Spanish Key condominium est un immeuble haut de gamme situé près de la ligne Alabama-Florida State, à distance de marche du salon FloraBama, des restaurants et des activités nautiques. Il est situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Les installations comprennent des piscines intérieure et extérieure, une salle d'exercice, un bain à remous extérieur et un kiosque avec barbecue. L'intérieur comprend 3 chambres à coucher complètes avec un roi dans le maître, deux lits doubles dans la seconde et une reine dans la troisième. La salle de bain principale a une vanité, une douche et une baignoire jacuzzi. Le salon est décoré dans un décor «Margaritaville». Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision avec lecteur DVD, tout comme le salon. Internet haute vitesse sans fil est disponible sans frais supplémentaires. Great place for a family vacation. The property was clean and well cared for. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a very relaxing vacation in a beautiful spot.

We had a lovely time at this beautiful condo. It was very clean and we loved the location. Even though we went during the busy summer it never seemed overly crowded.

Spanish Key is the perfect place to enjoy a family beach trip! The quiet beach isn’t as crowed as some of the bigger condo units.
Tom was a great host and kept us updated. Arrival information was provided well before our trip so there was no guessing about what needed to be done. Unit was well stocked with all the essentials!

We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, pool, gym sauna and FloraBama area. The place was clean and easy to settle in and relax. Would certainly stay again.

The condo was awesome and a great view! 3 bed 3 bath is perfect. We brought 4 teenagers with us and it was perfect for them to have their own restroom. Chilly start to the week so we definitely utilized the hot tub. Short walk to Flora-Bama. I didn’t wanna miss my workouts…the gym was adequate. Tom the owner was a great communicator even during the trip if we had questions. Highly recommend!

Few minor problems were immediately handled by prompt communications with owner. Expect everything you need in this fully supplied kitchen. The smaller size of Spanish Key Condos was a plus. We usually stay in Orange Beach, but enjoyed finding restaurants in Perdido Key like Fisherman's Corner and Jellyfish. Highly recommend.

We have never stayed in perdido, always in orange beach or gulf shores. This property was perfect for us. Clean, roomy, great views, location, quiet. Will def be coming back.

We real love the condo had everything we needed to make fall break memories. The condo was so clean and if I had any questions I could message Thomas and he will get back with me right away. Getting to the beach was so easy both me and my husband has had knee replacement so not having to go up and down stairs to get to the beach made it so easier we went more both pools was so nice and clean . It’s most likely we will come back next year .

Spanish Key is a great condo building right in the middle of Perdido Key.
Condo was beautiful inside, just as advertised. Well equipped. Beautiful pool and easy access to the beach which is where you’ll spend every day. Tom is a great host, check in instructions were super easy and well communicated.

We stayed here with our 3 young children. The condo was perfectly arranged for everyone to have their own space and space for us to be all together. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would ever need. The condo was immaculately clean. The view of the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom was amazing. Even during a busy summer week, there was plenty of space for everyone staying at the resort to spread out on the beach. Everyone had a spot right next to the ocean! Communication with the owner was clear and quick. He made several recommendations for restaurants nearby. It was altogether a perfect week. We will be returning.

Loved this property, it's location, and it's amenities! It was very pretty, had a pool, hot tub, sauna, work out room, and private beach access. It was great that the beach had covered lounges (not sure if they were free or for a fee), water to shower/wash feet off from the beach, and fast elevators. The view from the patio was awesome and it was walking distance to the Florabama. If I get the chance I'd definitely stay here again.

Staying at this condo was the best get away. The view was awesome! The master bedroom has a slider you can listen to the waves all night!The owner was quick to respond to any questions! As this was an extended stay, 30 days, so remote work was necessary for us. The internet was incredibly fast and reliable

Lovely condo, everything well appointed and pristine. The property is well-maintained, and with a toddler, we especially enjoyed the indoor pool. The owner is delightful and very responsive. It was a great trip!

Hidden Treasure
We have found our new favorite place to stay in the Gulf! This brightly decorated condo was well-equipped with everything you could think of (Keurig, extra towels) plus beach toys, pool toys, small amount of laundry detergent and more. Only one of the two elevators worked during our stay but never had to wait more than a couple minutes. They are working on repairing the second. Beach chair rentals available and all staff was very courteous. Beautiful beach, great location and perfect condo. We will return!

Everything was very good. Tom was very efficient and made everything work for a smooth check in. Condo was very nice and well laid out for a family. Screens could be replaced on balcony. Weather was very nice. Perdido Key is a wonderful place to vacation.

This was our second summer staying in the Perdido Key area. We love the slower pace there compared to Gulf Shores. The Spanish Key property is a gem! We enjoyed the large pool yet smaller complex. There was plenty of room at both the beach and the pool. We loved being within walking distance to Flora-Bama. Tom was wonderful to work with and even offered us a partial reimbursement due to our arrival being when a tropical storm was hitting. This was very generous and unexpected. We hope to stay at Spanish Key again!
