Schöne Lage im Prenzlauer Berg. ÖPNV schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Mal ein Bett mit einer richtig guten Matratze. Habe sehr gut geschlafen. Totti hat sich vorab ein paar Mal mit allen wichtigen Infos gemeldet. Ansonsten ist man sehr für sich.

Für mich waren Ohropax wichtig, da die Geräuschkulisse im Innenhof auch mal laut sein kann und man in der Pension auch alles, was am Gang passiert mitbekommt.

You asked about breakfast, but there was no breakfast, and if we wanted the maid to come in, we had to pay extra. For the amount we were paying, we should have received clean towels every day. There wasn't room to spread the towels out and let them dry, so they stayed wet. The location was good because we were in walking distance of our daughter and son-in-law's apartment. The ice cream shop attached to the "hotel" was broken into the last morning we were there. We and the other guests couldn't speak German, so I called my daughter to call the police. The police waited a very long time for Totti to show up so they could talk to him. The man who runs the ice cream shop doesn't speak English, but he was very nice and we felt bad for him that his shop was broken into.

When I wrote to Totti through Booking.com to say that we needed bath towels, the messages came back undeliverable. Our room faced a cobblestone street where the sound of trash cans being wheeled in woke us up. The room was too warm because there was no air conditioner, so we kept the windows open, making the sounds from outside louder. There were bars on the windows which prevented the windows from being used as a fire escape. The only exit was the door which had to be opened with a key. It would not have been permitted in our country. The room, bed and bathroom were too small. All of the artwork was hung sideways! Stupid. The light over the sink in the common area didn't work. There were wires hanging from it.

Location was great - close to transport, shops, restaurants

Room - very small, bathroom not too clean. It was very noisy inside - in the level of the street, close to the intersection, without airconditioning. If you closed the windows you could not breathe, if you opened the windows you could not sleep because of the noise.

The apartment was in a quiet area and really close to a train station so it was easy to get public transport to and from the hotel. The room was comfy and the bed was also comfy. The bathroom was clean and nice. We asked for early check-in or a place to store our luggage and the owner let us in the room to store our stuff.

The area of the apartment itself is somewhat quiet. There was nothing to do in the immediate area as far as we know. We always had to travel via train or tram to get to the city area or other famous sights.

The location is amazing, Prenzlauer Berg can’t be beat. You’re within walking distance of so many fun bars and restaurants, and there’s a shopping center across the street.

The neighborhood is noisy, so bring earplugs, patience and adjust.

The hotel was perfectly situaded - easy transportation from all over. It was very quiet and the equipment in the common kitchen was a great surprice. Comfortable beds! Thank you!

Good location, very close to the metro. The host was great and very concerned about our stay. The room was in the ground floor but in a very quiet area, so noise was not a problem in the room.

The room is very small for four people and the bed on the sofa was not comfortable. There is no shower bath, which let the bathroom all wet and difficult to use.

I was amazed when I entered the facility. The arrangement and cleanliness was underestimate. I loved the welcoming environment. This place has everything, literally what one needs to survive in an accomodation. The bathroom has everything you will need, the bed and the whole place.I enjoyed the privacy and quietness though there were people around. You can go everywhere without stress as its located at a good spot for transportation. Thank you for hosting me . I will surely be back and highly recommends

Perfect location, steps away from Ubahn/Sbahn train station, easy to get anywhere in the city. Lovely old-town area with loads of bars, shops and restaurants. Comfy bed and bathroom, a big controlled radiator, so it was warm in winter. There's a common kitchen and fridge in the hallway, convenient for some food prep. Also complementary tea station and general cosy atmosphere. The best thing is the location and good price.

There could have been a desk, but we used the bedside tables pushed together for it :D Also it was ground floor with windows to the street, so we kept the curtains closed all the time. But it was never too noisy.

Very easy to check in, host was very helpful, beds comfortable, nice hot shower, plenty of towels and toiletries. Communal kitchen, fridge and kettle was a bonus. In general good nice little place to stay.

Floors needs proper mopping not just brushing. Light was automatic so was hard to cook as light was coming off every 30 seconds. Fridge could be nearer the kitchen. More spatulas would be helpful.
