The location is perfect

The elevator is a disaster. There’s only 2 small elevators and imagine if the building is with full capacity,,, no chance to get in the elevator.

LOVE the location! Easy walk across the street to the beach! So easy! Nice restaurants/bars to get drinks and pub food across the street too.

HOTEL SIGNS AND PARKING! Parking was extremely difficult to find. So was the entrance to the hotel. We drove past the underground parking area about 4 times. The elevators took forever, too. Around checkout, we waited 45 min for the elevator and ended up going down the stairs instead. Didn’t want to miss checkout.

The photos on the listing differs very much from actual. The room is quite run down.

Not the easiest to locate. Look for Paradise Hotel instead. It's just diagonally across

Lovely big room (more a residence than a hotel room, because it had pots, pans, plates, cutlery, microwave, clothes washer, drying rack, huge fridge, lots of cupboards and storage space), great bathroom (especially the shower, so big and great pressure). Nice to be able to open the windows for fresh, cool air instead of using the air con all the time. The washing machine was a bonus as I got everything washed before departing for Hakata.

Check in a bit too slow, especially for a so called 4 Star hotel and with 2 reception staff, and the same for check out (which was simply leave the card key, but 5 of us paitently queued (obviously not Koreans) to hand the key to the receptionist without any further interaction (so, instead of having guests wait, put up a sign and just collect the keys). 2 Elevators were rather slow. Heating controls need proper explanation as I had my floor up high thinking it was for the hot water.

Excellent location, right by the famous beach. Well equipped room, friendly staff and a good enough gym for those that care. Would definitely stay here again.

Not much. Water pressure was a bit low, but that’s grasping at straws.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Room is lovely and clean and it was also an amazing size! The kitchen is convenient and it would be a perfect place to stay for a long stay as there is ample storage, a large fridge, a washing machine and an area to cook! We also booked a city view but were pleasantly surprised to get a room with a beautiful sea room. It was great! Staff are also very friendly.

There are only two lifts and so it can take a while to go up and down due to the volume of people. However, this isn't something that is too much of a problem, just something to remember in case you need to get somewhere quick.

the close proximity to the beach and the market was great!

The parking was not free. We first had to pay for it and then get reimbursed. The parking machine did not produce a receipt. We had to call the bank to get the authorization to get reimbursed.

quite specious and located close to the busy street of Heaudae traditional market and all other night life activities. the bed was comfortable and bathroom is big enough but toilet flushing is a negative aspect as the pipe was small so anything can clogged it. washing machine was a bonus I like it very much
