The staff were very nice and professional! I liked the breakfast options and availability of coffee all day.
The room could have been cleaner. Found some stains on the window blinds and chair. TV remote held together with tape. Would be nice to have a smart tv in the rooms. Room could use a fresh repaint as the walls were chipped. We could hear slamming door noises and stomping from upstairs preventing us from getting sleep.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Quite a few people were staying there, but the hotel was thankfully quiet.

Our room was cramped. The heater was loud, and the lighting was poor. Only the fact that family lives nearby, thus making this property a lodging location, we would not choose to stay there
The rack rate is expensive for what you get. The location is in an industrial area surrounded by busy streets. The access from the busy Southfield expressway is difficult in busy traffic.

The pool was under maintenance during our stay which we weren’t informed of when booking our stay. They did tell us we could use the pool at the adjacent hotel but that was not very convenient.

Pool was disgusting, reception was not constantly occupied which is clearly a security risk for guests

TV did not work. Said no signal. Only person working was desk clerk and she was clueless and helpless. When checking out I mentioned it and was told that since I booked through a third party that they couldn’t do anything to “make it right” except maybe offer some snacks. So I guess you have to book directly to be treated with respect. Unbelievable.

When we first checked in the front desk worker that greeted us was so pleasant. She had such a great attitude and gave a warm welcome.
The rooms I reserved were not cleaned properly. There were clothes under the chair and a shirt and pair of socks hidden under a cabinet. The outlets did not work and their was hair in the shower.
