Theodore the owner will do absolutely anything to help you out. my girlfriend got stung by a jelly fish badly and he helped a lot, offering to drive us to the doctors in the middle of the night.

it currently has no air conditioning

Impossible to sleep in the large bed upstairs because of heat.. so it's not nice for a couple ro sleep downstairs in separate bed

Playing chess with the owner in the shade I also enjoyed learing about local history....the owner is an historian who has plenty of détails to explain! 190 years old house perfectly restored, lovely.

Owner was really helpful at all times, lives in the flat below so always available if needed, but also allowed us our own space. Beautiful little quiet village on the hill. The house itself was really quaint, and spotlessly clean. There are fans instead of AC which was perfect in June. There is a full hob and oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, washing machine and pots/crockery/cutlery etc. There is a parasol in the apartment which is handy as most little beaches don't have shade (there are olive trees at Foki to relax under in the middle of the day).
