Our stay was nothing short of perfect. We had two small issues - one was sort of ignored and the other was handled immediately. The view and location were incredible. The amenities on site were fabulous. We loved our stay and have booked for next year!

Our family fully enjoyed our stay. We will consider renting here again if we return to Indian Rock Beach.

We stayed at this condo for two weeks. 4 adults and 2 children fit perfectly. The master bedroom had plenty of room of our 6-month-old's travel crib. You cannot beat the view from this condo. Beautiful sunsets every night. Unit was clean and location was quiet. It had a fully stocked kitchen and the storage unit by the pool had a lot of beach toys that my 3-year-old loved. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Spectacular views and all the amenities anyone could want or need. We had a amazing time in IRB definitely hard to leave but we will be returning. The condo was very nice and very comfortable and had everything we needed.. with the most spectacular views just breathtaking. Thank you to the amazing management team that were always there for us-well done!! Looking forward to our next visit ;0)

We enjoyed our time on the beach front condo with a pool. It very spacious and well equipped. My daughter’s and grandchildren loved that in addition to having the beach we also had the pool to enjoy. We have re-booked the condo for 2022.

Good overall vacation. Indian Rocks Beach is a nice location with plenty of community amenities, convenient shopping, good restaurants, and beautiful beach. The Condo was well equipped for our family of six adults, and the beach view and access was ideal. We will seriously consider rebooking this location.

The checking process was smooth and the property and the view were amazing! We loved the condo. The only very minor thing I would say is they have carpet in the bedrooms which is impossible to keep clean with a place right on the beach. Wonderful place and we would definitely stay again!

We just enjoyed a wonderful week at this beach front condo to celebrate my birthday. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations! The beach and ocean were right outside the balcony. Beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants within walking distance. The condo had everything we wanted including beach chairs and umbrellas. Can't wait to come back!

This was our first time to Indian Rocks Beach. We rented the condo blindly without knowing the area. I was very impressed with the accurate descriptions on the property details. I would highly recommend this unit and would absolutely rent it again. Very comfortable for a family of 6.

We love coming to the Indian Rocks area. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and we loved the condo! It was very spacious. We did hear the upstairs renters quite a bit.

From the minute we booked to the final day of vacation. Cristal from Sun Beach Vacations was wonderful. The place was very clean well maintained the beach was great. Pool was clean and warm. Neighbors were friendly. Accessable to walk places. Would definitely return.

We stay here every year. It was another wonderful trip. We love the location and the views of the sunset. The ocean was incredible and the pool was warm. We used the Weber grill multiple times to cook meals while the kids were swimming. There was sanitizer and cleaners for the outdoor area to keep everyone safe during these strange times. We couldn't ask for a better respite for vacation!

We absolutely love visiting Indian Rocks Beach and staying at this condo each time. Our family looks forward to staying here each year. Stunning views, very clean condo with great amenities. Pool for family fun and one of the best beaches in the nation right out the back door. Will be back as soon as we can. Host is among the best out there!

First off, we've rented from dozens of properties in the IRB area, including another unit in the same building. Overall this was a painless, meets-our-expectations rental that we would recommend to any family or couple. The unit is spacious, well decorated (no "Golden Girls" vibe thank goodness!), the Master Bedroom is amazing and the location is excellent. The only caveats are little things common to the area - but also reasons to keep this one from truly standing out: you have to bring your own beach towels. The dishwasher is of dubious efficacy (my wife swears it doesn't actually work), and the 2nd bedroom mattress feels like a spare mattress your Aunt got on sale a few years ago. ;D. Realistically though, they're not actual complaints because the unit is quite good, the new owners called the 1st day to make sure we got in okay, and the emailed keyless entry means no fooling around with offices late on a Saturday after a long road trip (aka PlumLee). I'd definitely feel confident in having someone rent this "blind" and knowing they'll be happy with it - just don't forget the beach towels.

We had a great stay at Sea Side. The unit had everything we needed. Loved the spiral staircase down to the pool/beach. Pool was fantastic. Loved the locked closet for our unit down by the pool. We could keep our beach stuff handy and secure there. The check in process was AWESOME! We've been coming to this area for the past 5 years. This is our first time renting through Sandy Beach, and I really liked that we didn't have to check in at their office at any point. Everything was handled electronically - that is absolutely the best! We have 3 kids (12, 8, and 4 years old). The younger ones loved the bunk beds... The sunsets on the deck (very large), on the beach, or relaxing in the living room are the best! I would strongly recommend this unit.

I will list the good and the bad. The good - Beaches are perfect in this area, we've been coming for over 10 years and love it. - The condo is spacious for a single family of 5. - The condo was ready upon arrival. The bad - We flew for the first time to Indian Rocks. The rental company informed us there were beach accessories in the storage unit by the pool. The only thing in that unit were chairs that were rusted through, old beach toys, and mold on everything. The entire unit needs everything thrown out. Had to go purchase all our own beach items to use. - Floor tiles were cracked. - Absolutely no water pressure in showers. It was like someone holding a flower watering pot and lightly splashing you. - The ceilings/floors are very thin in this complex. You can hear every footstep above you. - The rental company will allow as many people as you want in the condo above you. The listing for the condo above us lists 8 people max. We counted at least 12 people, three separate families with small kids. - If there are small children above you, they will love the long hallways that condo offers. They will run from one end to another from morning till night. - Sandy beach rentals contacted me on Tuesday inquiring if I brought more than two cars. We had one. I mentioned then that the condo above us was overloaded and had nonstop kids running. They said they would contact them since it's also a condo they manage. - Contacted Sandy beach rentals on Thursday since nothing changed from the Tuesday conversation, they said they would again reach out to the condo above us. No change. - Checked out Saturday morning after listening to 7 days of kids running, chairs scooting across the floors, and furniture being moved around every day. I don't believe any attempt was made to help the situation by Sandy beach rentals. The noise never let up. - The furniture is dated, needs to be upgraded. - Floor rugs are old and dirty looking. We spent a lot of time at the beach, but our time in the condo was not relaxing, it was disappointing.

The condo was great for our family of five! The location was perfect, just steps from the ocean. The sunsets every night were beautiful. We loved sitting on the porch each morning and evening. Restaurants close by and shopping all within a few minutes drive. Will be back!

We come to this beach every year, but this is the first time ever staying here and we loved it!! The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The house is generously stocked with beach needs and having the pool in such a small building is wonderful. The only downfall was the parking clearance as we were in a large rental van and could not park under the building due to the sprinkler covers. Other than that, we loved the stay and the super short walk to the beach!
