to sleep and having 3 bathrooms was awesome! The location is great, so quick and easy to get anywhere in the Dells. This place fit our needs perfectly. Having the full kitchen to make a meal was great and the dining table expanded to fit 8 comfortably. Pool area was really nice. Didn't have a chance to use the large outdoor fire pit in back, but it sure looked awesome. We will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for a fantastic weekend, lots of great laughs were had and many family memories were made.

This property was great for our group of two families with kids ranging from 3-10 years old. I love the indoor and outdoor pool options, along with the outdoor bar serving food and drinks. All the accommodations were great for a fun family vacation. Along with being able to buy tickets for attractions right at the front desk. Great all around!

Spent a few days with the family as a little getaway. The condo was spacious and clean. The golf course was well maintained. The kids had a great time using the pool. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the wait staff, food, and setting was awesome! The staff that we dealt with were friendly and courteous. The only thing negative thing was there was a shelf in the fridge that was broken. Minor thing compared to all the other positives I mentioned. We would definitely come back!

A shelf was broken in our fridge. We also had issues with keys to our room. We had to go back to the desk everyday to get new ones. We also had an issue of other people trying to get into our room. The person at the front desk told them their room number (which was ours). They double booked our room and it was a big inconvenience because our key cards got deactivated. Wasn’t too happy about this.

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It was close to many of the places we wanted to visit in the Dells. The property was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful regarding the area. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable but very crowded due to spring break.

Family Vacation
I recently retired and plan to start taking family vacations. I was looking for a Condo so we could all stay together. I found a Condo on Vrbo which I never did before and decided to give it a try. So happy I did! The 3 bedroom Condo was perfect for my family. Was very happy with the accommodations. Was plenty of room for 11 of us and had everything we needed to cook our meals and enjoy family time together in our Condo and at the indoor and outdoor pool. Plus we were close to the attractions we wanted to do at WI Dells. Looking forward to booking our next family vacation!

Great resort!
We loved condos 302A/B for our first family getaway in quite awhile. 12 of us stayed comfortably in this clean, nicely laid out condo. We loved it so much we might come back in August! Made great memories riding the 6 & 4 person bikes, we just wished some of the pedals weren’t bent as they were hard to pedal. Restaurant had excellent food and service!

Nice condo for large family
We really liked the condo we stayed in. It’s very spacious has a nice kitchen, dining area, 3 bathrooms with showers, and in a nice area. The only downfall is the 2 sets of queens felt more like double beds and some of the ladies in our group of 9 had not met yet. The king was sure to size and very nice. The only other thing that could be improved is standard size coffee mugs as they are all tea cup size. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place for a large family or couples to share the double beds.

Perfect space for 8 of us women. Be aware there is not an elevator. We were on the second floor with two older women. Wish we had known. Would definitely come back. Pool is large. Restaurant was really good.

Great service. Check in and check out was simple, poolside delivery for food was awesome. Pool area was a little to dark at night, but overall would go again great spot for young families and 10 min away from water park and a mile drive to Walmart and Starbucks

The only thing we were disappointed with is the amount of bedding. We had 14 family members and it was advertised that it would sleep 14.....however there was no blankets provided for the two pull out sofas. We had to use blankets from the beds and luckily some of the teenagers brought their own blankets. There were enough pillows. Overall an excellent property.

Very clean, very spacious, and nicely furnished. We had a group of 6; rented the 2bdrm and 1bdrm. Everyone was very pleased with the arrangements, and the location. I would definitely recommend the resort/condo to family and friends.

Girls' Weekend
We have stayed at this property before and had a wonderful time. This year, we did not have access to the internet for the entire weekend, a toilet ran for the the entire time and we had a bit of a rude encounter with one of the desk personnel.
We called and asked about the inability to get internet access and the toilet issue. A repairman was sent (it took a few hours, but he apparently had many problems to attend to at that time). We were told the toilets were the issue and there was nothing that could be done for us. He tried to check on the internet, but was unable to do anything as that was not his expertise. This man was very nice and tried, but nothing changed.
We called a one more time that evening to see if the internet problem could be resolved but were told that there should not have been a problem.
Called the next morning to ask about the internet( one member of the group had work to finish). This time the desk person was rude and the problem was never resolved for the weekend.

Summer 2019 family vacation
Overall we all enjoyed our stay. A few weeks before our stay my son was called to active duty and his family was unable to come. I was able to get a reduction in the price. That also included removing 2 children under the age of 2. When I made the reservation I told the receptionist their ages and was told I had to count them. When I called to remove my son and family I was told they do not count. It would have been very tight with everyone there. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable. It would have been hard to sleep on. We were a little concerned about their cleaning thoroughness. We found several crumbs under edges of furniture. Not good since we had a toddler. Found a toy also and a box of cereal that wasn't ours. Had to empty and dry dishes from the dishwasher. One toilet had a handle that didn't operate. The blinds to the patio door were broken. Two of the tv's didn't operate. The bedrooms were comfortable. Table was just big enough for our reduced family count.
